My label (Black Hole Records) has been selling through Interpunk for several years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and quick to send out a check when I request it. I have only made one purchase through Interpunk, but it arrived swiftly and with no problems.
i highly dislike the fact that your company is not allowing me to return my unused, unwanted items. i just got them in the mail yesterday. there is no way to get a hold of you. and i was told i need to contact you to return the items but the link i clicked from my order status screen is not functioning properly. please reply by emailing me at email@example.com
I had placed an order 3 weeks ago for 2 hoodies. 1 hoody wasnt going to be in stock until a week later, the other hoodie was in stock. Now 3 weeks later, the first hoodie is no longer in stock. They couldnt save one for me since i placed the order so long ago? I tried to call them to cancel my order but they have no phone number to call. Is the only way to contact them through that webpage form to send? very unprofessional, i want to speak to someone about this so i can find out when to actually expect my shipment, or I will want to cancel it.
