I can’t continue with this post without a star. That is not deserved. An appalling company to deal with who continue to to charge me and deliver unwanted goods. I cannot, despite many, many attempts, cancel this subscription. Including changing my card. bank notified.SCAM.

I had a problem placing a one off order but was billed a further 3.

I have now received a full refund.

I have tried numerous times to cancel a subscription and any further orders which is impossible. It seems that the company are very keen to repeat orders when they are not required. In actual fact I would rate the customer service at NIL.

Once again Lulutox have taken yet another payment out of my account. This is the 3rd time this has happened . I have emailed them several times and they say it’s too late to cancel as the order has been sent. This is a complete scam.

I have just ordered one bag at £20 and find that the payment says I’ve ordered 3 bags at much higher cost,
This is a scam , and very difficult to get refund.

I wanted to score Lulutox with a zero because it is an outright scam the way they treat customers. Reading reviews they are much the same as my experience…namely no positive purchase confirmation before my account was charged with £24.98 for two bags of tea then an additional £33.90 for another two bags, (full price). Worse still they entered me into an unauthorized subscription and there is no way it seems possible to cancel. They do not show any order number (making it hard to get a refund or one cannot speak to any member of staff. They give you a case number every time you email but give loads of excuses why they cannot refund or cancel an order or subscription. It is truly scandalous. I have reported them to my bank who have offered a pending refund and I can only dearly hope they have better luck than me!

Lulutox has created an unauthorised purchased and ive been charged £33.75 for 3 boxes of tea. I'd previously purchased 1 box months ago. I was scrolling to the bottom of an email about offers they sent me as i was wishing to unsubscribe when i got notification from my bank of a pending transaction of £33.75 to Lulutox. I was not asked for any bank card details so they must have my information stored for payment. £33.75 is such a lot of money to me and i cant afford this. Ive tried to cancel unsuccessfully. Ive filled an online contact form but i know by the time i get a reply i will be told item has shipped. Ive tried to email them. I can't find a phone number. Avoid this company at all costs. It is a scam. SCAM. If i could give 0 stars I would.
Ive just received the expected email saying order shipped so i cant get my order cancelled. They then had cheek to tell me i might like the tea and included 70% offer off my next order. I'm Livid. Im now worried sick this unauthorised transaction from lulutox is a subscription. My 1 and only purchase was a 1 time only.
Anyone got any advice. Ive previously been scammed out of alot of money and this is bringiing back horrible memories.

I did not sign up for a subscription and they have taken a further payment from my bank without authority. I have literally taken two days of saying I want this to be cancelled, and they come back with comments such as:
"I hear you, and I'm truly sorry this has been so frustrating. I understand you didn't intend to sign up for a subscription.

Just so I can make sure we do right by you - are you enjoying the tea itself, even if the recurring billing wasn't what you expected?

Then further:
"I'm sorry the link didn't work for you. Please be assured that op.lulutox.com is our official subscription portal and is safe to use - I can understand the concern it may have raised.

Before we go any further, could you tell me a bit about why you'd like to cancel the subscription? It helps me make sure we're doing right by you.

And more:
"I completely understand you want this resolved without any further back-and-forth, and I appreciate your patience.

Before we cancel, I'd like to offer one option: I can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months instead - there would be no charges or shipments during that time, and it would resume automatically afterwards. Would a pause work for you, and if so, for how long?

I then replied:
"Dear Sirs,

I do not want to pause, I have made it abundantly clear that I want this unauthorised subscription to be cancelled.

Stop stalling and cancel with immediate effect and confirm."

And they came back with:

"Completely understand. As one more option - I can apply a 15% discount to your next billing cycle so you can keep going at a lower price. Would you like me to apply that?

I'm not sure how many times and in how many different ways I can tell them to cancel the subscription, as I can't do it through the website as my pc tells me that the site is not safe and blocks me.

So again today, further rubbish from them:

"I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. I've escalated your case to our specialist team - they'll review it and get back to you with the next steps on your cancellation as soon as possible.

Disgraceful, dishonest, avoid.

I wish I had read reviews before a purchase as I have also been scammed by Lulutox! Thought I was making a one time purchase and they have taken another payment so have fraudulently taken money. Im livid!

After purchasing 2 packs just to try, I have found out by my bank sending me a message saying a further £33 has been taken out by them. I did not sign up for more only a one off payment. Don’t buy directly like I did 😡

I wish I could give this company a 0. I placed an order today for 3 x £9.99 packets of Lulutox detox plus 2 free, when I received my confirmation email the total showed £49.99 had been taken out of my account. I emailed them straight away to cancel the order then received an email to say there would be a delay in shipping. I then received an email saying it would be 24-48 hours until my email could be dealt with, I sent another 2 emails asking for a refund and tonight received an email , No Refund Can Be Issued As Order Has Been Shipped. I asked for a tracking number but no reply, this company offers you a disscount but dont issue one, they charge you full price and then lie about the order being shipped. Please if this has happened to anyone else can you put it on trustpilot, this company LULUTOX should not be allowed to get away with it..

Placed an order for one bag and got billed for two. Sent four emails immediately for refund and cancellation. Then got billed for a third. Spent three weeks trying to return everything only to be told today that I only get a 30 day guarantee and they can only refund the last bag. They owe me £67.00. SCAM

I think who ever is running the Lulutox business in this country is taking us Brits as mugs and getting rich quick. It's strange so much of the good feedback is from abroad. The customer service replies are false obviously they have to let a few good sales through but how on earth are they getting away with this scam.

Ordered Lulutox was charged for a second lot at the same time and a subscription neither of which I wanted or asked for ,managed to cancel subscription but not a hope in hell of getting a refund SCAM ,do not buy.

I have just finished extracting myself from this horrible company. I originally ordered their tea which was supposed to help with sleep. It didn’t! Then a pending payment arrived in my bank account. I was due to go into hospital for a hip replacement and did not deal with the problem immediately, and a delivery of peach tea arrived this morning. I searched their website but couldn’t, find an unsubscribe section. Totally pissed off I have sent them a stinker of an email, contacted my bank and blocked any further payment and written this review. I can do no more except to advise readers do not deal with this company. They steal your money.

My 75 year old mother ended up with a subscription for a detox tea she did not want. This company preys on vulnerable people to gain profit by illegitimate means. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I made a one of purchase , then was notified that a second item was about to be sent out . I notified the company straight away to cancel the order and also told them that I had not submitted a subscription.
I have emailed them countless times and they have told me days later that the product has been shipped and that I should contact them upon receipt as to how to return the item and obtain a refund …. WHY !!!!
They keep referring me back to the website saying that I can cancel my subscription myself and then I have to keep emailing them back telling them there is no such option !!!!!
Is the scam company … I’m away at the moment and will contact my bank to cancel any payments

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS YOU WILL BE COMMITED WITHOUT EVEN REALISING IT !!!!!

I will be reporting them to trading standards I have given them four days to resolve the issue

My elderly mum ordered this off Facebook. She was unknowingly signed up for a subscription which was a faff to cancel.
The tea wasn’t even very nice.

Do not purchase this product. You are unable to cancel a subscription that. You did not want. They send a link that does not work and will not cancel for you.
