I ordered 6 colored pencils and never received them. Customer service argued that the items were sent. Regardless, I didn't get them. They refused to send new pencils or give me a refund, which would have been for less than $20. Very bad customer service.

I didn't expect to get my package just the day after I placed my order. Turns out they set up a new warehouse right here in Adelaide. I especially love their store-brand watercolor and pastel paper—great quality at a reasonable price. Their selection of paintbrushes is huge, too. I'm sure this will be my go-to spot for pastel and watercolor supplies from now on.

The order was easy to execute and got to my address in time.

I ordered 3 pencils. I had to go away for a few days and expected them to be delivered while I was gone. What I got was message after message (9 in all) saying it couldn’t be delivered. The reason! Three pencils in a package too big for a letterbox ! Credit to Evri for persevering. Jacksons, use some common sense! Just to make it clear. The problem was the size of the package not Evri. The package was too big for the letterbox. Three pencils. In a package too big for the letterbox. Evri did all they could. I dod contact Jacksons but they ignored my message

The reason I use Jackson's is because the service is excellent from an easy user friendly website to receiving fabulous products swiftly. Thanks everyone 🙂

I was very happy with my purchase,in delivery and the actual pencil wrap with pencils too. As I had put my old postcode when buying said item there was a problem with the delivery. When I called Jacksons they were brilliant and sent me another one out which I received the following day. Thank you once again for your prompt help . I am extremely thankful and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Terrible service, will never use this shop again!I requested to cancel my order just two hours after placing it. However, the store completely ignored my request and shipped the item the very next day anyway. Disappointing customer support and absolute lack of respect for the customer.

Amazing choice of art materials, the best prices in the UK, reliable fast deliveries and the nicest customer service. A generous reward point system as well. They are the very best. Something to have into account is that even when other suppliers have offers, Jackson’s price is still lower usually.

Over the years, I have learnt to trust Jackson's. It is the quality of the goods they send and the care that is taken when packing my order. They are an ace, top-of-the-tree company. It is always lovely to shop with them. My last recent order is no exception. Thank you once again, Jackson's!

Ordered on a Sunday , Notification of dispatch on Monday- Bank Holiday. Tuesday tracking info provided - Royal Mail waiting to receive package. this remained as the message on tracking until the following Sunday - 7 days later. Package delivered Monday 8 days later by Royal Mail 48 hour tracking !!!

My order came in good time, was packaged securely and the products are just what I wanted. In fact, Jackson’s rough eco paper is amazing!
