Fantastically fast! *****
If I could rate them 10 *s I would.
Done a bit of of late night sale shopping with La Senza online on the Saturday night items arrived 10am Monday!! All items were a fantastic quality and beautifully packaged and the courier was very friendly .
Will defiantly shop with at La Senza online again

Awesome
Ordered £60 worth of stuff this week, it all came within like 2 days with normal delivery and 1 of the items was missing (went to my email to find out it wasn't in stock which was annoying but I got refunded for it straight away) I then received a call about 2 days later confirming one of my items were out of stock and I'd be refunded for that item. Good customer service, awesome items and brilliant store!

Still Not Up And Running
Still not taking student cards, still not accepting vouchers, website still not up and running, instore promotions misleading...
Given that every single one of my bras are from La Senza (they fit well and don't seem to mind being chucked in the tumble dryer now and again) I'm seriously considering giving up on them.
Sorry La Senza, but you've let me down one too many times now.

Elegant and pretty
Great shop for night wear as well as under wear, has really nice fabrics and prints, i can can always find something that is pretty and comfortable. Great prices and value for money. Has super bargains at sale times too.

Generally good
Always good for underwear but not good at stocking sizes. I was very limited recently by the sizes available which was disappointing. Site generally easy to navigate with good pictures. Could do with a bit more variety in PJs though, not everyone wants passion killers in the winter!

Har tidligere brugt denne side meget da de havde et stort udvalg af størrelser. Det har de desværre ikke mere men mine tidligere oplevelser med hjemmesiden har kun været positive.

Godt udvalg og hurtig levering
Jeg benyttede et godt tilbud fra La Senza om 5 par trusser for £12, og jeg synes det er fin kvalitet til prisen. Pasformen er rigtig god, og størrelserne er til at regne med.
Forsendelsen tog kun 4 dage, inklusiv en weekend, så det kunne næsten ikke gøres hurtigere.
Porto til Danmark er måske anelse pebret, hvis man ikke skal have så meget, men til gengæld er der gode priser på de fleste af deres varer.

Well stocked and speedy postage!
Always have a good vairety of styles and very rarely out of stock. Have speedy postage and if you have any issues they are resolved quickly! The only downside is like most underwear sites they dont stock my size, 28F so i have to buy 30E and hope it fits ok
