BAD SERVICE

not sure the flowers were ever sent for my cousins funeral Just Flowers called me 3 times to change orders because florist did not have the flowers I wanted, what kind of florist doesn't have yellow flowers??? will never buy from them again.
no refund, no pictures of what was to be sent, and no expiations of what happened to the card with our names on it. But they sure took my money with no problem.

HORRIBLE Company & Service

I ordered a plant for a funeral to be delivered on 3/14/14 The plant that was Delivered was very small, 1/2 dead and totally embarrasing at the funeral. The company after 3 days of arguing with them over the quality only credited me back $20.00 of which I haven't seen yet.
They take good notes from phone conversations and can read from a prompt continually but they know nothing about being a reputable company with good service.
I don't find them on BBB either so I don't know how they say they are A+ rating with BBB
I would not use this company. I made that bad mistake ....

MARATHON MAN

Terrible experience. Placed an order the 12th of Feb. for flower delivery on Valentines afternoon (Feb 14th). It is now the 16th and still now flowers. Also it is I'mpossible to contact these people directly and you can never talk to the florist that is making up your order. Good luck if you are stupid enough to use this outfit.

Worst company EVER!

I placed an order with this company, the flowers were to be delivered on the anniversary of the death of my friends' child. The flowers were not delivered, and the next day I got a call from a blocked number saying there was a problem with my credit card. I was told to press 2 to speak to an agent. I pressed two, and was told "unavailable." So I looked up the number and called them and was told they didn't have the number they just called me on in their system. The woman was Indian and could not understand me. Then I told her yesterday was the date that they needed to arrive, and it was too late and that I wanted to cancel. She said I could not cancel even though they acknowledged it was there fault because they were too busy. So she connected me with a manager. As we speak, I am still on hold 24 minutes later. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with ever!

TERRIBLE COMPANY - MY FLOWERS WERE NOT EVEN DELIVERED FOR A FUNERAL

I ordered flowers for a funeral 1/12/14 am to have delivered to a church that day for a 6-7pm wake - I was later e-mailed (not called) mid-afternoon that they would not be able to deliver that evening ,but would have them delivered in the am before the 10am service - I get a phone call at about 8:15am to ask if it was ok to substitute a plant (I ordered an $84.00 vase full of white flowers) I said No, that is not ok - I told him I ordered fresh flowers and he acted so surprised that I ordered fresh flowers - and then he goes, how about a mix of bright flowers, I again told him No, I want white flowers for the funeral - he told me he would call back (never did) - I called to see if my flowers were sent and the lady said I would get e-mail confirmation - I received e-mail confirmation in the afternoon stating the flowers were NEVER delivered - UNBELIEVABLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I DID NOT KNOW THERE WERE REVIEWS - READ THE OTHERS- I called my credit card company and told them to not let charges go through and then I spoke to customer service and told them to reverse my charges - I would actually give ZERO stars

Just Flowers, Just a Con!

Ordering flowers for my girlfriend, who lives in Texas from Just Flowers, is probably the worst mistake I've made with an online Flower service. I picked, what looked to be a lovely bouquet of flowers, which should have been delivered on 6th Dec, 2013. I called the intended recipient to find out if she had received anything from me, and her response was no. Please keep in mind, I wanted the flowers to be a nice surprise for her on her "birthday.

I used Just Flowers online chat to find out what happened, the person I spoke to "Arienne", stated that she did not see anything indicating that there was a problem with this delivery, and that tomorrow there would be a follow-up, and based on the findings, Just Flowers would ensure that it was delivered, or will be delivered. I called Just Flowers the following morning (10am Central), and was advised by Marco, that the flowers were delivered, but that they could not make out the signature; therefore, nothing could be done until further investigation. I told him, that was absolutely impossible, because my friend has not received these flowers. I was told nothing could be done until they called the florist. Again, no one called me back, so I called them back, and spoke to someone named James. James stated that the flowers had been delivered, and I had explained to him that this was not possible, because there was no one home at the time these flowers were purportedly delivered; hence, who they deliver the flowers to?

James, to my surprise, called me back, apologized profusely and stated that the flowers were not delivered, and that the order was just sitting there. James promised to send the order to another flower service, and that my order would be upgraded, due to the late delivery and inconvenience. I was told by James that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. Again, I spent the entire day tracking this order, and as of 6:00pm, these flowers were not delivered.

My friend finally had the flowers delivered to her @ 7:20pm that night, and most of the roses where wilted. My friend sent me pictures, which I forward to their customer service. The agent (John or James) concurred that the flowers looked wilted, and that they would have to call the Florist on Sunday to find out what happened. Another apology was issued, and I was told that only a partial refund would be issued, and that they would try to rectify this issue.

I called Just Flowers this morning, and some woman there stated she was not able to get the Florist (Floral Concepts in Katy, Texas), on the phone, and that they would try today. Please keep in mind, James told me that they are open on Sundays, but the lady (Vic...not sure what her name is) stated that Floral Concepts is not opened on Sunday.

I decided to call Floral Concepts and was told by Matt that no one from Just Flowers called him, and that he was opened on Sunday. I called back Just Flowers to let them know that I got in touch with the Florist, and that someone is definitely there, and that I had sent the pictures to Floral Concepts, so they could see that the flowers were wilted. I was told that Floral Concepts did not receive the pics, and that James would forward the pics to him, and I would hear back from Just Flowers today.

I decided to give Just Flowers a call back, since it was now close to 4:00pm, and was told by this condescending woman (manager) that based on the pictures, they think they were fresh; hence, nothing would be done. At this point, I totally lost it. I said, they've had the pictures since Saturday night, and James or John of Just Flowers concurred that the flowers looked wilted, so why all of a sudden the flowers in the picture are not wilted. Why would it take you almost 48 hours to look at pictures and decide that they are not wilted. I was able to look at the pics and see that they are wilted, and most importantly, the recipient stated the (roses) in the arrangement were wilted, and the arrangement was small and not worth whatever I paid for them. I told the lady (and I use the term loosely) that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and her response was go ahead. I think this company has this attitude, because they have been able to get away with this. I told her to give me back the measly $10, with an expletive, at this point. I had spent from Friday, up until Monday afternoon. They are about getting your money, and nothing about customer service. I must say, the customer service agents were polite, except for the woman I had to deal with, which I found her to be very condescending.

I contacted the recipient, and asked her to call Floral Concept, and when she called them, the gentleman told her that the delivery person had stated that when she deliverer the flowers, her house was hot. My girlfriend, "hates' the heat, and the delivery person did not have access to the home, the flowers were received in the garage, which is kept extremely cold. In others words, the delivery people are saying that "perhaps" the flowers were wilted, but it is due to the heat in her home, which is quite ridiculous, because the flowers were received at 7:20pm, and the pictures were sent to me after 8:00pm, the same evening.

I'm supposed to get a refund of $10, which I know I will have to call constantly to get back. I've never had such a horrific experience with an online flower vendor, until I came across these people. The only person working there that seems to have a "slight" conscience is James. They are very apologetic, but they will not REFUND, or ensure that they deliver what they say they will deliver, or rectify any wrongs. Total waste of my time and my money. Please take heed.

Awful.

I ordered flowers for my wife, to be delivered to her office on a military base. Before placing the order, I confirmed with a JustFlowers representative via online chat AND via a phone call that they could deliver to the base. I provided the address (which lists the base's name, not the city) to both, as well as specifying that they would have to go through security. Both assured me that they could make the delivery. Additionally, I searched for florists and the base name, and was directed to JustFlowers.com/BASENAME: a site SPECIFICALLY for the base.

Fast forward to the end of the day, when I've heard nothing from my wife. I get home from work to find the flowers outside my door. Apparently, before attempting to deliver the flowers, they called my wife and said they couldn't get on base, so they got our home address instead. JustFlowers responded to my complaint, saying "We apologize for the inconvenience, we have spoke with our filling florist and was told that there was too much security delivering the flowers in the base and it is much expensive. The flowers were delivered, we may offer a $5 off the delivery fee for the inconvenience."

Why didn't you check with the florist first? I told them $5 was insufficient. That was 10/24. After a week of waiting, I emailed again (side note: every email is met with a generic response informing you that your concern has been sent to a manager). Tuesday, they called and hung up before I could answer. Yesterday (Wednesday), they emailed and said, "unfortunately we are unable to get a hold of you at XXXXXXXXXX. We have left several messages ." (Awkward spacing in original). I responded, "That is my only phone number. I have not received a single voicemail or text message at that number from anyone at JustFlowers. I did get one hangup call from a number with a 213 area code (it rang once, and the person hung up before I could answer) yesterday afternoon. Could that perhaps be what you're referring to?"

Today, a manager called. He was unable to pronounce my ridiculously-common name, and insisted the best he could do was $10, then $15. I finally settled on $15 because he swore up and down he could do no more. I still have a PayPal claim pending, and hope that it makes a difference. A full refund would be fine. If they couldn't deliver the flowers where I wanted, then I would have just stopped at a florist and picked out a (much better and cheaper) arrangement myself. Additionally, the flowers looked pretty old and wilty, but such is sometimes the way when you order online.

Please, don't order from here. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I tried to save some money. Spend an extra $5 or $10 somewhere else.

UPDATE: The same manager I spoke with earlier today just called me again. He insisted that $15 was the most they could do, and that they actually had to pay the florist extra because the order "didn't meet the minimum." He also offered to provide PayPal the transcripts of the conversation the florist had with my wife about rearranging the delivery (I think; I'm not clear on which transcripts he was talking about). He explained that they do not cancel orders because of rescheduled delivery, but I continue to believe (and expressed) that you should not have a site dedicated to on-base delivery, promise on base delivery, and then not do it because "there was too much security delivering the flowers in the base and it is much expensive."

Do not use this company!!

Do Not order flowers from this company! I wish I would have read reviews first. I called Saturday morning to order flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law's work on her birthday the same day not really expecting them to be able to, but they immediately said they could deliver on time without even seeming to take time to look up the address and city I asked about. I ordered the bouquet I saw online and they took all my credit card info without giving me a total and when I asked for a total they said it would be in my email. When I persisted, they told me the amount and I about fell over! It was almost twice as much as it was supposed to be, but my credit card had already been charged. I said I just wanted to cancel and they tried everything to talk me out of it, saying they have to pay the driver and there's a charge for this and that. Finally they put me through to a manager and after being on hold for awhile, I was given the same spiel, trying to get me to keep my order but give me a discount. I said no and she said there was a $6.99 phone service fee that they could waive also (never mentioned of course). Still no and she kept offering discounts till finally I gave in. They sent me an email with a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. After talking with my mother-in-law at 8:30 that night and she hadn't received anything, I checked my email and had gotten an email with a link to a generic message saying that in the event of redelivery they could try again the next day, never saying that they didn't deliver or why. I called Sunday morning and they said they had exhausted their resources and no one could deliver them Saturday. I said someone should have called me and she said someone had, but we were home all day and had never gotten a call from them or a message OR voicemail. They tried to get me to have them delivered Sunday but I figured we would have the same problem on the weekend and they wouldn't bother to tell us they weren't going to be delivered so I cancelled after much persuasion trying to get me not to or to "hold your order for another time with the same message" (it was for her birthday, one day of the year, I'm not going to send it for Thanksgiving or something). Also, hate how they charged my credit card immediately but it takes 1-4 days for a refund even though they never delivered. Horrible company...

the shopping was easy and the choice was great - flower delivery was on time and the recipient was happy

flower delivery service was great and as long as the recipient is happy I am a happy customer. I have used this company many times already and have some friends who also used them a lot and never had any issues, the experience has always been pleasant. it's easy to choose a flower arrangement and select all the detailed information you need to give to the florist. but the bottom-line is whether the recipient is happy satisfied and treated nicely. and I should say I never had any problems with that while using justflowers.com.

Unimpressed!

Did you know that even though you can choose to pay an extra $5 for "Express Delivery before 1pm" they have no actual guarantee that this will happen? I didn't until today! It is cleverly hidden in the 'fine print' AFTER you pay for the flowers that they can't guarantee that... awesome. Spent all afternoon on the phone with them only to be told by two people & have three voicemails left on my phone all telling me "they are very sorry for that ma'am" but they can't guarantee that, so they can refund the $5. Why offer it if you can't guarantee it...? (Recipient was only going to be at the location of delivery until 4pm - I didn't want to take the chance that they wouldn't arrive in time, so I gladly paid the extra).

On top of that, the flowers were literally NOTHING like the picture. I specifically chose a bouquet without lilies because they were used at my father's funeral and the recipient has a cat (lilies are HIGHLY toxic to cats). I get a picture of the flowers and can see two different kinds of lilies. The bouquet looks thrown together - half the flowers aren't anywhere near blooming, the other half are less than a day away from wilting. They didn't even manage to get the shape of the bouquet correct (the one I chose was very round - shape & flower choice was matched).

Also, did you know that you can't actually leave a review on their website? You can somehow read other people's reviews but there is no way to leave one yourself.... That seems incredibly fishy to me.

In addition, they were incredibly overpriced.... I guess that's the price of sending flowers to someone that lives 4000km away and having to rely on an online company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

i wish i would of read the reviews first..that was my fault,i was in a hurry to send my mom flowers for mothers day..the flowers were pretty in the picture but i didnt get anything like that..i paid 100 dollars for something that looks like a 2 year old kid put together...so mad and i kept calling called everyday since mothersday and everytime the assholes hung up on me they say they will call u back and never do...OMG never been so pissed on such a happy day..WORSE PLACE EVER DO NOT USE THIS FUCKING COMPANY

Horrible Customer Service!!!

Do Not order flowers from this company! Last week I searched and searched for a company that would deliver flowers on Sunday for Mother's Day, most companies were HONEST and would not allow me to place an order that they could not fill. This company not only took the order they were twice as expensive they had no problem taking the money out of my bank account right away and they sent me an email with a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday may 12th. Not only did the flowers not get delivered Sunday they also didn't get delivered Monday. So last night I tried to call them and they put me on hold for about 10 min then i heard recorded message that says to inquire online or call back later and it HANGS UP talk about horrible customer service!!! Finally after trying several times to call i wrote an email explaining my frustration and asking when the flowers would be delivered and I got a response this afternoon saying they cancelled my order for me and I would get a refund in 7-10 DAYS!!! Are you kidding me, I didn't even ask for the order to be cancelled, and why would it take so long to get a refund. Seriously if you want to order flowers there are other sites I've used before that are good, but save yourself the trouble and stay away from this site! Please feel free to share!

Terrible, Didn't arrive for my mother on Mothers day

Absolutely awful. I paid $75 to have flowers delivered to my mother on Mother's day.
These stupid idiots not only didn't delivery my flowers, but don't answer customer service when I called. I call the day after, and its an overseas calling company. The guy barely understood English, and couldn't locate my flowers due to a server upgrade? Bull shit--- Who does that on top 3 highest selling business days of the year. Never order from them.

Worst experience and quality product that I have ever received from a company. The flowers were the worst I have ever seen, card was chicken scratch, customer service was extremely awful. Customer service tried to prove me wrong, then when I said I wouldn't give them my business again, they retracted the refund they promised me. Just awful. Took 5 days to finally hang up on them since they were not helpful at all.

I blindly chose this company on the internet to deliver flowers for my mother's birthday. I got a call later saying the order would probably be delayed a day, which I accepted since I had placed the order at the last minute. Three days later, I hadn't heard from my mother about the flowers, so I asked her about it and learned they'd never arrived. I then called the company for a refund, got a cursory apology, and then had to spent about 20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a manager to get a refund. (I used the time to start on this review.) At the end of that, I was told all their managers were busy (with a barrage of complaints, I'm sure) and they'd have to call me back. It was insulting and a waste of my time, which they clearly do not value. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Spent $75.00 on flowers that looked beautiful on-line, but nothing
as pictured when they arrived at the Wake. I was humilated with the
look of my flowers. I would not have even bought them for $11.99!
I complained and they wanted to give me $5.00 credit. Companies

What a horrible experience. My sister and I ordered flowers for our mother for Valentines day. I indicated on the order that they were to be delivered to her office. First I get a call from Just Flowers asking if they can substitute the Hydranga color from purpose to green. I agreed. Then I at 6:30pm I receive a call from the florist indicating that they are standing outside of an office that is closed. Well of course you are you idiots its' after 6pm! So, I called mom and apologized that she didn't get her flowers. She was to call the florist the next day to make arrangements for the delivery. She received her flowers the day after Valentines Day and guess what, they are not what we ordered at all. She received carnations and tulips instead of Orchids and Lillies. I called customer services and told them. They offered 10.00 off. I said no, that is unacceptable, carnations and tulips are not even close to the same quality of flowers, hardly worth the amount that I had paid for the Bouquet. I finally get the supervisor on the line and he said......and this is a quote, "Your lucky that you got flowers at all." Seriously, I'm not lucky I PAID for flowers. GRRRRRR. I am calling the BBB and my credit card Company to dispute the charges. I was going to wait until the company could talk to the florist but after reading these reviews I see that it is unlikely they will come back to me with an appropriate agreement. I told them I would be willing to pay something for the bouquet that was delivered but absolutely not the amount charged for the flowers that should have been in the bouquet. Wow, what a horrible company.

Hands down, worst experience with an online company ever.

I implore anyone and everyone looking to purchase any flowers from an online company to NOT buy from Justflowers.com.

Long story short, I ordered flowers on Thursday, to be delivered Friday for a funeral. Flowers never arrived so, after trying to contact Justflowers.com repeatedly with no results, I reordered flowers with another company to be delivered Saturday. On Monday, a florist called and said she had delivered the flowers with a note from Justflowers.com saying "Sorry we couldn't get this out on the weekend". I received no calls, no emails, nothing other than that note. Upon contacting Justflowers they offered me a $10.00 credit UNLESS, I allowed the florist who delivered the flowers to go back and retrieve them from a woman who just lost her husband 3 days prior. Rightfully so, both myself, and the local florist refused to do so for obvious reasons. I filed a BBB complaint to which I received a call from Jason who stated that on the weekends they have a policy which states they are not responsible for delayed flowers but will offer a $10.00 credit. Unfortunately, I informed Jason that while I do see that policy on there site, I ORDERED THE FLOWERS ON THURSDAY TO BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY. I also paid the same day delivery fee. To which this jacka** replied that Friday is part of the weekend for them...

Now, I will say, if you are reading this message and have had a horrible experience with this company, file a lawsuit in small claims court. Without going way in to the legalities of this I will say that because Justflowers derives a fair amount of business in your state (assuming you can show they contract with florists, or have a registered phone # in your state) you can SUE them in YOUR state, meaning, they need to appear IN PERSON in YOUR state for a small claims court lawsuit. Look up "Personal Jurisdiction" online which will explain how to do this. In Washington, all I have had to do is show they have a phone # which is registered with a Washington state area code to satisfy the Personal Jurisdiction requirement which allows me to sue an out of state company in my state. It has cost me about $75 to file the lawsuit, and have the LA County Sheriff serve the papers to this company.

Just Flowers is a CALL Center....NOT a florist.

Just Flowers is NOT a florist. They are a call center. They will gladly take your order, which you pay 65.00 for, then they will pocket 25.00 or more and forward the remaining 40.00 to a florist in the recipient's area. Do yourself a favor and find a florist in the zipcode of the recipient and call them directly.
Just Flowers, ProFlowers, Flowers For You...they're all call centers.

I've been a florist for close to 30 years, and I can't stand dealing with these companies.
If the flowers ordered are not identical to the picture, please remember that florists can't have every flower available in their cooler. Many are not in season.
Also, if the order isn't correct, it's useless to call Just Flowers. Pay attention to WHAT SHOP delivers your flowers, as they are the shop that put together the order.
