I ordered these on the Friday Evening and they were delivered on the Saturday morning.Flowers and balloon,

I switched to Iflorist, as they have the same network of florists, so the flower quality and service is much the same.
However, I Florist, don't charge the over ridiculous delivery costs and deliver the same- if not a better service. Its really a no brainer. ! I consistently order from Iflorist and have not yet been let down. I also appreciate the tracking mails to tell me, its going and that its been delivered. Well done Iflorist... !
This was the most efficient service you could ask for, from placing the order to its receipt all went swimmingly. The order was acknowledged, another one came after delivery asking if everything was well etc. and the whole operation was seamless.
Good value for money because of the "no worry" service.
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Fri 27th January for a 70th Birthday surprise, well the only surprise was the flowers never arrived ! Got in touch with customer services (web chat) as of course no human on the end of a phone , to be told that the courier had tried to deliver but nobody was home so a 'card ' had been left. This was an absolute lie , there was someone in all day and no card was left. If the courier 'HAD' tried to deliver and found nobody in surely they would have left the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour etc and left a card to explain this ! I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot. The final conclusion was for an upgraded bouquet ( the same but bigger) to be delivered on Tues 31st January and a 10% off next order.I did not feel this was good enough ( the birthday was not on Tuesday so the whole element of surprise was gone) total waste of money but how long can you argue with a computer ?After all this a bouquet did finally arrive on the Tues but it was NOT upgraded to bigger bouquet and as for 10% off with the service we received I would have no confidence to order from iflorist again and will ensure I spread the word. I feel I should have been refunded for the original order, had an upgrade and some complimentary flowers for all the hassle, stress and embarassment caused, Also the flowers did not last as long as other bouquets that actually arrived on the correct day four days earlier.
So overall a very bad experience and terrible customer service, if you want to be certain your flowers arrive when YOU want shop elsewhere

Thanks for your review, I am going to email you directly with your tracking link which shows us that delivery was attempted on the 27th January. Our couriers are able to leave flowers without a signature if they are sure there is a safe place to leave them. I can only assume in this instance there was not.
I will look into your comments, problems such as this are thankfully few and far between, and I will come back to you directly.

I ordered the Fruit Pastilles bouquet to be delivered on Fri 3rd Feb, they did not arrive. I complained & was told they would be delivered the next day 4th Feb, they was delivered but the wrong ones were sent! All that was received was White Roses with a couple of Purple stems when the description of the Fruit Pastilles bouquet was:
''A collection of stunning mauve and orange coloured miniature gerberas, nestled amidst green trachelium and lime hypericum.''
Again I complained to online chat/emailed, they appologised & said they would resend the correct bouquet on Mon 6th .... My daughter waited in ALL DAY but again they did not turn up, they arrived this morning after 1 wrong 'bunch' & 4 days too late!! I feel this is a terrible service & will NOT be using this company ever again!!

Thank you for your review. As you chose our free delivery option (which are not day specific) your original order was confirmed for the week of the 3rd of February. Unfortunately due to a large number of people ordering the same bouquet for a discounted price of £4.90 using a code published on an online forum, such as this order, we were forced, as in line with our terms and conditions, to substitute flowers on some orders due to stock issues.
However we take all comments seriously at iflorist and arranged for a replacement bouquet for your original bouquet choice to be delivered on our next available delivery date, which was today. I'm surprised that you were not aware of this as our customer service team (Michael) emailed you on the 5th Feb to confirm your resend would be delivered on the 7th Feb.
I hope your recipient is pleased with the bouquet which arrived today.

I needed flowers the same day that werent going to cost the earth and I found them on Iflorist, I was so impressed with the service and the flowers delivered that I have recommended them to 3 or 4 friends who have now ordered their valentines day bouquets with them already. Will definitely use again and again.

I have used iflorsit on a number of occasions to send flowers home as I live in Oz. The site is easy to use and the pictures are great. A couple of times they have looked a little different on delivery but I suppose that's due to different florists.
It would be great to undersand the different delivery options and what they mean and if they mean early deliveries or something as this could be handy.
I recently had to send some flowers for my husband at the passing of his mother and her subsequent funeral. Not having much trust in the on-line orders experience, I was very much in doubt as to !: would they get there and 2: Would they be nice.
Both concerns were unfounded and the flowers arrived when they said they would and were to all accounts beautiful.
Thank you for your prompt and reliable service at a time of great bereavement. Highly recommend and will use this Florist again.
Even though I haven't seen the flowers, my inlaws were thrilled with them. We upgraded to large and apparently they were. We only went online to look the evening before and they arrived the next day as requested, so next time we need flowers we'll use Iflorist again. We'll certainly tell friends and family about them.
I ordered and paid for a bouquet of flowers on the 2nd Feb to be delivered on the 6th Feb for my Mothers 70th Birthday. She lives in Spain, I couldn't be there but to send her, her favourite flowers was the best I could do.
3pm today she asks me when they will arrive as she has waited in all day, so, I contact Online Live Support who tell me that the florist they use is closed today so won't be delivered until tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager, so Andrea then comes online and assures me that they will in fact, be delivered today.
Well, these flowers cost me almost £50, my mothers 70th birthday, it is now gone 10pm in Spain and no sign of any delivery, whats more, despite the fact Iflorist website is claiming their support staff is online, no one will answer my emails.
YOU HAVE FAILED TO HONOUR YOUR SIDE OF OUR AGREEMENT, YET YOU STILL TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
YOU HAVE RUINED MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY AND CAUSED ME DISTRESS.
I want my money refunded immediately and I will never again use your company and I will make sure that anyone I know fails to use you also.
I hve been completely ignored by your staff, disgusting, appalling unacceptable behaviour from YOU!

I can confirm the original florist we allocated this order to could not locate the address unfortunately. We are allocating a beautiful upgraded bouquet along with chocolates to a different florist right now for delivery as soon as humanly possible today. I loved the flowers we ordered. However, the customer service rep was a bit abrupt on the phone. I had to call to schedule the delivery time ( for a funeral service). I think she was asleep and cut me off as I was speaking. The day of the service, she called to ask for the time again and again cut me off. Considering we have obviously just experienced a loss, some empathy, patience and friendliness would have been appreciated.
I would suggest putting a location for window of delivery. These flowers were going to a funeral service and needed to arrive by a specific time. An email was sent to customer service and feedback was not received. However, the live chat proved useful and they stated comments were added to the order. The recipients were thoroughly pleased with the arrangement. Thank you.
The flower were delivered on time and looked exactly as described online. I know because the very happy recipient e-mailed a picture of them. Thanks so much!

i ordered the flowers expecting lillies and white roses as that is what i ordered from the website. this is not what was delivered. no roses no lillies, I rang the florist to complain and they informed me the information from the website was a white and green bouquet. that would be fine if it had roses lillies and / or was a bouquet worth the amount i paid. it was none of these things. the florist sent another bouquet but wanted the other one back, the second bunch of flowers were squashed and by morning starting to wither.

Hi there, I was so pleased to find a lovely cross in bold colours. I ordered it and was pleased to see I could specify a date to be delivered. It was great to receive an email shortly after that confirmed my purchase and deliver date, all that was fantastic.
Then I got an email from you to say the flowers would arrive - guess what - one day after the delivery date I had chosen. I contacted you and it was put straight and sure enough they were delivered on the due date I had specified. But that confusion cause me worry and distress, as these were funeral flowers and obviously had to arrive on a certain date, which of course I had paid for. Of course if my flowers had arrived a day later, they would have missed the funeral.
But I do have to say that, although I did not see the flowers myself, the family fed back to me how lovely they were and I believe the size and the quality of the presentation was second to none for the price I paid. Thank you very much/

I ordered flowers at 10:30 in the morning and by 14:30 they had been delivered and the flowers were beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this company for use in the future.
Up until the last flower delivery I've always been happy with the quality and service. I've used iflorist about 5 times or so now and the first 4 deliveries were very good. The price was always somewhat over the odds, but that's the cost of convenience I think.
The last time I used iflorist was for our anniversary, and I thought I'd splash out a bit. Normally a bunch of flowers is around £30 delivered, but this time I went for the large bunch at almost £50. When the good lady returned from work, I was particularly dismayed at the frankly limp, dog eared pathetic excuse of a bunch of flowers my £50 had paid for. There was no plant food sachet attached as you would find on any cheap supermarket offerings, let alone a flagship large bunch of flowers. Within a week all the flowers were brown shrivelled and by no means at their best... I which wasn't very good to start with. Do take into account that some flowers bought from aldi over with week earlier still outdated them by a long way.
I sent an email response to iflorist after they auto emailed me giving them an opportunity to explain/investigate what had happened with my order, but to date no attempt to contact me has been made, hence, now I am here to warn you that sometimes iflorist will deliver super quality, and sometimes they won't... But they don't seem to care either way as long as they get your hard earned cash.
Apologies for sounding somewhat bitter, but throwing £50 in the recycling is something that cuts deeply when all I wanted to do was something special for my lovely lady.

Amazing service time and time again
sending flowers to a funeral for a close family member is always an upsetting experience, especially from overseas. A I was unable to personally contact the florist I've previously used decided to give iflorist a go. They were great . Have been advised that the flowers were excellent and delivered on time.
The only small fault I found was that the online order form was a bit misleading in that one of the fields indicated the week of the delivery only in order to have the previously specified " free" delivery when ordering on line. If I filled in the actual date of required delivery a delivery charge was indicated. In order to clarify this I had to contact your help operator who's service I must mention was prompt, efficient and gave me the confirmation follw up e mail I requested
I wanted to send some flowers to my good friend in england for christmas as i live in aus. i quickly went on google as it was a very last minute idea and iflorist popped up. i checked it out! heaps to choose from, good price and so so easy to click on whatever type of occasion browse through the flowers choose a size pay and you done! Very fast as well! delivered the same day i ordered!
