⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Before booking, I explained over the phone that my dental bridge had been re-cemented by another dentist two weeks earlier but had become loose again. I was assured that this clinic used high-quality dental adhesives, offered a guarantee, and had a highly professional dentist.
However, when I arrived, Dr Yousif told me there was no guarantee and that the bridge could become loose again within a month. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I felt pressured to proceed or lose my deposit.
I was initially quoted around £70, but ended up paying £170 in total, including my £50 deposit. The entire procedure took barely three minutes, and the bridge wasn’t even properly cleaned or dried before being glued back in place.
Just one month later, my bridge is loose again!
I chose this clinic because of its positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. What they promise over the phone is completely different from what you actually experience. Poor customer service, unexpected charges, and unsatisfactory dental work.
I would definitely not recommend this clinic or Dr Yousif to anyone.
