This company is completely unscrupulous and tries to steal from and scam customers.
When I placed an order, they "sent" a package that was turned back at the border; the Swedish distributor refused to deal with them.
There was no communication; Fixerio marked the order as delivered anyway and kept the money. I emailed them, and they said they could resend the order. No order was sent; they kept the money and didn't notify me. I emailed again, and they told me I could place a new order (without getting a refund for the first one!).
When I angrily pointed out that they had still taken my money and threatened to report them to the ARN (National Board for Consumer Disputes) and its European equivalent, they finally refunded the money (after two months).
But they were underhanded enough not to refund the shipping costs, effectively stealing money anyway.
When I angrily pointed this out, they claimed it was a "mistake" and were rude.
Avoid them!

There are a few factual inaccuracies in your review that we would like to clarify.
First, the Swedish distributor did not refuse to deal with the shipment. The parcel was lost in transit before it ever reached them. To this day, it has neither been delivered to the distributor nor returned to us. Unfortunately, this was a shipping issue that was outside the control of both ourselves and the distributor.
You were refunded in full, including the shipping costs. It is correct that the shipping refund was initially missed, but as soon as you pointed this out, we corrected the mistake promptly and refunded the remaining amount.
At no point was there any intention to scam you or keep your money. Unfortunately, this order was affected by several issues happening at the same time: we had recently implemented a new system, and the shipping carrier also encountered problems. While this does not excuse the inconvenience you experienced, it does explain why the process did not go as smoothly as it should have. These were genuine human and system errors—not an attempt to deceive anyone.
We understand that you were frustrated, but the repeated accusations of fraud, personal insults, and ongoing demands for additional compensation made it impossible to maintain a constructive conversation. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we made the decision to stop responding as the communication had become increasingly hostile and was no longer productive.
We regret that this order did not meet the standard we aim to provide. We always strive to resolve issues fairly, and in this case, the matter was ultimately resolved with a full refund.
