Have not received my order, even though it is on express delivery??? Not impressed.
I appreciate the magazine was sent out on 22nd October and I paid for express delivery. It is now the 27th October… 5 days later and still not received. I did email you this morning and here is your reply, so please check your records. :

Having checked your order details, we can confirm that you placed a pre-order on 11th October for a magazine that was not due to go on sale until 23rd October. Your order was dispatched on 22nd October, a day ahead of its official release date.
When placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product in advance to secure your copy before it goes on general sale. Express delivery applies once the item has been dispatched, rather than from the date the pre-order was placed.

Magazine great delivery problems
Magazine - wonderful, ordering process simple, delivery atrocious - Royal Mail delivered to wrong address (paid for express to ensure delivery, Mags Direct sent replacements with no fuss and used the cheaper delivery method that was successful. so reason for the 3 star is the delivery which is not Mags Direct fault but may encourage them to question Royal Mail about their service (I've tried as a customer but may as well shout down an abandoned well given the response from Royal Mail)
