Information and details have always been second to none, giving all access to documentation and reports, with site drawings provided showing accurate schematic plan and plant details.

Initial contact was with Nicola, who managed to squeeze us in, then on through Marlai in logistics, Deborah in accounts, Richard the engineer and Angela in admin, they were all professional, efficient, and faultless. From first email to having the WSE report took us 3 days...

The engineer arrived early and was efficient and professional. We needed to replace a piece of equipment and he thoroughly explained the reasons why this was necessary.
