Last week I sent a parcel to my son in the USA, as always I used Interparcel and as usual they didn't let me down. The parcel was picked up at 12.30 on Monday and was in my son's hands by Wednesday. I have been using Interparcel for 5 years now and frankly I wouldn't use anyone else. The documentation I needed was emailed to me with clear instructions. Well done and thank you everyone at Interparcel. Next parcel in a few weeks.
The price I paid was a lot cheaper than other carriers too, so win win all round.
I booked a collection through Interparcel.
We are a business so the office was manned throughout the day, CCTV will confirm this.
No courier arrived by 4pm. We were told on the live chat to allow up until 5.30pm as we are a business. 8pm arrived and still no sign of any courier so onto live chat again as we were about to leave the office for the weekend.
I asked about the lack of pick up and was told the courier had been at 3pm. Now bear in mind that we are an office, we contacted them at 4pm and hadn't been told this and I have a CCTV camera on the front door I knew this was a blatant lie.
The offer to me was the pick up could be booked for the Saturday when the office was closed, again not good service from Interparcel.
I asked for a refund and this is where the service went from terrible to criminal. I was told my prepay account would be refunded but I couldn't have the money from my prepay account until a manager decided I could have it back. I clarified this with the live chat operator (?) with the words I'll get my money back when a manager can be bothered, the response..... Yes, it will be some time next week.
So not only now have I let down two important customers because they will now not get their orders I have my money held in the a prepay account until a manager deems enough time has passed and they will then grace me with a refund.
Mistakes happen and I wasn't happy about the missed collection at all but the follow up service is just terrible, no interaction and no empathy just you don't get your money back until we say so.
I'll be sticking with [external links removed] from now on, if anyone is sending something that is really important I would advise you to do the same.
Interparcel has damaged my business and cost me dearly.
What a fantastic company. Not had one single problem and long may it continue. I have used lots of parcel companies in the past and you guys are in a different league.
With Royal mail prices seemingly going up every 5 minutes, the margins on my Ebay and Amazon sales were getting smaller and smaller. I needed to find an alternative shipping process and was not looking forward to signing up to dozens of different online services.
Enter Interparcel to save the day! It was just what I needed - I could enter my details just once and receive instant quotes from several suppliers. I used Collect+ on the last two occasions and the transactions have gone without a hitch.

Interparcel offer a very good service normally and i don't have to contact the customer support number often.
The only issues I tend to get are when using the budget courier services and have had parcels getting lost or mislaid for a while.
Interparcel has a good claims service though for this.
If you are going to use Interparcel i would recommend sticking with the UPS service which is very good.
I found the Interparcel website recently when I sold a load of stuff on eBay and was shocked at how much Royal Mail's prices had gone up. I knew charging people over £6 for postage would put them off bidding on my items so was keen to find a cheaper alternative. I found the site very easy to use. I had an issue with one of my parcels so used the live chat function. The operative on the other end was really helpful and sorted my enquiry straight away. I used the Collect Plus service to keep the costs down even more and it saved me having to wait in all day for a parcel to be collected. A very positive experice and I would definitely use the site again.
I booked a delivery which stated on the website that if I booked by 8pm then delivery would be next day by 6pm. I booked at about 3pm and dropped the parcel off at the required point at about 6pm. When the tracking system told me that the parcel was still at the drop off point later that evening, I checked and was told that the parcel has missed the collection and the delivery would be Tuesaday and not Friday as I was expecting. The website is wrong and when this was pointed out to Interparcel I was told that services are no gauranteed and I would not get a refund. I will be following this up with them.
I needed to send a parcel for something I had sold on eBay but Royal Mail was so expensive I would have made a loss on the sale. The Interparcel service was not only much cheaper but the package was collected from my door without my having to lug it to the Post Office. All worked extremely well and I will use again.
I booked through Interparcel, and parcel was picked up by My Hermes.
10 days later I got an email from Interparcel to say the parcel can not be delivered because they dont deliver to PO boxes.
I called Interparcel and asked for a refund of the £7 they charged for my package , but they said there was no refund because it says in the small print that they dont deliver to PO boxes.
I havent seen this stipulation, but I asked for my parcel to be returned to me, which took another 5 days.
I will never use Interparcel again,,,,, BEWARE
booked via interparcel to send a parcel to pakistan and then had to have it returned 4 DAYS LATER.i spoke to an agent who tried to fob me off and promised me a phone call as TNT returned the parcel stating that i had asked for it to be returned when we didnt and the inter parcel agent said she would message TNT to sort it out and get back to me which she never did.still no confirmation if my parcel has been arrived to Pakistan and very concerned about its whereabouts as the tracking number isnt right
my parcel was so badly handled that when the item reached destination it was beyond repair. when I contacted interparcel customer services they could not care less and would not even refund the cost of the shipping. appalling service.
I have used Inter-parcel around 12 times with no problems the last time I used them it was a nightmare I gave the wrong house number and they didn't collect I rearranged collection not knowing I had given the wrong house number they didn't collect or phone me I checked the address again and realized my mistake they now had the correct address and collection was re arranged still no pick up and so they try again re arranged no pick up to be fair they offered me a refund witch I accepted but a simple phone call would have solved the problem I will probably use them again but hope they take this on board as we can all make mistakes and all it takes is a phone call to sort it out Chris Turnbull
This important order was made in good faith on a Sunday morning with the promise that it would be collected Monday from reception at my workplace at the medical centre and delivered Tuesday....."a next day service". The parcel was collected on Tuesday afternoon after at least three long telephone calls to Interparcel and City Link. No consignment number had been given in e- mail communication and this had to be obtained from Interparcel before city link could inform me of anything. The parcel was delivered to its destination on Friday in a damaged state, too late to be repaired before the bank holiday weekend.
Poor service by anyone's standards, yet City Link said this was acceptable fir the postcode area and would take no responsibility, saying it was the fault of Interparcel.

I had a cycle rack to return, after speaking to the company I was returning it to they suggested i used a courier, two minutes later on the net, Interparcel was the most competitive, this was at 09:25, they obviously would not be able to pick up that morning but offered me any time from 12:30 on wards on the same day I selected a time frame and they stuck to it. 'WOW' fantastic service, very clear instructions via email with printable return slips to tape to your parcel, good straight forward value for money well done Interparcel keep up the great service I would recommend.
I was very pleased with the ease of placing my request on the internet.
The parcel was collected and delivered safetly and promptly.
The charges were very reasonable.
It saved me a journey to the post office.
I will definately use interparcel again and recommend them to my family and friends
I booked Interparcel through Parcels2Go as they seemed reasonably priced and easy to book. I waited in all day on my day off for the promised collection. I called the office just before 5pm as I had planned to go out at 6. They said the van was still out and my collection was scheduled and they would call the van driver to see how long it would be and get back to me. They did not return my call and when I called back the office was close and I could only 'chat' on-line. This was a Friday and they offered to re-schedule pick-up for Monday. As I work this was not an option. I was refunded promptly - the only saving grace. I will not be using them again and they have lost a potential good customer as with Royal Mail changes to their service I was looking for another courier.
