Items are portrayed as in stock but often aren't. CSR didn't seem to care and could only offer, quote "her word".

Ordered twice. Both times received a cancel order email the next day because quote "item was out of stock". At the time I ordered, the watch was portrayed on the website as "in stock ships within 1 day". It still was so the next day when I received the cancellation email. When I called the CSR, she could only apologize and couldn't offer anything to make up for it. She assured me the website would be updated the same day.

The next day the website had now indeed been updated, but to "In stock, ships within 1-2 weeks", when it would have been fair to expect them to update it to "out of stock" given that they had just cancelled my order for that very reason.

2 days later, upon seeing that the watch was still portrayed as "In stock, ships within 1-2 weeks", I figured I'd place another order, and again got the same order cancellation message.

Beyond the factually inaccurate information, it makes me wonder whether the misrepresentation was actually intentional. Was it an attempt to lure customers with seemingly cheaper products that were actually never available for sale? Was it a way to trick me into giving all my personal information (name, address, phone, credit card number)? I am closely monitoring my credit card statements now...

Disappointed

I am very disappointed in the warranty that is given out, I understand that if for internal damage, but after purchasing a Michael Kors watch in October of 2013 and wearing it for less than 10 times for a couple hours a day a rhinestone fell out and the clasp is not closing properly. I must mention that the clasp never closed tightly. If it was purchased directly through [external reference] I would have been given a brand new watch no questions asked. I was told by Jomashop to bring it to a jeweler to get it fixed. Buy Cheap buy Twice. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Trustworthy.

The Rolex I bought was as you would get it at a Rolex dealer minus the Rolex warranty. I own nine Rolexes and other expensive brand watches and have never had a defect or any issue so the two year warranty is irrelevant. Naturally if you buy a $400 Gucci made in China for idiots you might be dissatisfied. Not Jomashop's fault.

DEFECTIVE WATCHES - BEWARE

This company does not honor warranties on watches that are defective. I purchased a watch for $400 and less than 6 months later the watch stopped working. After returning the watch for repair, they refused to repair it stating “damages are not covered”. Apparently the inside of the watch was rusted and Jomashop states this was because the pin was left open then emerged in water, which is just not the truth. This watch was not worn in water, although it was advertised as waterproof with a 2 year warranty. Watches are not the quality described on the site.

Best watch price. Worst customer service.

Purchased a Skagen watch with 30-Meter water resistance. Swam with it a few months later and drops showed up in the glass and rust weeks later on the stem. Called customer service and the rep said it was under warranty, to complete a form online, then print out the form and mail in with the watch. After completing the form, an e-mail came back saying water damage isn't covered. I called back speaking with another rep, then a supervisor.

I explained the damage in detail, how it occurred, and together we read through the online warranty info at Jomashop.com. Despite that the situation fit well within warranty guidelines, the supervisor refused to have the watch serviced or replaced. He was rude and spoke 'in circles.'

After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Jomashop requested I send in the watch. Luckily I registered the package. Over two weeks later, BBB replied that the business hadn't received the watch, and the case would be closed.

I updated BBB about the delivery status and lack of communication from Jomashop. A month later, the watch came back unrepaired incorrectly stating that the damage was caused by negligence and therefore out of warranty. I'm contacting BBB regarding this again. The watch cost $60.

ALWAYS SATISFIED!

I am a long standing customer of Jomashop. Each of my many purchases have been efficient in every way. Yes, there have been the rare occasion when some issue arose, but with the expert assistance of people like Dee, satisfaction was quickly achieved. The measure of a business is not whether issues arise (because they will). but rather the manner in which the issues are resolved. Dee and her customer service associates, have come through every time. I will continue to shop at Jomashop with complete confidence and enjoyment. Again, I thank you Dee. for your fine work and your kindness.

Horrible customer service

This company deserves no stars at all! I bought a watch from them and decided to return it for refund or exchange for another watch. On Monday January 13, 2013 I got a reply that my watch is not eligible for return or exchange since it shows signs of wear, and they they send it to their repair department. I have never asked or authorized them to repair my watch: it is brand-new item and I would like to sell it intact. I have been calling ever since every day to their customer service and begging them to mail me my watch but all in vain. Every day they are telling me that they would get in touch with their Returns and Repairs departments and leave a message but nothing happens. There seems to be a fundamental gap between their customer service and other departments. My frustration has no limits: my watch has been dusting on their shelves the whole week and I do not know what else I should do to retrieve my watch.

Terrible Service!!!

I ordered an earring and necklace from this shop on November 27,2013 for a Christmas gift to my friend. The shop said it would take 2-3 weeks to ship but after 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service and the the person online told me that my item was on back order so it will take 3-5 weeks to get it shipped. Knowing the delay was due to the necklace I asked the customer service if I could cancel my current order and reorder the necklace and earrings separately so that I could at least give the earring for Christmas but the person on customer service just answered with a plain cold "no". The customer service was so so so terrible and unfriendly. I know what they could do was limited but I would have appreciated if they tried to show at least a little sympathy. Time passed to around first week of January, I emailed them because 5 weeks have passed and they still haven't shipped my item. I waited for a week but they didn't reply at all. Yesterday I emailed them again to cancel my order and guess what? They sent me the Paypal payment confirmation email. Like I would do business with them now. That night, I explained to them the whole situation and that I would no longer like to do business with them.Without an apology they just canceled my order. Until the end they haven't apologized; I couldn't get a Christmas Present to my friend; I wasted my time and totally offended my feelings. Although their price is decent everything else is terrible!! I wouldn't even introduce this shop to my worst enemy!! I spent my time writing this review because I truly believe the shop should do something with the customer service. Customers please I repeat please shop elsewhere!!

Rude customer service- better hope you don't have to deal with them

Take your business elsewhere! I received 18 Baccarat glasses as a wedding present from a family friend. As my husband and I were moving in the coming months, we didn't want to unwrap/unpack the glasses and risk them breaking so we checked the packaging stickers to make sure they were the correct items and kept them out of harms way. Fast forward and we go to unpack the glasses on our bar cart and find that 1 of the 18 glasses is the wrong style and does not match the rest. I immediately contacted Jomashop to apologize for and explain about the delay in notifying them of their mistake. I was told because I was past the 30 days policy (which would have been impossible to notify them during because we were on our honeymoon) they would not honor an exchange. I asked to speak to a supervisor because there were extenuating circumstances and we are talking about them sending me a less expensive piece than was paid for and it was due to THEIR mislabeling that the mistake wasn't caught sooner. I spoke to [Name], who was beyond rude and told me that they would not do anything- regardless of my desire to exchange the item for the correct one and to pay for any shipping costs! What would this cost them other than giving me what was actually paid for and correcting a mistake on their part?!?! I was appalled by how rude and obnoxious the customer service supervisor was. I can't believe this business can function with such poor attitudes in leadership positions.

Moral of the story, the prices may be great but you better hope that everything goes perfectly because once you've paid they do not care about delivering on what they promise.

Excellent Price, Ran into an issue, received excellent support from Levi, Dee and Leo

I bought JLC Grande reverso in Rose Gold from Jomashop during black Friday. I had checked before ordering and it was in stock. The watch was shipped the very next day. I received the watch and it came with all tags and packaging. Since it is a manual watch, I wound it and left it to run for 24 hours, I ensured that I do not take the tags off. Next day morning the watch stopped working. I called Jaeger LeCoultre to troubleshoot and they told me the watch is faulty and should be replaced. My heart sank, I had read all these negative comments about poor Jomashop customer service. I imagined every nasty scenario and the hassle that I would have to go through ….. I had paid a bomb to get the watch and was very stressed………however, I received excellent customer service...5 stars...
I called customer service. Levi picked my call and said ‘no problem sir, I’m sending you the RMA, we stand by all the products we sell’. I went to UPS to ship the watch and they asked me 138 USD for shipping including insurance for this watch. I called again and this time Levi told me 'do not worry, I’ll send you a return label as it would cost a fourth if we do it'. After the watch was delivered, I called the very next morning and this time Dee took my call, she put me on hold, got my returned watch pulled out of the received consignments and told me on the phone in 5 mins “Sir you are all set, we are shipping you the replacement watch today”. I was pleasantly surprised that this was such a breeze. Excellent customer service !!! I called in the evening around 8 to check, Dee told me it is on the way and I’ll get the tracking no shortly, and she was right on target. They even refunded me the money for a new leather strap since I was not too happy with it (Thanks Leo). Next day Levi followed it up with an email and asked if everything is fine and I am happy…….I’m really happy. I was nice to these guys and they were super nice to me…..Thanks Levi, Dee, Leo......
P.S. – I just ordered something from Jomashop for my wife for the holiday gift 

Gold Star for Price, Service, and Quality

In November 2013, I ordered the Raymond Weil Shine Ladies Watch (Model No. 1500-ST1-05303).

Price: The regular JomaShop price on-line was about $400 less than I could find elsewhere, so I purchased the watch.

Customer Service: Several days after ordering, while checking if the watch had shipped, I noticed JomaShop advertising the watch for even less. I contacted JomaShop asking if - since the watch hadn't yet shipped - I could purchase it at the lower price. Ms. Rivkah responded with a "no problem," and gave me the new price. So, I purchased this watch at a steeply discounted rate! The watch arrived in great condition. The watch wouldn't run, but that turned out to be no problem. I called JomaShop's 877-834-1434 number, spoke with Leo, and he told me it was probably a battery issue. Leo explained I should simply have the battery replaced then e-mail him a copy of the repair receipt, for which JomaShop would reimburse me. I had the battery replaced (only cost $32, so it wouldn't have been a big deal under any circumstances), and I've e-mailed the receipt to Leo at JomaShop.

Summary: 5 Stars! I could not be happier with the product, price, and service. Through JomaShop, I now have a beautiful timepiece which I'm proud to own, for an exceptionally competitive price. JomaShop's customer service was exceptional: no problems, just great solutions.

Amazing Service

I had an amazing experience with Jomashop. I was looking for an Audemars watch that they have just stopped production....everywhere, Europe and the US. I was willing to pay full price.
A call to Jomashop with a very knowledgeable saleperson ended up in getting the watch delivered to my house at a signifiant discount the next morning!!
Excellent service. The sales person had answers to all my questions and provided alll with great curtesy. The watch was in the original box that was never opened!

Fab service again

I bought a watch from this store when in the US.
I ordered another when back in the UK. Ordered on a Tuesday to be told it should be back in stock within a couple of weeks. 2 days later it was in stock and shipped out on the Friday and delivered to my door the following Wednesday. Great watch, price and service.

Worst watches and customer service experience

will give them a negative star if possible.

I wish I yelped this store before purchasing my watch. It was bad advertised in the website (made in China instead in Japan), and the watch was not working properly.

I contacted customer service that offered me to return the watch without refunding shipping both ways, for a non workable and misleading product. I refused to this and they hang up on me.

Horrible products (probably refurbished or fake), and terrible customer service, never even by mistake opening that website again.

Still I'm gonna return the product as it is defective (after calling Citizen they are not authorized resellers) maybe that is why my watch doesn't work properly? maybe that's why they cannot offer you Citizen warranty?
