I've been ordering ink from LD for awhile and the products are always good

Quick response on a defective replacement ink cartirage.

I was kept informed of the delivery date and it came as expected. The toner cartridges have performed as expected and saved me a lot of money compared to OEM cartridges

I purchased 3 toner cartridges for my HP printer. When I installed the first one, yellow, the colors were all wrong, and not just the yellow but for any color using yellow. Being in the middle of a print project, I had no confidence in any of the colors now. I couldn't wait for replacements, so I had to purchase the OEM HP yellow cart. Put in the HP, color was fine. So, I contacted LD about the defective color problem and a return.
Here's their nonsense policy that all should be aware of: yes, it can be returned, but the customer pays the shipping cost back! For a detective unit, you pay to send it back.
Went round and round with customer service to no avail. They lost all my business over this.

As a senior I find LD’s app user friendly. Easy to locate ink cartridges, easy to order, and arrives in a short period of time. Might I also say reasonable prices.

Don't make the same mistake I did - READ THE REVIEWS before ordering! LD Products sent me DEFECTIVE units and REQUIRE the customer pays to ship them back to get a refund?! That's is unethical and wrong.

After sending 3 set ups for the printer, you still couldn't beat the H.P. chip. Thanks for trying. Now you say I have a store credit for $38.00. Is that correct ?

Toners are good quality, a great price, and arrived in a timely fashion.

I have used this company for more than 10 years for all my ink cartridges. I only had 2 times that I had a cartridge that was bad and they replaced it with no problems. I have a Canon Pixma so it has 5 cartridges in it and I like that I can order them separately as I need them. The order comes pretty fast.

Easy to find matching ink, good price, and fasr delivery. Can't ask for more than that!
