Its a fake and fraud site...never buy anything from here. Phone number is not active and never replied to mail.. worst experience 🤬

I ordered 3 kurta set and received wrong products. Order placed with only number and no email id was registered while placing the order. It was a cash on delivery. When I opened my order, it was completely wrong products. Now, neither able to return or exchange products, nor able to connect with customer care. It says number is out of service. Seems like my money is wasted. Registered grievance in national consumer helpline site. Response awaited.

This looks like a fraud business. I received totally wrong items against my order. These are also of very cheap quality, without any label or price tag. Looks like picked from cheap wholesale market. Now I am not able to contact them. The given phone number doesn't exist. The return page in the website is not responding.

Jaipur kurta is totally fraud website it's just when I receive the item I started my return but here's not any contact number is available which can be picked and then don't reply back on email their site is also showing like go daddy.com like they never exists or someone have hacked their website it's totally fraud now I'm going to consume forum

Mai jaipur kurta se 3 kurta order Kiya tha aaj hi woh deliver hua hay 3000 ka product tha. sare k sare galat item, cheap quality materials our alag sizes k aye hay. I ordered for three kurtis and opted for COD. I received three identical kurtis, but none from what I ordered. Also the contact number on the website doesn't even exist. This is a complete scam.

Worst experience, first time I have ordered and they delivered me wrong suit with wrong size...and they are nowhere reachable.

Ordered 2 dresses. While ordering, it took me only to COD mode of payment. No cards/upi/NetBanking. Received very poor quality dresses. The return/exchange/refund policy on website is just for namesake. They don't work. When logged in, it doesn't even show the orders placed. Contact number given doesn't work either

They are scammers. My mother ordered 3 suits from them which were of poor quality. The website displays a 3 days return policy, but even after completing all the steps required to place return within the said time period, there is no return initiated or no communication regarding failure or non acceptance either. The mobile number given is non existent and there is no other means to contact them or their support team. Please beware and those aggrieved should better file a mass complaint together to make the complaint strong and loud enough for strict action against these scammers.

The product i recived is of very bad quality and when i try to return it they show that you don't have the authority ro return this item. I tried calling them but there no. Is always out of service also they don't check there mails . Its a total scam don't buy from them

I would have given it negative rating, if there was any option. This website is fake..I ordered 2 suit sets and the delivered products was of the cheapest quality and even worse I can't even return it from the website itself. They have created a pseudo email with my number with extension breeze. In, so that if in future I was to return the product or even access my account for history. I won't be allowed access. Just now I am reading people reviews and I am shocked that I am not the one. This is e commerce scam guys, beware!!

Very Disappointing Experience – Please Be Careful Before Buying

I would strongly advise buyers to be very careful before purchasing from this website. I ordered a dress after trusting the product images on the website, but the product I received was not the same as what was shown in the pictures.

I also could not find any proper option on the website to return the product or request a refund. The customer care phone number and email address provided on the website have also not been helpful, and I have been unable to get proper assistance.

I feel extremely disappointed and helpless because I have not been able to find a proper way to return the product and get my money back.

Please check the return/refund process, customer support details, and other customer reviews carefully before placing an order on this website. I regret trusting this website and making this purchase.

Very disappointing experience. The product looks completely different from what is shown online, and the quality is extremely poor. There is no proper return option either. Definitely a worst experience—would not recommend.

Recently I ordered two Kurtis of rupees 2000 from this Jaipur Kurta website.This website advertisement was appearing in my YouTube feed. They sent a wrong item. The quality of the clothes is very very cheap. You can't wear in office or college. Cloths are looking like used. No tagging in cloths. Contact no and email I'd is also fake. Everyone should complain in consumer forum for this website.

recently order from this website came on you tube advertisements. received product of low quality. this is fake seller. its contact no is not working. neither you can raise return or exchange request through any mode. because of such idiots entire industry and that area sellers will suffer.
