HMV.com is often very quicky at dispatching items. Where its competitors often take a day or two, HMV usually has my orders shipped within a few hours. On the rare times I've had to contact their customer service, they've always been very good.

Much like their stores, their prices aren't always the most competitive. It is worth shopping around, but HMV.com is certainly a good place to be ordering from.
