“Really pleased with the service from ICE Communications. Ryan H took the time to understand the issues we were having with EE, particularly the poor coverage in our office, and put together a solution that worked for us. He kept everything clear throughout and was always available when we had questions.
Rae then handled the transfer over to Vodafone brilliantly. The whole process was smooth, she kept us updated, and we have already noticed a big improvement in the signal.

Vince was incredibly responsive and thorough when looking into my phone issue. He was very proactive in finding the solution and provided great explanations as to the possible cause of the issue. He was extremely swift with trying different options and resolving this for me.
