As a merchant, my experience with idealo support has been extremely disappointing.
The review process for my shop took more than one month. After finally receiving approval, I now only need clarification regarding a simple domain change. Despite this, I have been waiting for a response for many days.
I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact idealo by phone countless times. The phones ring, but nobody answers. I have also submitted support requests and still have not received a clear response.
What is most frustrating is not the waiting itself, but the complete lack of communication. As a business, we depend on timely responses to make important decisions. At the moment, several of our business processes are on hold because we cannot get an answer to a very basic question.
A company that works with online merchants should provide reliable communication channels. Unfortunately, in my case, neither email nor phone support has been reachable.
I hope idealo improves its response times and communication with business partners in the future.

Website is useful for students trying to save money
The website is really helpful for students like me that is trying save money because I’m able to see the price history of the item that I want along with see which items are expensive or not for the month. So it gives me a good idea on when is the best time to buy the item or not which is perfect when I need to think about buying gifts for the holidays.
