COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT LEGIT

I am extremely disappointed with LAXAG.

I have have been contacting the since November LAST YEAR 2025 regarding a refund. The dress I ordered was nowhere near what was advertised or what I reasonably expected to receive, and I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

For months, I have had to repeatedly follow up with little to no meaningful response. After ongoing delays, I was advised that a refund would be processed. However, instead of receiving the full amount owed, only a partial refund was promised, which I reluctantly agreed to in order to resolve this matter. Despite that, I have still not received even the partial refund, and my recent attempts to obtain an update have been ignored.

This situation has been dragged out since November and is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I have shown more than enough patience.

I have NOT yet received a refund nor heard back from them. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED & THEY HAVE NOT HONOURED MY REFUND OF $360 AUD EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED THE DRESS I ORDERED !!

DO NOT BUY FROM LAXAG!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Laxag. The quality was very good and the service was fast. I am satisfied and will order again.

The dress was not well made and when we tried to ship it back at our own cost to china , it came back to us, and laxag stopped replying

My experience was not a good one with Laxag. Do not be tricked into thinking that the company is american-based due to the american flag being displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The dress that I ordered looked nothing like what I received. The color, shape, details and length were totally off. When I contacted the company about this and sent them pictures that clearly show the difference, they said that I would have to pay shipping (an additional $35.00) and ultimately could not ensure that the dress would get to them due to claiming that many items get seized at customs. They offered me an embarrassingly small refund which was never credited to my credit card. I now am out several hundred dollars and have a useless dress that no one will ever wear. What a total waste of time and money.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I asked before I order the dress if they accepted returns and they confirmed they did but when it came to wanting to return it they offered me 10% refund, wouldn’t give me an address to return it to, have just read another review and they claimed it back from the credit card, that will be my next step….

customer service was great, were very helpful and accommodating. However i ordered i a dress to custom size with my exact measurements and it was completely off. The dress was way too big and did not fit at all.

The dresses are not what appear in the photos online, this merchant refused when I requested a return and I had to make a claim to my credit card to get a full refund. I do not recommend LAXAG.
