My Order ID is 12000643. I booked the item at 1st November, when I place the order it shows that it will delivered with in 3 to 4 working days. When I didn't get the item at 7th November I called to customer care. Then they told me that at evening I will get the item. From 7th November to 12th November I called every day 2 time and they told me to wait. At 12th November they provide me the tracking code of blue dart which is wrong. When I called to customer care they didn't give me correct tracking code. I have never seen this much of bad and uncooperative staff. Always giving the excuse for delay.
I will suggest to every one to never buy anything from this site.

The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services.I got no notifications about where is my product ,when its been shipped.
Also the courier number(F11261770) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn't correct.
Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money.
Its better you go for some other website Flipkart,etc. even if they are costlier than this.
My name is Dinesh Jain. I placed an order online on www.infibeam.com on 9th September 2013. My Order Number is 11680734. Before placing an order, I called the customer service team in Ahmedabad on + 91 79 40260260 to confirm if you have Sony Xperia M (Black) in stock. Customer service representative informed that they have this item in stock.
· I placed the order on the same day on 9th September. Website stated that the shipment is expected to happen on 11th September. After waiting for 4 days, I called the customer service team to check what happened.
· They informed me that the item is not in stock. I was very disappointed as I was told by the team that they have it in stock on 9th September when I called them. Guess what! Even now, website states that the item is in stock. Why the hell is infibeam misguiding customers. Can’t they be honest and give us a correct information rather than giving false information to their customers.
· I spoke to Rahul Bagadia on 13th or 14th September who said that the item is not in stock and he also promised me that he will be calling me back on 18th September between 9:00 AM to 12:00 to confirm the status on my order.
Guess what. He lied to me. I have not heard anything from him yet. What a liar he was. My trust was broken for the second time by Rahul Bagadia by making a false promise. First time was when the customer service agent said that the item is in stock on 9th September before placing the order. Is this how infibeam cheat customers. First tell them that the item is in stock and after the customer places the order, item is out of stock automatically. Agents like Rahul Bagadia are experts in making false promises to the customers to get rid of them over the phone. If this is the level of service Infibeam provides to their customers by cheating them and lieing to to them, then I wonder how come these guys are in Business. I don’t think they have many happy customers around. I am wondering if I would ever receive my order and how many fake promises will be made still before receiving my order. Can I trust these guys that they will deliver the right item in the right way without any problem in the right time?
Can I have an answer for this. Website says that Sony Xperia M (Black) is in stock even now. But its not in stock from the last 10 days when I spoke to the customer service agents. May I know whats going on. And my second concern is why was the false promise made to me by Rahul Bagadia. Is he trained to make false promises to the customers. Overall, this is the worst online shopping experience I had till now. I think flipkart.com is much better than infibeam. I tried infibeam this time since the price was low compared to other websites. But the service is worst. I would rather pay 1000 rupees more to their competitors and get a better service in time. I don’t know how to trust you infibeam from here. We ordered a laptop from them and even after 7 days there is no sign of shipping. I am tired of calling their customer care but no use. Useless people...cheaters. Please do not ever buy anything from them. No surprise if someday they disappear after dodging the customers. They are just collecting the money thru credit cards but no service.
I ordered this product on 14th july 2013. (order no 11223155). they promised to deliver it before 25th july. but it was delivered on 6th august. Infibeam made world record of slowest and worst delivery (24 days for less than 700 km). i hv paid in advance,hence had no option other than waiting. its worst site i hv ever seen. TV was damaged and defected! i doubt whether they are selling rejected and products. this site is not trust worthy! i made complaint bt there is no positive response! they always make some excuses. i thing now it will take 4-5 months to replace it. got very disappointed. feeling cheated and harassed. thinking to move to consumer forum! do not pay in advance on this site.
infibeam is not reliable web for online shoping...they are cheating people....I have booked Philips home theator....after 20 days, they said this is out of stock you select other product. & after that it shows avaibility with higher price...
They have a very misleading refund policy. While their website says full refund on return within 7 days, they will charge you 10-25% for stocking fee, which is hidden in another page. I am hoping to get at least the remaining refund.
Here is the update on my story:
Infibeam called me back in about four days after I sent them an email. The guy who called was really courteous, but could not help much and himself forwarded the call to a supervisor. It was a reasonably long waiting time for the supervisor to come online, but come he did. I had to narrate my story again and he promised a resolution after an inquiry, but did not give any timeline. So I did not have much hope after reading the other reviews. In fact I was not even checking my card statement for refund. To my pleasant surprise, I saw yesterday, they had made a complete and full refund within a week from that call. Thanks, Infibeam! I shall go back to you, next time I make a purchase.
i ordered an item on 22nd may 2013 and it didnt receivedeven after 14 days. i contact infibeam customer service many times and i got a information that i have to sent my id card copy. Ok.. i have done it on june 3rd, the day they informed me. I made a call to infibeam on june 4 2013 and they told me that they will do necessary action. now also i didnt get the item. This is the worst experience that i ever had from a online shopping. i strongly recommend that ''Dont buy from infibeam"". better to use ebay or flipkart or any thing like that.
I was initially impressed with the Call Center agents politeness, order taking efficiency, and delivery time. Excellent. The problem starts if you have to deal with Infibeam further than this.
To start with, the product delivered was faulty. Of course one can not hold Infibeam responsible because the product, in this case a XOLO phone, was delivered sealed, obviously sealed by Xolo.
However one wonders that the discount offered by Infibeam (and other websites) on products could be because the items that they receive to dispatch to customers could be seconds, or otherwise shady. One never knows and that why its prudent to question how come websites deeply discount some products. That covers the pricing part.
Now, the defect being discovered, I called up Infibeam, who were very polite asked me to send them photographs by e-mail, and many e-mails and calls later, and took a few days to arrange shipment back to them through Aramex and I was instructed to print out a label with Infi’s address and keep the package ready. Aramex picked it up 3 days later (after the scheduled date.)
Xolo in the meantime practically disowned the product, and shunted me back to Infibeam. So when you buy on-line you could be in a position where you call up the Vendor, and the Manufacturer, and never know who is going to own up responsibility if you have a problem. In this case, Infibeam did after many e-mails and calls. Now this costs Time, and since Infi does not have a Toll-Free number, lots of money too.
By this time, 15 days have passed with a non-functional product that you do not have, and is paid for.
Subsequent calls to Infi, I am told Firmly, to have patience, and amongst many stories, I am told, further, that they have received the product, its been attended too, and will come back to me. BLATANT LIES. Because 15 days after sending the item to Infi, it comes back home, package UN-opened and UN-delivered by ARAMEX because INFI GAVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS label to print out (which is on record.) So how come the guys at the call center gave me the story of it being attended to, it being in their warehouse, Etc.
A few calls later INFI now realizes their bungle and I have to ship the product back to them. As usual Aramex is 3 days late and by then Blue Dart has picked it up.
Status now is that as usual the ppl at Infi do not know the exact position since I get varying versions, the product still has to be attended to and will hopefully come back to me 15 days from now. That is like 45 days after paying for it. 2 dispatches to them, and being not sure of what happens next.
So if you want to deal with INFI, or shopping online, be-warned.
You may have to call them like 50 times, each call being at your own cost, may get varying stories, blatant lies, have an item you have paid for being in courier-limbo, and God forbid, if you really want to use something you have paid for, end up getting very frustrated.
I am not, because i have everything on record, and Lawyers just itching to get their hands on situations (&/+) companies like this.

worst company have not received wireless headphone after 14 days of order and after that received it faulty. their courier guys picked it up and now company is blaming that you have sent us broken headphones. biggest cheaters on web. worst worst worst i have even filed complaint against them in consumer forum.
I have ordered a USB dongle and it was delivered after 15 days. Even they took 10 days to approve the item where the payment was made on the time of booking. Called the customer executives many time and requested to fasten the delivery but no help and use. Very bad and worst service ever seen in online shopping.

Very Unsatisfactory shopping site, I ordered a MMX canvas HD(Black) about more then a week ago(29/03/13) (Order ID.10497957) and they had not yet shipped it yet , customer service gives in every alternate date of shipment but fail to ship my product.
Yesterday(06/04/13) morning i called up their customer support and cancel my order but withing a couple of minutes later i received a call that they can ship me a MMX canvas HD(White) which is available with them at that very moment if i want ..so i said OK.
But till date(07/04/13) i had no information about the shipment of my Mobile. Will never recommend this site. I am confuse what to do now.
Ordered a mobile phone worth Rs.2999 using credit card. Wrong product delivered. Informed them on time. Asked me to send pictures. After three days i got another call asking to send more pictures for them to believe its a wrong product. I sent 10 photographs in and out. After three days again i got a call saying they want more photographs!!!!! Disgusting. Always lookout for alternatives and if feasible never buy from this website. I have placed two orders from this website , and to my surprise one has deilvered wrong and poor quality products and the other one is yet to arrive.
And , don’t be fooled by the Shipping Dates as they never stick to that . And the other one is the difference between delivery date and shipping date is really huge.
I have to buy from this web site as my company has options of providing gift vouchers and to my bad luck I selected infeabeam vouchers!!!
Anyways I will be writing to my HR to stop buying gift vouchers from this company . Any of Admin or HR reading this , If you want a quality vendor , please don’t partner with infeabeam they will end up upsetting your employees badly.

My friend ordered a midnight delivery combo pack of cake and flowers to surprise her husband on his birthday, but I was dismayed, when checking the status mid night that its been delivered, but to someone else.
Even after mentioning that the delivery will be self received, someone, not even with my name has taken the goods, when inquired with the representatives they are telling that they have the proof of delivery.
The vendor is not bothered of delivering the good to the correct person and these people are least bothered to take the complaint and follow up with the vendor.
I will never recommend the purchace of products online via infibeam.
I placed an Order with Infibeam on 24th Jan, 2013 for a mobile phone worth Rs. 27100 (Order No. 10071542). Listing said it will be shipped within 24hrs. As soon as I placed the order the order details said it will be shipped by 26th Jan, 2013. Though it was not as promised I still thought let it be. I kept waiting for its shipping till 26th Jan, 2013 afternoon but I didn't see any update about anything. So finally I mailed them to cancel the order since it was not shipped in the timelines given. I got a prompt reply that they have sent the request for cancellation to concerned department. I even confirmed that on phone. Its been more than 24hrs since then and I still don't see any response or order cancellation in my account online. Subsequent mails went unanswered.
I urgently need a new phone and I am not getting cancellation confirmation so that I can go buy a new phone from a retailer. I wish I had seen mouthshut before placing order. I am a regular customer at Flipkart and now I feel I should have stick to them only.
For any user who's going to buy from Infibeam, please don't, they don't keep their own promises. I am done with them, just need to get my money back now.
I place order(order id-9782127) for lily & roses bunch on Dec 2, 2012 to be delivered on Dec 8, 2012. This was wishing happy anniversary to someone.
Instead of lily & roses bunch for Rs 850/-, just a bunch of cellophane wrapped 13 roses was sent-all were stinking with fishy smell and that too the product was delivered at 8:30pm night(despite my request to deliver it in morning - yeah they do say they have a policy to deliver between x am and y pm, but for an order placed a week in advance, they still had to deliver at the last hr! )
I called up infibeam customer care repeatedly and complained, today is 30dec-2012 - as yet no action! These people are cheats, beware. I want a full refund of my money immediately!

I ordered a new book, received the delivery in time, but hard bound of the book was torn out. So its a two piece. It shows how negligently it was handled even before packing. I have sent the photos of the same to customer service, still waiting for response. But with this i am not going to buy again from infibeam and I wont recommend others.

Ordered white iPhone (they didn’t have the SKU and when called they asked me to put in WHITE in instructions), I did that in 3 different places Notes, Instructions and Gift Message. They still send me a black iPhone, the customer rep asks me to open the box when I specifically say that it says black, when I open and say it is black she says the dispatch boy will come in 24 hrs and pick up the black iPhone and ship the white iPhone, 2 days later no one shows up. I keep calling thier customer service, wait in the queue and the phone gets disconnected - they DON"T even care to call back the customer, it was thier data issue that calls are getting disconnected. I called 6 times, and had to wait in the queue all 6 times, explain the same story again and again One rep says there are no white phones, the other rep says you ordered black and you got black, the other one says you opened the box already so it is yours...DIFFERENT STOREIS, they don’t know what they are talking..the customer is unhappy and didn’t get what he or she wanted. THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE, this company is going to go down...they have taken my frustration levels so deeper, I have all the calls recorded from call # 3, next step is go to consumer court and get them hooked. I’m also going to go VERY VIRAL and social about how this company is cheating people.
They are thinking they can get away, but I’m sorry - I’ll spend all my forces and energy to get these kind of companies that are cheating common man out of business. Good luck InfiBeam

i bought Zen USB speakers from infibeam on 22nd July and the delivery date was 27th July. I got my order completed on 25th July. The packing was superb with no damage and the quality of product was superb. Love to shop from infibeam. This is not the first time i got the delivery on time before that i purchased few books and mobile as well and the delivery was up to date. Keep doing the same....
This is with reference to my order id 8633007. I order valentine day's gift on 13th Feb before 1pm. The website promised to deliver the gift on 14th Feb. However, when I spoke to customer rep on 14th Afternoon, they said they wont be able to deliver on 14th and confirmed that they will cancel the order.
However, to my surprise, on 16th the shipment was delivered !!! I cant believe how disconnected their supply chain is. Now, the customer rep states that I never cancelled the order and so it was delivered. Blatant Lying. I have refused to accept their shipment and want a refund back.
