Amazing. Wanted a pair of Inov8 walking boots but couldn't find them in stock in the UK. Saw them on lepape.com for a really good price and so ordered them yesterday afternoon and received them this morning!!! That's quicker than if they were in the UK! UPS parcel service (tracked and updated all the way) was about 20 euros but it still meant the boots were much cheaper than anywhere else I could find them. Fantastic service!

I went by their size chart. Ordered my size. Size is usually wear in pants and they did not fit. I emailed asking for a refund. They said they would exchange for the correct size. I already had the biggest size. After that, they stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The concept2 rowerg is the gold standard for a reasong. It was shipped in two separate boxes that arrived at the same time

I ordered some boots from lepape as a UK customer as the price I found for them was far better than any other place after searching for hours. Once I ordered the boots on a Monday night I contacted customer service to ask questions regarding customs. The team was so helpful and replied first thing in the morning. On Wednesday lunchtime the boots arrived and were just as I expected them. Couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend this company!

£260 shoes turned up stained over the upper of the shoe.

Support went straight into NO RETURNS Mode. Funny thing was I wasn't even wanting one, just after compensation or even an apology... I mean the shoes are white, don't send them stained?!

Only interested in compensating me with a 10% discount on another order... so to get compensated I need to use the business again. Laughable.

Can’t believe it, been trying to get hold of ASICS Superblast 2, sold out everywhere but manage to find the last pair on Lepape, lucky for me it was my size as well. Was a bit reluctant at first after reading all the negative reviews but decide to take a chance, so glad I did. Fantastic communication throughout, Super-fast delivery, ordered on Sunday received by Tuesday!! Wow!!!

I have a positive experience with Lepape.com by ordering Garmin Forerunner watch. Prior of placing an order I have contacted them two times via phone and got all my questions answered. Recommend!

Refused to accept returned item.

Sent back a pair of Adidas sneakers i tried on but were to small for me. Already bought the same model one size up from Lepape and then returned the smaller one. They REFUSED the return (I paid for shipping!) because the shoes "were worn". Sent pictures detailing miniscule dust particules and such. And they were very rude when responding to my emails.

After this occorrence, I googled for reviews for this shop and found the same has happened to other customers. It was the first time I had returned a product to them, and this was my 4th order on their store. Well, it was definitely the last one. Never happened to me before with any online store I frequently shop, so I will stick to them and avoid LEPAPE.

Excellent experience. Ordered running shoes that were out of stock everywhere, except on Lepape. I was a little hesitant because of other reviews, but need not have been. Shoes were despatched quickly, with tracking information provided, and arrived in a few days. Perfect. I would definitely use again.

Bought a Garmin Watch. The comments i read are bad. Had no problems, Great service 👏👏👏.

Ordered boots to be delivered to UK. Website says 72 hr delivery. No boots 2 weeks later. No response at all to 3 emails.

I ordered a jacket for €305. It arrived but it was the wrong model. I hoped that this was just a shipping error and ordered the jacket again, hoping that this time the correct model would arrive. This time my parcel was supposedly delivered to an address that was not given and with a signature that was not mine. So I currently have neither my money nor my parcel and customer support is not getting in touch. When they do get in touch, 95% of the time they only do so in French, even though I am a German customer. I would expect them to speak to me in English or at least solve my problem. It seems very scammy to me, so consider this before you order there.

I ordered a pair of ASICS running shoes, exactly the model and size I was looking for and to the best price I could find on the web (in and outside NL). The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the shipping fast and fully transparant. I've read quite some negative reviews but my experience with Lepape was definitely positive!

They sent me the wrong item, and the customer service were rude and now refusing to answer my emails.

Don't buy anything from here.

Okay, real buyer here (if you trust me of course). They had an offer I couldn't refuse, 50% off from Garmin site price, so I decided to buy it even having so many 1 stars in here. I paid with PayPal just in case I had to open a dispute. It took just 4 working days to arrive and everything perfect for a week now.

Awful website experience. First the formatting means that when it asks you to enter a postal code to get a list of points relais, you can't! I had to zoom in and out and reload several times until it worked. Second, it takes the name from your google account and won't let you change it in the address field, you have to change it in the settings, extremely annoying as it won't let you specify a name to go with the point relais directly. Third, the form yells at you as soon as you start typing that your address is wrong, your email is wrong, etc. Super stressful. And finally, they offer pay later and pay in installments, but they only check your eligibility right at the end of the process. I have plenty of money in my account and no credit issues but it still rejected me. What a huge waste of time. Buying elsewhere as this shop clearly does not care about its customers at all.

Received an item in a severly damaged box and returned it. They have received it and then it began...no responses to my e-mails. I've opened a dispute in PayPal and they've responded that they're updating some in-house software and therefore can't issue a refund. They could respond to my claim in PayPal, but can't issue a refund in the same platform?! PayPal doesn't work on a specific software platform, it works on any browser known to mankind, doesn't it? My item has been in their hands for 16 days now, no refund, no replies, complete silence. And PayPal gives them extra time to respond. This is criminal behaviour, these people are scammers and nobody should ever buy anything from them ever again. I know I won't.

J'ai reçu un article dans une boîte très endommagée et je l'ai renvoyé. Ils l'ont reçu et puis ça a commencé... pas de réponses à mes e-mails. J'ai ouvert un litige dans PayPal et ils ont répondu qu'ils mettaient à jour certains logiciels internes et ne pouvaient donc pas émettre de remboursement. Ils pourraient répondre à ma réclamation dans PayPal, mais ne peuvent pas émettre de remboursement sur la même plateforme ? ! PayPal ne fonctionne pas sur une plate-forme logicielle spécifique, il fonctionne sur n'importe quel navigateur connu de l'humanité, n'est-ce pas ? Mon article est entre leurs mains depuis 16 jours maintenant, aucun remboursement, aucune réponse, silence complet. Et PayPal leur donne plus de temps pour répondre. C'est un comportement criminel, ces gens sont des escrocs et personne ne devrait plus jamais leur acheter quoi que ce soit. Je sais que je ne le ferai pas.

Ordered 100+ euro running shoes, tried them on (inside the house) but they were too large - was honest enough to mention I tried them on, so they asked for pictures. Sent pictures and as there was a microscopic spot on one of the soles they refuse to take them back. do not recommend this company, and will never return

I was a little worried after reading a few comments. My experience was verry good. Bought a Garmin Watch received it the next day. No problems at All. Plus it was like 150,- euro’s cheaper than anywhere.

I was worried before buying something from this store because its raring was poor at the moment. But the reviews were mostly about logistics errors and customer care, so I decided to give it a shot.
And I was pleasantly surprised. The Garmin watch I ordered was shipped very quickly, took 2 days to get carried from France to The Netherlands.
Everything was perfectly packed, there were no problems with the watch.
Quite an excellent experience in the end I must say.
