This is actually the second time I’ve paid for a service from Nathan Smith / Learnmode — and unfortunately, both times I ended up disappointed.

A few years ago, I paid around £400 for an Amazon FBA course Nathan was offering. It was supposed to be a lifetime package with full training and support. The videos were okay, but when I ran into real problems (which the videos didn’t cover), I got very little help. I was mostly told to “just rewatch the videos” — not exactly the kind of support I was promised.

Despite that experience, I gave Nathan a second chance this year when he launched a new AI agent service for online coaches, again under Learnmode. This time, I paid £2,000 for what was pitched as a complete AI system that would automate lead generation, client onboarding, follow-ups, and help me start earning money quickly.

The package was sold with a lot of big promises, including:
• A working AI system tailored to me
• Daily updates and ongoing calls
• Support with content and outreach
• And most importantly, a 90-day refund guarantee if I didn’t make money

Sadly, I never received anything close to what was promised. I spent months waiting for the system to be delivered — every week I was told “it’ll be ready next week.” He missed or cancelled many calls, didn’t stick to his own timelines, and never actually delivered a working system.

When I asked for a refund — which I was told I was entitled to — he made me feel guilty, told me I was being unfair, and eventually said he’d only refund part of the money. After that, he blocked me on Instagram, cutting off all communication.

In the end, I had to escalate the issue through Klarna to get my money back — which I thankfully did. But the whole experience was stressful, dragged out, and completely avoidable if Nathan had simply delivered what he sold.

Final thoughts:

I’ve now had two separate negative experiences with Nathan Smith / Learnmode — and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. The sales pitch always sounds good, but in my experience, the follow-through just isn’t there.

If you do decide to buy anything from him, make sure you pay through Klarna or another protected method, just in case you end up in the same position I did.

Please do your research before buying anything from this business.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Learnmode or the guy running it. He’s happy to take your money, but what you actually get doesn’t live up to the promises. At first, he makes it sound like you’re going to achieve so much, but in reality it’s just false hope.

On top of that, he’s really rude when you try to ask questions or raise concerns. Instead of helping, he flips it back on you and makes you feel like you’re the problem. It’s manipulative and leaves you second guessing yourself when actually, you’re just not being given what you paid for.

Another big red flag is that he only communicates through Instagram, which is really unprofessional for something people are paying money for. There’s no proper structure or support system just DMs, excuses, and attitude.

The whole thing felt like gaslighting and emotional manipulation. I regret trusting it, and I’d hate for someone else to fall into the same trap. Save your time, money, and energy look elsewhere.

I'm just leaving a review as just had an ecommerce store set up for me by Nathan. He completely set everything up for me and kept in constant contact with how things were progressing. He messaged, phoned and zoom called me to go over everything to ensure i was happy with it all and explained very well how it all worked. I'm very happy with how it all went and looking forward to seeing if i can get the sales coming in now. I can totally recommend this to anyone looking to start their own Ecom store. Thanks Nathan.

I just want to leave a good review on Nathons Amazon private labelling course. For months I was looking at YouTube videos, trying to figure out how to start Amazon FBA, only to find myself going around in circles and not making a start. Buying this course was the best decision I made, it breaks down everything in short videos and a step to step guide, which makes things simple and understandable. Apart from the course, Nathon is always there to answer any questions, or even jump on a quick zoom call to explain how things are done. Today I have my own brand and product on Amazon couldn’t have done it without this course definitely recommended.

A quick review on the FBA private labelling course, before I came to Nathan I was learning on a different FBA course for double the amount that Nathan is charging and didn’t get helped once so I deciding to go on another course which was Nathan’s and was probably the best step I could’ve taken as he’s been helping me weekly and texting me daily to help me get my business up and running and has found me 3 potential/winning products. Nathan’s a legend , would recommend anyone who wants to change their life to get on it now.

I just wanted to leave a quick review of what I think of the private label course and mentoring so far. The course itself on the Learnmode site is easy to follow and very informative without having too much to take in at once. The support is 10/10 and being able to book in zoom calls for extra help when needed is great, I haven’t seen any other mentors giving this level of support. Once I get my first product sent out to Amazon and start gaining some traction I will leave another review on how I found that process! Again a massive thanks for the help so far!

Learnmode explained everything I needed to know to setup Amazon FBA. Each module is broken down into simple and easy to understand formats, there are also step by step videos.

Nathan is still hoping on zoom calls with me to this day, not just specific to Amazon FBA, but giving advice on other projects I have been working on.

I purchased 3 courses from Learnmode as I’d already heard good words, and I can say myself I’m very impressed.
All the courses I have purchased are in such detail and include everything I needed to know and more!!!

Brilliant course!
This course should be worth at least 3 times its price. I don’t know anyone out there will will be willing to help you until you find your first profitable product.
Nathan is always on standby and will hep you when hep is needed.

Nathan has been so helpful! He helped me through everything and support me on what product I wanted to buy, and knowing the competition on that product, he is really professional and explains in detail in his videos. he is changing my life for sure.
