Horrendous, just horrendous
Misguided, over priced, appalling customer service, premium rates to order by phone, slow slow delivery.
Avoid these idiots at all expenses. You will invariably regret buying from them eventually.

POOR SERVICE
I ordered with the promise of a christmas delivery. The item arrived with parts missing and a broken handle. Despite trying to speak with them I am still waiting for item to be collected and refund returned. The worst customer service department I have ever had the missfortune to contact, as their agents do not understand basic english which make communication very difficult.

GREAT PRODUCTS AT REASONABLE PRICES
Have now purchased several times from Ideal World and have received excellent service each time. Speedy delivery, adequatly packaged. If there was one area that had room for improvement, it would have to be the P&P as this is quite high especailly for smaller items. But no complaint what so ever with any products purchased :-)

Some good products, but let down by shockingly bad customer service..
Some nice products, at very keen prices.
If they would only invest in their Customer Service I'm sure they would have a lot more 'loyal' customers. I'd say avoid.

Rubbish customer.services
I bought a garden multi tool 6 weeks ago and it become faulty after a week and I am still waiting for them to collect the item.
I also waited 4 weeks to get one item refunded.
Sad that the company has gone this way, I have bought many items that have been great, but when things go wrong it seems that they do not care.
Once they have our money and can string us on as much as they like just waiting for the customer to give up and go away.
Companies in this country just do not care about good customer any more.

Terrible !!
Promised I would not buy from them again after the shambles I experienced with support over a pressure washer (no tracking info, developed fault within 2 weeks, long wait times on phone).
However I was credited £20.00 *goodwill* and decided to buy a guitar "wizard".
Have not used it yet but was disappointed with it initially (photocopied instructions, items just appeard to be *thrown* into an a4 envelope.
Also postage charges are way too high !

Customer service ? WHAT Customer Service? Not something this company knows anything about
APPALLING; I ordered a duvet for my Mum on 3rd December that had not arrived by the 17th December: I contacted customer services who (after waiting for over 20 minutes for a response) advised me a claim form would be sent to my email account and also in the post. Two further attempts had the same result. The last contact was Friday 7th when a "Senior Manager" promised a form would be in the post & email. It's now 11th January and still nothing. I have spent hours on the 'phone (@ 20p/minute) and have sent copious emails: all I get is an automated reply saying someone would call me. Their web page says they endeavour to "call within 24 hours" (of when?) Their fax numbers do not work. I sent emails from work and again, an automated reply : this time adressed to someone with a completely different name. In desperation I'm sending a recorded delivery letter to their Head Office. I have copied in my last email to Watchdog in the hope someone there will get a better result. I will be claiming a full refund of c£40 plus interest, plus the cost of all my calls which probably total over £10 by now. Do you have a problem with these people? If you do, don't bother with customer services - they don't bother about you. Watch this space . . . I hope this helps others in a similar position.
