I like the price and the fast service, but the ink cartridges would not work, or rather, my printer would not work with these cartridges. I called customer service. Very polite. I was offered either a refund or replacement cartridges. I choose the refund.
I just opened the black ink cartridge to replace the original one supplied with my Epson WorkForce 645 printer. Upon removing the seal for installation ink spilled out all over my floor. I won't dare put in my printer for fear of ruining it.
The ink quality is great as well as the price and quantity of ink. However because they are refurbished cartridges my printer picks up the original expiration date and I have to approve continuing with the expired cartridge in order to print. Really an inconvenience in this regard. Wish they could somehow change this. But this would be my only complaint. Otherwise an A+ for customer service, quality & price.
The service was excellent and products nearly 1/2 as cheap as Office Depot, however the cartridges were not compatible. My printer rejected them immediately. I continued to try to print a job and the first few pages came out very light and blurry. The following pages came out completely blank.
I have an address for the best place to get your INK for your printer, I have never gotten any half full cartridges or empty ones from this company. You want to try them? And they are much cheaper them where you are getting yours now.
AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND GOING ONLINE ON THERE SITE I GOT A RESPONSE, THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS CONCERN AND PROMISE ME THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME THE RIGHT CARTRIDGE OUT. THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT TAKE A LOT OF TIME AND AFFORD TO GET TO THIS POINT. THAT IS MY PERSONAL COMPLAINT, i FILL THAT INK FARM SHOULD HAVE A QUICKER RESPONSE. I HAD JUST PURCHASED 2 CARTRIDGES BEFORE BEFORE LOOK ON THE PERVIOUS ORDERS AND YOU CAN SEE THE MODEL NUMBER IF THERE IS A QUESTION OR EMAIL FOR A CONFORMATION . OVERALL THE CARTRIDGE WORKED . nOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS THE SAME TUNE UP
I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed in my order. I installed my cartridges and my printer would not work. After numerous trys I called and your service dept sent me a new set but because of the days it took to get them in the mail I had to go out and buy new HP's from a local. They were expensive but I now have another set from your company but because my other new set is working I will need to wait until I need to replace and than I hope your set will work.
