We are AUSTRAC registered & licensed by Bank Indonesia, and we have been helping families, students and small businesses send money home for 18+ years. More than 10,000 customers have trusted us with their transfers. We are a member of ARCPA, the Australian Remittance and Currency Providers Association, and of APPUI, Asosiasi Penyelenggara Pengiriman Uang Indonesia, the remittance industry bodies in each of the two countries we are regulated in. We send to 20+ destination countries, with same-day transfer to most destinations. Fees and exchange rates are shown upfront, before you send. What our customers tell us they value most is the part most services have automated away: when you get in touch, a real person from our team answers. Kangaroo Services…

Kangaroo Services are very prompt to answer my queries via sms and once I had transferred money from my Australian account to be sent to my Indonesian bank account it was seamless and very quick, their transfer fees are very low too.

Speed, reliability, and cost efficiency

I have been using Kangaroo money transfer service many times since 2008.

Their customer support is consistently attentive. On transfer completion, smooth and predictable processing since 2008 indicates strong operational reliability and good partner networks on both sending and receiving ends. Overall cost, Kangaroo performs well on both fronts: competitive conversion rates and reasonable transfer fees.
