Horrible customer service. Days later and while I was counting on delivery for works to assume, they emailed to say they could not deliver. Their email has no contact number, no name of the individual sending the email. I found their contact number online but it immediately takes you to leaving a message and not possible to get through to anyone.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I enquired about the availability of some rockwool insulation slabs as the price offered through Insulation-Online was by far the best around, and initially it was going to take 4 weeks to get the stock. But after Darroch liaised with my local depot, they were able to source the stock and deliver in less than 2 weeks. Darroch kept me informed every step of the way, the driver turned up exactly when expected and was very helpful, even offloading the goods and helping to put them in our garage.
