Sent the wrong product, then ghosted me completely
On 25 April I ordered a Nitecore NU33 headlamp from LED24. On April 29 I received a package, which was quick, but it was the wrong product. The same day I sent an email to their support and they responded 2 days later saying they will ship the correct product and a return label for the incorrect product I received. One week went by and I heard nothing so I called them, and someone picked up and said they had just sent it by DHL and that they would SMS me the tracking code. The code was never sent, but I waited one more week without hearing anything. I then tried to call, but no one picked up at any time of the day. So I sent an email, which was never responded to, even after 4 months. I would not recommend interacting with this company until they change their operations.
