Only able to reach the automated…
Only able to reach the automated chatbot when asking for verification of a reservation. The hotel initially didn’t have a record of a reservation from Prestigia or anything under my name. After contacting the hotel over the next few days, they were able to pull up a record and formalize a reservation.
Even though Prestigia's autobot said the matter was escalated a couple of times, I never received any indication that anything was actually done - no email, text, or call back.
Not sure I will use your service again due to the lack of contact and human customer support.

Smooth and Easy Booking
The booking process went smoothly and great price. There seems to be a delay with the booking receipts, and the payment invoice does not directly say paid. It was a little scary at first. I verified with the hotel, and my reservation is booked. Thank you.

I don't like it
I would have liked it if I could speak to a person and not have to always rely on going back to an email because I may not have access to it wherever I am. Also, it is confusing with how the pricing break down i displayed on the website.

This was the first time I’d ever heard of this booking company and was directed to their better-than-average deals via Trivago. So far, so good. It was simple and quick. Will definately keep them in mind if the reservation process goes well upon arrival at the hotel.

The site was very user-friendly and easy to understand. I like being able to easily go back a screen or two and make changes with ease. The format was spot on and room selections were plentiful. Price was reasonable although I would’ve liked to have seen something for military, Veterans, and first responders.
