I really wanted to like this company, but I ordered the "buy one, get two free" cross and crown necklaces — I doubled the order, expecting to receive six necklaces. Instead, I was charged almost $200,... See more

The jewelry is beautiful but my bracelet turned within a week & my necklace chain broke in about 2 weeks. The cross for the neck is still beautiful & I will be purchasing a new chain.

I also never received my order. After numerous emails back and forth, I just gave up on this company. Will not order again. They do not stand by their claims. Very discouraging since I ordered... See more

  1. Jewelry Store

Written by the company

Lainly is a faith-based jewelry brand built by a small Christian family who believe accessories should do more than decorate. They should carry a message. Every piece we create exists to help you carry your faith wherever you go, and to make it easy to put a reminder of God's love into someone else's hands. We started Lainly because we wanted jewelry that felt personal, not mass-produced. Every necklace, bracelet, earring, and ring we make is waterproof and tarnish-free, built to hold up to showers, workouts, humidity, and years of everyday wear. We back every piece with a lifetime guarantee, because we want you to trust what you're wearing, not worry about it. Faith and gifting go hand in hand for us. Many of our customers order pieces to keep for themselves and pieces to give away, to a daughter, a friend walking through a hard season, or someone who just needs reminding they're not alone. That's the heart behind what we make: jewelry as a quiet, wearable way to spread His Word. Lainly began as a brand for women of faith, and we're growing into a home for every believer who wants to wear what they hold true. We're grateful for the thousands of customers who've trusted us so far, and we work hard every day to earn that trust with quality, honesty, and real customer care. Whatever you're shopping for today, we hope it becomes more than jewelry. Faith first, always.

I warned them that I was going to do…

I warned them that I was going to do this. I gave them chance after chance to make my refund right.
I ordered the cross and crown necklace. I got the 3 for one deal because I wanted to give one as a birthday gift for my best friend and another one to our mutual friend and one for myself. I read their fictitious reviews on their site that said what great quality they were. I received my orders and they are trash. The chains look like something from dollartree. They will turn after just a few days of wear I GUARANTEE.
I told them how disappointed I was and would like a refund because clearly I was too embarrassed to give these as gifts. I was told they would give me 10% back. I said that would not work when my purchase was $40+. I wrote back and they said they would give me 20% back. I told them I would be writing a terrible review and they still refused to make it right. Their site says on their return policy that they would make it right. They are liars and they sell horrible products and they claim to be Christians. Well, as a fellow Christian, I do NOT treat people like this.
I would not purchase their cheap jewelry. If I had paid $5. for them I would understand. Although I didn't expect 14k and diamonds for that price I did expect something that would not tarnish. The silver colored one is already turning in the package.
Lainly Faith Jewelers is not a good company to purchase from. Save your money.
Before I get nasty responses about the cost and I should have known it was their videos on their site that made me believe it was a quality product. I live on social security and do not have unlimited funds.

Finally received my crown Cross in Rose…

Finally received my crown Cross in Rose gold. The cross itself is lovely but the chain is not only tiny in size but very delicate for a cross that size. Because the chain is so small it won't go around my neck so will have to purchase another chain. C Woolnough TASMANIA

DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM LAINLY!!!

DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM LAINLY!!!!
They rip off Christians.
I ordered 2 gold and 1 silver crown & cross necklace. For several weeks no shipping updates. I send email. They respond with a courier and tracking number. Two days later they claimed it was delivered. I was home all day. I live out on 3 acres. No one delivered nothing. No one pulled into the driveway, my alarm didn't sound. I have repeatedly sent emails. The want me to get documentation from USPS that it was not delivered. USPS has nothing to do with this delivery, as JS EXPRESS was the courier Lainly said delivered. They will not reship my order nor give me a refund.

Tacky packaging

The actual necklace looks reasonably ok. Time will tell. My biggest disappointment was the cheap plastic pouch strip they came in. Stapled at the top. Not the gift case they were shown in on line. Makes me doubt how long they will last and definitely cant gift it like it is. Cheap. Nasty looking pkts.

I would stay away from the company

I would stay away from the company. I made a purchase of 3 items. It took for ever for anything to ship. After waiting weeks on what was suppose to be Christmas presents, I get an email stating I refused the package. This is 100% false. I have 4 cameras on my house along with a 5th Blink door bell camera. No one showed to deliver the package they claim I refused. I contacted them and have heard nothing. Take your business elsewhere. This is not a company you want to waste your time on.

Counterfeit Brands, Cheap Materials, Difficult Return/Refund Process

I ordered On Cloud sneakers at $74.99 and should have known it was too good to be true, but figured that maybe they were odd stock leftovers from last season. They are counterfeit, from China, served up in a plastic bag made with cheap materials and no tags. When i tried to get a refund, they offered me a second pair at $19.99 and told me to keep the first pair. If i wanted $20 sneakers, I would have bought them first. Not worth the time and effort. Buyer beware.

Very cheap product

Very cheap product! They claim it is sterling silver but it is stainless steel. I would not recommend buying.

Tarnishes over after 5 months

All in short, my cross necklace is tarnished and the company was willing to refund 25%. This company stated lifetime guarantee for tarnished jewelry. Once I showed them the proof of what their guarantee stated, said they would replace the piece but I have 3 necklaces. Asked if all their jewelry is made the same and still waiting to hear back. Whats the point if I have to keep reaching out after it tarnishes? Free jewelry for life? If you are going to wear their jewelry daily it will tarnish. I bought mine in April.

Company address shows New Mexico…

Company address shows New Mexico product comes from China and is delivered in a plastic bag not the pretty box that is advertised. Placed order that went to the wrong address the tracking number that I was provided was not my name or my address so my order had to be resent. After finally getting my necklaces 2 and a half weeks later my gold jewelry tarnished and company would not replace because it was over 30 days. Well yeah it's over 30 days because I didn't get my shipment right the first time. Don't order cheap cheap cheap.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM and the fact that they claim to be christian is really sickening.

Like other reviewers have stated, I never got what I ordered. Lainly tried to claim that it was delivered and wanted me to do the digging to “find” my package.

They would not offer a replacement or a refund.

TOTAL SCAM!

I never received my order

I never received my order. They claim it was delivered and wanted me to do their job in tracking it down. I gave them many chances to make it right, but they never did! They are totally scammers and what makes me even more upset than losing my money is the fact they claim to be a Christian company. Sickening!

Would give a minus 100 if possible

Would give a minus 100 if possible. They claim my 3 necklaces were delivered. NOT!!! Gave me the tracking number, contacted USPS and postmaster said that tracking number didn’t coincide with My address. I contacted them again but keep getting an AI generated letters and the same tracking number. I’m on Social Security and don’t make much and now I’m out the money and necklaces. DON’T BUY FROM LAINLY!!

I ordered the 14k cross and pearl…

I ordered the 14k cross and pearl necklace and have never seen such a cheap piece of gumball jewelry. It is not 14k, it tarnished in 2 days and is a huge SCAM. Even with religious jewelry, they have no morals.

Beautiful jewelry

These necklaces are gorgeous and they sparkle so much in the sun. I have had mine for a couple months and it hasn't faded or changed color
I wash dishes and shower with it on every single day. It is nice to have jewelry that can keep up with a busy mom life without breaking.
