Reasonably comfortable for a spare bed. Whilst I have found it a little too firm my husband has found it very comfortable. Yes I would purchase from this company again. Excellent service and value for money

After Hombase let me down on a order I had placed with them 3 weeks before, I scoured the internet and eventually came across this company. I ordered the mattress on the Sunday night of bank holiday weekend and it was delivered by 10am on the Thursday (I requested the Thursday delivery slot so may have come earlier is required). I can't fault the service or the quality of the mattress for the price. Excellent value for money! and I would definitely look to buying from them again in the future.

Ordered the mattress on the Friday and it was due to be delivered between 8am and 5pm on the Saturday - it arrived at 8:20am by a friendly delivery man, when does that ever happen?! I was delighted! :)

Average misleading

I am a restless sleeper which is why I wanted a pocket sprung mattress so my partner can sleep better. I bought this mattress after searching in the pocket sprung section of the website. When the mattress arrived it is actually an open coil mattress so I feel I have been cheated (I would never have paid that much for an open coil mattress). So far the mattress is good, but my partner is still away and I don't know how it will perform when she gets back.

I don't know which delivery firm they use but they where excellent. The guy went out of his way to help.

Like all things on the internet. Do a bit of research on the product before you buy so you know what you are getting.

so so - acceptable experience but with some friction

I already had an exact duplicate of the mattress I ordered/purchased from you and felt that it was trustworthy, reassured by the big, stitched on, information/trade mark patch, this mattress was not the same, not the same quality, no information/trade mark patch, the protective wrapping was parcel taped up as if used on another product and the corner of the mattress was soiled, maybe you could send me a picture of the one you sent me, if there are any discrepancies I will send you a picture of the one I received?

Not acceptable

We chose your company as we needed a mattress desperately for a house full of guests this weekend. We received the mattress in great time and on the day specified although it has arrived with big oil stains and a small dirty worn patch on the edge. As we are desperate for the mattress we questioned keeping it with a discount as the mattress would be unsaleable to any other customers. We were offered an inital £30 discount which under duress was increased to £60. We have decided to wait and swap for another which will now not arrive until after our guests leave. Not only have we not got a useable mattress, we have a mattress stuck in the house as although you could deliver a new one tomorrow, you could not collect the old one so you cannot do it! We would have been willing to accept a discount of £75 - £90 but you would rather send out couriers to collect and deliver and have disgruntled customers. Just not great I'm afraid.

Excellent service, received a courteous call to let me know that it can take a few days to get to the Isle of Wight, which I had already thought would be the case. Excellent value for money, and will use this company again, whether for beds or mattresses, and have already recommended them to my family and friends and neighbours as I couldn't find a more cost effective site, but also due to the quality of the goods I purchased. Even so, the goods did arrive the very next day.

Arrived in a dirty condition

Arrived in dusty dirty condition which when the plastic was removed left some marks on the mattress. They seemed to have been transported in a dirty vehicle.

I was blown away that it could be that easy to get a mattress the next day

I had no idea when I needed it to be delivered as I was having lots of things delivered and needed to take the minimum time off work - so I ordered it on the monday and asked for a friday delivery hoping I could get everything else delivered on the friday too. But then found out I needed to be there on the Tuesday anyway for another reason so at 4pm I rang and asked could I have it for the next day. No problem. I love this company and I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else. They had everything I needed and it was cheap and there by the next day with no huge delivery fee. They are faultless. Thanks!!!

What wonderful service i recieved. From the easy to use web site to delivery it was fab!
I made a small mistake on the ordering page which could have resulted in me recieving the wrong mattress! I called up the next working day and the problem was resolved immediately with no fuss and the gentleman was very helpful. The actual delivery was fantastic, the courier used was great and arrived 9am on the specified day. Can't praise this company enough and will deffinately recomend.

First class service and an excellent mattress at a very good price.

Ordered 2 Dorlux comfort plus mattresses, delivered the day after the bank holiday as I ordered on a Friday. The mattresses are fantastic value, comfortable and a great nights sleep is had by all our grandchildren. Thank you for excellent service. Not without Faults

Ordered the mattress online; paid extra for it to be delivered on a Saturday morning but gave them the option to deliver on the following Tuesday before 1300hrs as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. The mattress did not arrive on Saturday morning and, being anxious that it should arrive by Tuesday I rang the company first thing on Tuesday morning from work and was told by the Customer Services Department that there had been a mix up and the mattress had been sent to the wrong depot and I would, therefore, not expect to receive the mattress for a further two days. I said that it was no good to me then it was needed by Tuesday and would they please cancel my order. This was apparently duly done. I went home and to my pleasant surprise the mattress had been delivered..... within ten minutes of getting home I was rung by the company - who until then had not bothered to contact me at all - to be told they had a signature for the mattress and had it beendelivered. I confirmed this was the case and asked if I would be reimbursed by extra payment for a Saturday delivery. I was told it would be dealt with straightaway. Hi guys, guess what - I am still waiting for my reimbursement???!!! The mattress is brilliant - not sure sure about Customer Services and their attention to detail.

Perfect Mattress

What more can you say than the mattress I ordered for my son was delivered at the right address at the the time I asked in a box. It is a very comfortable mattress and better quality than expected excellent value for money.
