1st Class Service
This is the first time I have bought mosaic tiles and it was a very pleasant experience. They arrived safe and sound in a very short time.

Great Choice!
Bought from you for a family Craft Day, which included my 80yr old mum, and 4 yr old granddaughter.
Bought the smooth edged glass pebbles for the 4 yr old (coveted by all), and everyone enjoyed the assorted packs of 10mm vitreous glass.
We decorated some small flowerpots and saucers.
Postage was superquick.
Thankyou, will order again!

Good prices and very fast delivery
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and the order was accurate. I will be ordering from Hobby Island again! The only change I would make would be to allow alternate instructions for delivery if the receiver isn't in as I had to go pick up from the post office.

my little boy desperately wanted mosaic tiles as he had been using them at school.
Found some assorted tiles at a good rate.
we ordered on a sunday and they arrived on tuesday. we ordered some more 2 days later and they arrived the next day. fantastic service

Great service & prices
I had great difficulty in locating small ceramic tiles. I eventually found Hobby Island and they had thousands of them of assorted shapes & their prices were unbelievaby cheap. A truly great company

Great Service!
I live overseas with the military. I placed an order thinking as it was a BFPO address it would be declined. But it wasn't and I have now recieved my order, it was quick!!!!
As it is difficult to find mosiac supplies where I live, I WILL definately be using Hobby Island again.

What a gem of a company - prompt delivery and goods EXACTLY as they are described. I have the items I order delivered directly to my sister as she has recently taken up mosaic making and does not have access to a computer. She is totally delighted with everything that she has received so far and the value is excellent.

Glass Mosaic pieces
I was very pleased with the fast response to my order. I have ordered items twice now on line and on both occasions they arrived within a couple of days.
The majority of the pieces were uniform in size, a few were broken but this is to be expected with glass.
Would definately use this company again.

I have been sent this to fill out and as yet I am still waiting for my order, which states that it is still pending. Which was sent to them on the 12/08/11 and it is now 21/08/11. So much for fast delivery.

Very fast delivery....
The delivery on my items was only 2 days, but when they arrived, some of it was broken. However I have given them 4 stars still, as I contacted them, and they contacted me back immediately (Even though the website said that the office was closed for work do be done), and they are sending me out a replacement! Amazing service and I am already planning future orders for this company!

Friendly and efficient service!
I ordered on the Sunday evening - the items were dispatched on the Monday and arrived the following day! Excellent. A birthday gift for a 14 year old girl who was delighted with her mosaic sets from Hobby Island. I shall certainly use them again.
