fantastic product, fantastic price !!
i ordered ghd straightners for my daughter - they will be her 1st pair and i got a beautiful limited edition box set to include the scarlet ghd's, a hair-dryer, clips, heat resistant mat and a complimentary pair of earrings. i am delighted with everything and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. brilliant - thank you :)

Product is fine - if only I could get it out of the bottle.
I was sold 2 bottles of Moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner. I've grown to expect nothing but high quality from this brand. I now realise why they were on offer - the pumps on the bottles don't work. It the shower I had to unscrew the caps and shake some of the product onto my hand with the pump getting in the way. Really dissapointing. I feel misled.

Easy to use site and great service

One Stop Beauty Shop
The Look Fantastic website has fast become one of my favourites. They include free shipping, ship within a few days and include a huge selection of products. In fact there are products on the site that you can not find as readily as elsewhere and I love how easy it is to order. I find that a number of my favourite high street beauty products are also a little bit cheaper from the website and they are always running fantastic offers to save you even more. I really recommend this store if you are looking for an efficient and authentic store to buy your beauty essentials.

good prices slow delivery
Regular money off codes which is Brill! But slow delivery . (About a week and a half) . Wish they also did free samples. Would use more if they were faster .

Great prices combined with free postage - a no brainer !!!
I was looking for a company that sold my favourite products at affordable prices and was thrilled when I found Look Fantastic. Apart from the regular offers that come through they also provide free postage. I used to buy all my Aveda products in stores where I could collect points but to be honest saving money means more to me now.
