Great coverage of city accommodation and very efficient processes
I have booked through HotelClub many times over the last 10 years and have always had fast responses and good service. The quality of the accommodation has nearly always been exactly what was represented (with a couple of slightly less successful experiences overseas). However, there has never been an occasions (as with other booking services) of turning up and having the hotel reception say 'What booking?'.
My only reservation about HotelClub in Australia is the restricted coverage of accommodation in places outside the capital cities or holiday destinations in Queensland.

so easy to use
It was so easy to book through Hotel Club. My only problem was that when I booked the site would not let me change the number of guests from 1 to 2, so hopefully we are both booked in and the room charge is for 1 room not 1 person but I would definately continue to use Hotel Club

Easy to find great hotels at good value with extras often added.
I have found all bookings made with hotel club good. I have selected the hotels easily after comparing themm on datz supplied. So far all have been excellent choices and often really good value.

Quick, secure and good variety of hotels
I've been using HotelClub for approximately 5 years now and is my starting point to look for hotels in cities. I booked an Ibis hotel in Xian (China), a Ramada motel in San Francisco and also used them across Australia and Europe. Recently I looked for a place in Melbourne and went to Student Flights to check the price. In the end I went via HotelClub as my reward points cut the cost down by about $20 and they couldn't beat it. I'm still doing my comparisons using other sites but seem to come back to this one for the good prices.

AS EASY AS FALLING OFF A LOG
Booking with Hotel Club is so easy. Recently booked a hotel in Forth Worth Stockyards. It was all that was shown in the ad and I had no hassles at all. I would recommend Hotel Club wo anyone looking for accomodation on line. No surprises and what you see is what you get.

I had internet problems and needed to book a hotel. I placed a query to Hotelclub through Facebook and within minutes I had a reply and constant help until my problem was solved. Many thanks to Brianne and the IT team. I have been a member for two years and find Hotelclub very competitive price wise and love the customer reviews. Many hotels to pick from. Easy website.

after booking all you have to do is arrive at the hotel
I have used hotel club over 5 years now and have had no complaints . I can book the hotel and pay before I go so I have no shocks after coming back from holiday .
All the hotels are convenient at the destination and at an acceptable price .
Booking is simple and you get club rewards to use against future bookings when you want .

Reservations with HotelClub work perfectly each and every time!
HotelClub has one of the most user-friendly websites: reservations are easy to complete and always work! Every time I booked through them, I could check in without any problem, just presenting the voucher to the front desk of the hotel. And I experienced it all over the world! Great service...and you get points which you can use towards future reservations!!!!

Goods, but fail to publish critical reviews
I am very happy with HotelClub.
It has a user-friendly website, and gives me ready access to a vast range of hotels throughout the world, often booked at short notice. The only concern I have ever had occurred recently: HotelClub failed, without justification or explanation, to publish my review of Grande Hotel Puccini in Milan, Italy. I would like to think that all reviews are published as site users place reliance on them, as I do.

Crap
Arrived in Dubaio after booking on line. Thre was no bookingh at the Hotel in my name. The numbers on my Hotel club confirmation were not in the correct format for the Ramada inn. I called Hotel Club's "24/7" hotline. what a joke. on hold for over 20 minutes, finally gave up. I will never use Hotel Club again. I will use Agoda.

Best price and great service.
We were looking for a hotel in Istanbul for the last week of May 2013 and we were able to find Hotel Saba at the best price through Hotel Club. It was my first time booking through Hotel Club and everything was fine. I had a question in regards to my booking and the customer representative was extremely helpful. I will definitely book again using Hotel Club.

Comfortable and clean great for a budget hotel
First time at this hotel was pleasantly surprised and just impressed with what you offer in your hotel iwill use again and I have told my friends they must stay here for convenience to the airport. Everything you need is in the room tea making facilities a hair dryer in the bathroom well done. Also breakfast included and the bus to the airport . You have done a great job and thank you

Hotel club has good information & customer feedback on hotels. The rates are usually very good even when not the absolute cheapest, conditions are really good for bookings & the bookings are easy to do online with prompt & explicit email confirmations.

Best price, great service
I was looking at a hotel in Hong Kong. Checked their price. Then found that Hotel Club offered the same as well as Hotel Club points. Booked and was charged in Aus $ so didn't have to get confused with currency conversion. Booked Paris, not offered by Hotel Club, and it's proved to be a much more expensive transaction than I 'd expected.

reaching easily to lake and forest from just city center
I stayed at Hotel Scandic Jyvaskla, Finland. I booked this hotel via HotelClub. I think it was very good selection. because Hotel Scandic at the just city center but I could go to meeting area walking lakeside. Hotel was clean and confortable and also it has very good staff. I suggest strongly this hotel for your trip.

Vest prices, secure reservations and great loyalty program for members!
I've been booking hotels all over Europe via HotelClub for the last 4 years and I do travel alot. My personal searches proved that for certain hotels Hotelclub offers better prices than the hotel's website. The customer service is also great, I know it since I have once cancelled a trip and my money were fully refunded within a week. I am a platinum member now which gives me 7% bonus to any reservation and there are trips during which I enjoy a few nights for free from bonus savings. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips!
