The Director of this company cannot be trusted.

Kazbar Systems was pretty much the only website that was offering fhe piece of kit I was looking for. And even though there were initial delays with procuring the product, I was kept up to date every step of the way. Gavin even offered to drop the order off on his way back from a trip overseas! I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again and would highly recommend.

From showing interest in the equipment I was wanting, they were superb. The staff I dealt with were informative, swift to reply and showed they real cared about me as a customer. Would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be my go to company for all studio equipment.

I've previously used Kazbar Systems for Recording Studio Builds. Recently they just completed a commercial audio sound system for a recording studio / creative workspace complex.

I needed to have separate volume controls for multiple areas/zones around the building and they were able to work this into the system with no issues.

Very fast and aesthetic installation. The system looks as good as it sounds and has really transformed the vibe of the space.

Breakout spaces feel more social and we can now incorporate sonic branding in our studios.

5 Star, will be using again in future projects.

Update. Just heard from the owner himself and really pleased that he will do all he can to be of help - so I'm revising my feedback to 5* as he has not only responded personally but gone the extra mile to be of help.

I was looking for a company that could carry out remedial works to a vocal booth in a domestic setting as well as fitting out the interior of the booth. I approached Kazbar as their website indicated they took on all types of work. I explained in my enquiry using their website contact form that this was a relatively small job and perhaps one that they would not normally undertake. I can only conclude that I will never know as, after a few weeks, I've had no acknowledgement of, or response to, my enquiry.

UPDATE: in response to my one star review, Kazbar Systems contacted me to apologise profusely and to inform me my enquiry had not been received by them. I was assured that, if my enquiry had been received, I would have received a response, and I believe them.
I have subsequently spoken to Kazbar's technical manager who was extremely helpful in answering my query. So much so, I am happy to amend my rating to reflect the excellent service I subsequently received from Kazbar.

Amazing 1-2-1 customer service from the awesome Oda, she was on hand at all points of my order, helpful, suggestive and astute. There was a (ahem, 'minor') issue with my purchase, but that was entirely down to a singular delivery driver – Oda was straight on the problem and resolved within a few hours. Highly recommended for the personal touch!

In these days of the offshore warehouse giants who treat you like an order number and have absolutely no real understanding of the items they are selling or have any interest in you, it’s nice to find a reminder of how things used to be, where you build up a relationship with a vendor who you can trust.

I can honestly say, Kazbar Systems are the model for how a vendor / specialist in this space should always operate. Call back when they say they are going to call back - honest communication and go above and beyond to deliver - and I mean that literally.

To think, if a certain other supplier hadn’t let me down repeatedly on one specific item (amongst many others) I would have never stumbled upon Kazbar. Gavin, you are a gentleman.

I was drawn to Kazbar Systems when searching for a specific UK supplier of a Studio desk that my son was after. They were really efficient with my enquiry and honoured a cheaper deal with a European supplier. It was an easy deal in the end but we have to wait 8-10 weeks before delivery so I cannot comment on the item itself. Their reviews are already very good so will definitely save them for the future .. a gem of a find.

Good range of products, and very helpful & knowledgeable staff. The Kazbar team's expertise were invaluable when it came to my system spec, and as for ordering, everything arrived promptly and without hassle.
Will definitely go to these guys again, and would definitely recommend.

Gavin has been very helpful and very quick in his responses. I haven't received my order yet but I have been told from the start that the delivery might take a while due to high demand so the honesty was much appreciated.

So if I could I give Kazbar a 10 star rating I would. Long story short, I had a brain melt and ordered the wrong UAI. Kazbar took the wrong one back immediately and sent me out a replacement. Brilliant customer service. Spiecal shout out to Oda who was just great to deal with. If a certain Scandanavian beer did cutomer service it would look like this. Big thanks to Kazbar.

Not great. I was told the product was available, would be delivered in 2-3 days and I paid. Enquiring weeks later I was informed it was not available and naturally I was disappointed. I received a sniffy reply and discourteously reimbursed. Had to go elsewhere. If it’s not available say so and we won’t waste each other’s time
