a few months ago we ordered a double sheepskin (for our cats mainly) which arrived fast and couldn't be more happy with it & when the cats aren't on it....we are (its on our couch)
In May we purchased the brush & shampoo for it. the brush works great & in the summer on a nice hot day I look forward to washing it knowing that it'l dry...

I am on my third pair of Kiwi Sheepskins slippers, ranging over many years. Every time they have been wonderfully comfortable and exactly as advertised.

I’ve purchased a couple of pairs of boots this year and some extra fleece inner soles and the quality is great. Placing an order is really easy and delivery is quick.

What a wonderful service! I ordered online on Sunday, buying the longhair seat covers. Anticipating the communicated 2 week period for making, I was stoked to have them on the Friday morning! They are beautiful and I was able to have them in the car that I was getting that day. Wonderful service from start to finish and I love that this is a Kiwi business.

I was also able to talk to a member of the company for guidance on installation with airbags and the interaction was informative and friendly. In a world fraught with online shopping frauds and scams it was a reassurance to buy a quality product locally.

Everything about the sale and product was a great experience. They have an amazing staff that is super helpful and makes purchasing and in my case changing an order before it ships easy. The product itself I bought both the slippers and boots is great quality, looks good and is very comfortable. Pricing is solid for the quality and I love supporting small businesses that are so wonderful to work with! Will definitely keep buying from them in the future. Delivery was as expected for regular shipping from New Zealand to the USA and I was kept in the loop on timing.

I have big feet for a woman -size 11. I also have a hammer toe and my feet swell. Because of bad circulation, my toes get cold. So I started to look at scuff slippers. They all have memory foan ( I have a bad knee and memory foam makes me feel wobbly. If they don't have memory foam, the have thick, clonky soles. I was looking for a close-to-the-floir, barefoot feel that kept my toes warm and slid right on.
I found mt perfect slippers here. They are very soft and the footbed is fluffy on my feet and, suede on the bottom..
I got them today and when I took them out of the package, my heart dropped. They looked small.
But my feet fit right in, and they aren't floppy or loose but they dont press on any part of my wonky feet.
These sliipers are SO pretty, and SO warm, they are slip proof ( we have hardwood floors) - they are exactly what I wanted, and so comfortable and pretty.
Shipping to North US took about a week.

They were very available on the phone to queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Goods were as advertised, sizing accurate and very good quality. Arrived promptly, not waiting weeks for something to get out of China!

I bought a pair of the kiwi softsole slippers for both myself and my son. We both love our slippers. Very warm and well constructed. Shipping to USA was smooth and easy and we received my order very quickly.

These are the 2nd pair of these slippers I have purchased for my husband. The first pair lasted over 15 years and finally came to a sad end when our puppy couldn’t resist a nibble! She has promised to try and not chew these ones so they may last another 15 years!

I recently ordered some replacement soles for my slippers. They are easy to fit and work well! The staff was kind and responsive to my question about making them last as long as possible. All of the products I have ever ordered have been great!

Absolutely delighted with my sheepskin car seat covers from Kiwi Sheepskin! The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can immediately feel the quality when you sit down: warm in the winter and breathable enough for everyday comfort.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the great service. Everything arrived well packaged and on time. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what it promises. I would definitely purchase from them again.

My tall musketeer boots soles are coming off, cracked and unwearable. I don't wear these boots often, only to occasional events. I truly loved these until this happened. All I asked kiwi to do was resole them, that's all. They said no. I would like them replaced due to Kiwi's refusal to resole or replace.

This has been such a long drawn out and stressful purchase. I brought a sheepskin underlay months and months ago as I spend a lot of time in bed due to health reasons from cancer treatment. This took an unsatisfactory time to recieve. When I researched this product it said it didn't require a sheet over the top of it. When it was put on my bed by my carer it looked like it was mixed and unmatched. There were over 16 pieces sewn together for a king single size. They were all different colours and textures. When I laid on it, it was scratchy and felt horrible to the touch. The patches were so different i thought it was made up of different breeds of sheep tbh. I contacted the company to let them know I was unhappy with this product which cost over $1,000 and wanted to return it. They offered to exchange it for a new one instead. I sent photos and asked if the one I'd recieved was up to their standards for which they said it wasn't. Finally, after months, I recieved my second one and although it is better I can't sleep on it without a sheet over the top as it isn't as soft as you'd expect sheepskin to be. It's a lot thinner than expected too. Overall I wish I'd just got a refund and gone elsewhere. I chose to purchase from NZ as they are know for their high quality sheepskin products but this has been nothing but a let down. It concerns me that these are being purchased for those who can't verbalise their discomfort. Please if you are purchasing this for someone make sure it's comfortable for them. Over time their communication and response time was unsatisfactory. Due to the inconvenience of this purchase I requested some form of compensation by way of a small product for which i was totally ignored. I'm still questioning if I should send it back and buy from a local company. I went to a sheepskin factory near me in NSW called Mortel's and their products felt absolutely amazing which is why I chose to purchase one in the first place. I'd never purchase from this company again. I wish I could add photos but there isn't an option too. It looks nothing like the ones on their website.

I'm aware of the size of a sheep and never expected it to come in one piece just as it's described on your website. I just didn't expect it to be 16 pieces of different textured sheepskin. My Mortel ugg boots feel absolutely beautiful to the touch, whereas your product literally makes my tongue feel weird, and it's itchy and scratchy. I specifically brought this product so I could lay on it, not cover it up completely but unfortunately that's not possible with quality of the sheepskin pad. Due to incontinence accidents the least amount of washing the better.

Ordered sheepskin pet pad and it was delivered the next day. Great service and our dog loves it.

Awesome company and product - just ordered some replacement boots. Next day delivery. First pair I got lasted over 6 years of pretty solid use. Highly recommend the ones with the solid sole.

However, most recent order was placed on 20 Feb (when "1 in stock" was listed), and as of 20 March, not a single proactive update from them.

Massively disappointed with them this time.
1-star is for the lack of practive communication and radio silence, not due to stock shortage.

I purchased spilled wool sheepskin boots, were unfortunately not as described in the web listing, the fleece was sparse, the boots came up too large although marked as the correct size and the stitching cut across the spilled wool section on the outside of the boot which was very visible and unattractive.
I had to pay the return postage costs for faulty item and i had to chase response from the company, including to let them know the boots had arrived at their local collection point although as a precaution I had paid for International tracked and signed for and advised them in advance.
They don't pay return postage even if item faulty.
They had offered discount to keep them but the boots were too large fitting or replacement but I decided to go big brand, I'd probably have had to pay postage of the return and the replacement.
In the event I purchased branded sheepskin boots as price almost the same.
The 4 and 5star reviews on their website are linked to them. Just tried writing a review on the boots but would not let me submit, maybe because it was 2stars.
