Great service and delivery time, but sometimes quality of costumes is low.
The variety of costumes and accessories is great. There isn't much that you can't get. The delivery is within a few days. But sometimes the costumes have seams that haven't been stitched properly or an attaching stitch has been know to come away halfway through the event, leaving people scurrying for safety pins or cotton. I think quality checking would solve this.

Very good customer service
I phoned up to enquire about a costume for my tall 11year old son. He was heading to the Glasgow 7's Rugby match that weekend and I could not find any Marvell Character Costumes to fit his size. After phoning all the fancy dress places around about Glasgow, I eventually headed to the internet. The Jokers' s website was easy to navigate and having the pictures of the costumes and the sizes of the actual shoulder to ankle length was great! I phoned up and your customer service department were great. The lady I spoke to was lovely and polite and really helpful. We discussed the best postal option to ensure that I had it in time for the weekend and arranged for it to be delivered to my work. The costume (Batman the Dark Knight) came on time and fitted like a glove. I was really impressed with your service and would not hesitate to recommend you - this is high praise from me!! I am actually a Business Education Teacher and have used your company as an example of Good Customer Care and how to get productive feedback from customers!!

Very fast and easy to order, wide range of items, next day delivery is a life saver although alittle pricy.
The costume looked good however the quality was alittle rubbish as it started to fray slightly first time out.

Awesome
I bought the Banana Man outfit with a 60" inflatable banana to accompany. It looked cracking. I scored more birds that night dressed as a super hero then I normally do in standard attire. I would suggest to all ugly blokes to wear as a daily work/socialising outfit to increase their pulling stats. Im wearing mine at the moment.

Fabulous, would buy from again and again
Ordered Alan the Hangman costume FRiday at 2pm, by 7.30am Saturday morning i had a text telling me my parcel was in the collect box selected. Amazing service, costume was fabulous, my son loved it. Very cool look for last day of year!!

Let down by courier
Ordered item with a Saturday guarantee but courier, couldn't be bothered to attempt delivery! Should have an option to use Royal Mail, would be a lot better.

To investigate your comments further, we have contacted DPD, being the delivery agent, to try and ascertain the reason behind the failed delivery of your order. DPD confirm that GPS records show no attempt was made to deliver your parcel. This failure on their part has reflected negatively upon us as the retailer and let you down as one of our valued customers. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.
As delivery is outside of our control we must divorce such issues with that of our own customer services. I understand our team have been speaking directly with you regarding this matter and a full refund of goods and delivery costs has been actioned. Chose to collect item from click and collect, they forgot to text me to say it had arrived so was forced to contact them to find out if it had been delivered and for the release code. Tut Tut...

Overpriced for the actual quality but lovely customer service
The range of products is good on this site. However fancy dress in general is ridiculously expensive for what in effect is printed cheap quality polyester, to dress a family of three kids and two adults in Star Wars theme cost around £150. Even the Star Wars Premium Storm Trooper was poorer quality than expected; the kids helmets are not full faced rather elastic to hold it on, they banged against their noses against the plastic and them steamed up rendering them unwearable. However, the company were excellent in that when ordering a good which they no longer had in stock they offered me twice the value to purchase something else (which I did). The returns I made were refunded in good time also though I paid initially £4 postage, then £8 to return then another £8 (to get the goods delivered in time for a party). The people at the end of the phone were really polite and helpful though and did what was requested. The company seem really good and have an excellent customer service, I am confident I could make better costumes though...if I had the time.

The quality of my item was better than expected.
The postage was super fast. I opted to collect from my local Sainsburys store and the item was ready at 7.30am the very next day.

Spectacular costume, great customer service
Really easy company to deal with with a great product line at reasonable prices.
I found the internet piece quite difficult as I couldn't arrange to collect from their office but I phoned through and the girl was brilliant, dealt with the whole thing there and then at the same price as on the internet and she was fun and friendly unlike some of the competition.
The costume was awesome, I won a best-dressed prize of a bottle of champagne and frankly I deserved it..not because of me, the costume was just that good.

masquerade didn't fool about...they left the fooling to us
My son decided last minute to go as robot Pete on his rugby tour, I rang and the girls at masquerade who were so helpful they arranged delivery to the holiday park we were going too in woolacoome bay. They were so friendly I will and have already recommended them, we're goin again nxt year so I'll b back online looking for our outfits well in advance. My son looked fab and had a great laff thankyou very much xx

Speedy delivery but damaged product
I have ordered a few times before and normally it's super speedy and good quality, however when I ordered my most recent product, even though it was more that padded in the packaging, my product arrived splintered and cracked in one of the lenses, which can only lead me to believe that it was packaged this way to begin with. Minor issue as it was barely noticeable once the outfit was together, however, It would have been nice to receive an in-tact product.

Good Service.
Very good service, extremely quick delivery. Only downside was the size of the costume, I am generally a Medium, Large at a push. I ordered Large to be safe and this came up extremely short on me . This was the Luigi costume.

Excellent service, excellent goods
This is my first order from Jokers Masquerade and I am more than pleased with their service and the order I've made. I've been looking for some dressing up outfits for my 5 year old. Excellent and prompt service.
I ordered a Dorothy fancy dress costume for my 11 year old daughter which, when it came, was sadly too big for her. I E mailed the company and was given a returns number and told to return the item complete with the returns number. Th refund was then credited back on to my credit card within literally a day or two! The order was efficiently handled from beginning to end.

Brilliant service, fantastic communication, a little bit pricey but wouldn't hesitate to use again.
I ordered several items at one time, I was kept fully informed of the delivery status and given the option to change delivery times/dates. Really super service, wouldn't hesitate to use again. A little bit pricey, did find a few of the bits and pieces cheaper however such super service it didn't matter.

Needed an outfit for a rugby social night out.
Phoned them tuesday. Spoke to an awesome lady, who was very helpful. Paid £2.99 for drop box and it was delivered by Thursday.

If you place your fancy dress order with Jokers' Masquerade before 4pm our warehouse staff will lovingly collect your costumes carefully ensconced within our warehouse complex. They will then pack and ship them via your chosen delivery method.
