Great product, exceptional delivery
I ordered the wet and dry vacuum one afternoon and it was delivered the following morning, that is stunning service!! The vacuum is exactly as stated and works very well, I hope it will last as long as our previous one which went on for 20+ years!

You'd be a tool not to buy their tools!
Bought tools from this company before. Can't better their prices do a search on google you'll struggle to find cheaper. I'd recommend this company to anybody.

Proper tools, sensible prices, quickly when you need them
I have used Just Off Base quite a few times, and they have never let me down, always quick and reliable, always in stock, well packaged proper quality tools.
Website is easy to use too, but better than that, if you just 'Google' the words "JustOffBase" alongside a description of what you need, it usually comes up straight to their page and THE item you want - brilliant!

Justoffbase more like justnextdoor, excellent service
I used to see signs for justoffbase when I lived close by and paid no attention, however now I'm 200 miles away I would not order tools from anywhere else great value branded tools just 24 hours away from my door with excellent communications from order receipt through to despatch! Justoffbase is excellent

Very impressed with speedy delivery of the cheapest priced vacuum I could find on the internet. Sometimes a cheap price means poor service, but not in this case. The delivery was quicker than I had expected.

bad customer service with hidden charges
My experiece of the service was appalling. Waiting over a week on a product, attempting to add additional charges and then insulting me with a 'Dear John' email. I ordered a trolley jack and was immediately given a delivery date which I thought was great. I received a customer feedback form (via email) approx I x week later asking to put my comments down on what I thought of the service. As the trolley jack never arrived on the date stated to me I wanted to wait on completing the form until the product had arrived. I then received an email from the distributor to say my order had been cancelled and offered no explanation. I immediately emailed them back and asked why the order had been cancelled and they quickly reponded to say they had been trying to get in touch by email several times (hard to believe given the fact I received their customer feedback form) and that If I still wanted the trolley jack it would be an additional delivery charge of almost £19. This annoyed me so I emailed back to say absolutely not, if there was an additional delivery charge on top of the charge already stated by them, this should have been stipulated at the time of purchase. Justoffbase then contacted me by email again 'Dear John' not even my name which I found completely insulting, to claim they make it clear on pricing on their website.

Very Rapid delivery

Not being a poet, all i can say is first class all round.
First compressor i received was damaged, after contacting J.O.B a second compressor was despatched and received in under 24 hours and damaged one collected at same time. It was received in good condition and am very pleased wih product and service given. Have ordered various Sealey Products since and have been very pleased with products ordered and speedy service.
