Fabulous value for money!

We ordered a 4ft (small double) metal bed frame - Snuggle Beds Cindy in white - for my elderly mother and we couldn't be more pleased. It is great quality, very firm when built and amazingly cheap! The delivery was superb - 9.20am the next day and although there was a slight bend at the end of the 2 side rails (almost certainly the courier not the manufacturer) these straightened easily and did not affect the building of the bed. We will certainly use Mattressman again if the need arises.

Very disappointed with the manufacuter and you.

Started well, the beds arrived during the time frame that we had been advised. However, the adjustable beds would not work. My wife had to drive into town to get new batteries, but these did not solve the problem. The beds work ONLY if the mattresses are removed. We now have to wait another two weeks for replacements to be delivered. It was extremely inefficient of both the manufacurer and you NOT to have tested the beds before deflivery.

Great service, fast delivery and quality items!

I bought this bed for my daughter and she is delighted with it. The bed itself was delivered on time and was easy to put together, although I think one instruction was not correct. The product is of good quality and very definitely value for money.
I will certainly use Mattressman again.

Does what it says on your website!!!

Very good price for a sturdy bed, went together easily & looks good. Arrived in the time slot the day after ordering, very pleasant chap even if he was a little tired, think we were his last delivery of a very long day. Have already recommended you to friends.

delivery men excellent

delivery men were excellent, however, a little confusion from the office regarding me having to call them to arrange a delivery date for the replacement mattress, of which I was not initially made aware; thus slowing down the delivery time.

could do better.

the service was very prompt, i had ordered a king size backcare ultimate mattress. It was delivered by one man no longer young, where as the instructions on the mattress clearly state it requires two people to lift it. The packaging was in a poor state and had obviously been exposed to the rain at some stage, this was confirmed when the packaging was removed, there being a small stain on one corner of the mattress. As it was so beaten about i only signed unchecked which the driver agreed to. That said the mattress seems o/k and i am pleased to have chosen it.

Mattressman good, shame about the courier

I ordered a bed to be delivered on a certain day and Mattressman did their bit but the courier was very poor. The courier rang my phone for one ring and then claimed later that they left a message (but they didn't) to tell me that one of the 4 packages was lost. They promised it would be with me the next morning. After waiting in for a second day that failed to appear. 2 days later I called Mattressman again who immediately sent out a replacement after finding out the courier still could not find the package!

No problems at all with Mattressman but will not order from them while they still use NightFrieght.

Superior Service

I can thoroughly recommend Mattressman both for the quality of their goods but especially for their excellent service. They not only promised a time for delivery but actually kept to that time. Two extremely well-mannered men delivered the new mattress to the bedroom and took the old one away.

Customer service personnel were friendly, polite, and did what they promised to do when they promised to. Two of them, Emma and Hannah were the most efficient and friendly of them and it was a delight dealing with them.

Fast and efficient service

Very fast and efficient - although went to the showroom in Thorpe and didn't find the salesman particularly helpful - we were unsure about which mattress would be best and he didn't seem to be too interested in actually selling the benefits.

Overall I'm very pleased.

Excellent value, good website and good service.

Matressman is an excellent on line retailer, they stock well know brands at prices that are hard to beat. the fact that they carry decent stock levels enabling next day delivery is a real benefit.
They communicate accurate 2 hour delivery periods and in our case delivered bang in the middle of it.
I would recommend them and use them again.
Matressman and his wife Mrtyle really brought home the bacon.

very smooth process

ordered a ivory wooden bed. delivery was excellent and bed was well packaged. however i was alittle disappointed with the quality of the paint finish and i had to retighten the screws which held the head and footboard together. a little disapointing but would still order from mattressman.

Great product and price, delivery was difficult

Great service in the shop and informative and easy to use website. bed is great quality, easy to put together and price was competitive. Delivery was quick however I had difficulties with the communications as I was supposed to receive a text and didn't so had to re-schedule which caused some inconvenience. Having said that I would use again.

A great mattress at a great price!

Ordered the Snuggletuft medium soft double mattress to replace a very firm orthopaedic one and noticed the difference immediately. Fortunately it's not as soft as it might sound but it is very comfortable and warmer than the old one. It's also much less expensive than similar ones offered by the bedding retailers and delivery is faster (next day). No regrets buying this product or buying from these people.

Fantastic service with great post-purchase customer care.

It is much easier to judge an online company after a faulty purchase.
We had a problem with a persistent odour with a mattress (manufacture problem) and Mattressman were great at sorting out this problem some months down the line. Pick-up and delivery of replacement mattress was arranged with minimal fuss or difficulty.

I love it

was sleeping on my sofa for about 7years, because my back hurt when I sleep on my bed. And a friend told me about the memory foam mattress, last Wednesday. 16th May 2012 so I went on my computer and found mattressman then I order a mattress, it was deliver on Friday 18th around 1: pm I put it on my bed and now am not sleeping on my sofa, any more I don't want to get out of my bed now ( smile ) it is really comfortable and my back do not hurt on it... Thank you matteressman, it the best mattress ever...

When I ordered the bed for my son the Company obliged by helping with my delivery date it was unfortunate that a forklift went into the bed ordered but the next day they delivered one at a higher price at no cost to myself how is that for service Just great and my son is very happy with his new bed
