Good product and good delivery
The communication with the company was good, albeit to advise me of extra costs for delivery to the far north of Scotland (something we don't get with Royal Mail, but the premium for delivery with this company was reasonable compared to other companies I try to deal with).
The product arrived very quickly and, despite a struggle to remove the bolts holding the 'normal' blade (very tight but understandable given that they have been in place since the factory), the assembly was simple and the instructions easy to follow.
The 'plug' that diverts the grass away from the collector chute was a little difficult to push into place but eventually clicked into place. Will I ever be able to remove it, if necessary??
I first tried to use the mower and the mulching attachment with the wheels set at level 2 but this quickly clogged up the blade. Setting it to level 5 was fine and the whole process MUCH easier and quicker than having to empty the bag every few seconds. I may end up with the wheels set to level 3 after the roller has flattened the lawns.
All in all, a good investment in time and hopefully resulting in a much healthier and better looking lawn.

Poor initial communication
Unfortunately, they took my money for an order item that was not in stock and only admitted that the item was out of stock when I chased them for delivery details. If I had know it was out of stock I would have been able to make alternative timely arrangements.
In fairness the item was in stock later the following week but was too late to be delivered before I went on holiday; they did deliver soon after I returned home. Communication was subsequently OK.

Worth every penny
So iv uses several mowers but I moved house with a larger lawn so I treated myself to a Honda mower and ever penny turned out to be well spent. The mower is so good to use a year latter and I still look forward to cutting my lawn.

Just Honda good, but wrong plug in service kit
The service provided by Just Honda was good. Clear, easy to use website and quick delivery service, with good communication throughout. However, the service kit was not so good, hence the deduction of 1 star. The spark plug in the kit was a BPR4ES and the manual for the mower stated that a BPR5ES should be fitted. I thought that as it was an official Honda service kit the BPR4ES must be alright ..... right? Wrong! Fitted the BPR4ES and the lawn mower ran very rough. Whipped it out and re-fitted the original (old and worn) BPR5ES plug and the mower worked fine. Have since purchased a new BPR5ES plug from a local motor factor.
