Fantastic service. Great experience.

It's not often you get excellent service from internet companies, but this was outstanding. I rang the company for some technical information about getting a very firm mattress for my daughter in law who was coming to stay and could not tolerate our soft guest bed because she has a bad back. The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable about the products, was extremely helpful in every way and gave me excellent information which enabled me to make a choice. The mattress was excellent value. I usually take 'nextday' delivery with a pinch of salt, but the mattress arrived the next day, no fuss - absolutely perfect. The only comment I would make was that I had the choice to pay an additional £6.95 for morning delivery. I had free delivery and it arrived early in the morning so I was glad I didn't pay extra!

DISGUSTING INCOMPETENT ARROGANT IGNORANT

AS I HAVE ALREADY SAID THIS COMPANY ARE USELESS WE ORDERED 4 SINGLE BEDS, ORDER STATED THEY WERE BEING SHIPPED ABROAD, DELIVERY ADDRESS WAS SHIPPING COMPANY. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PRECISE.
THEY DELIVERED 4X 4 FOOT BEDS.
THESE WERE SHIPP[ED TO SPAIN. 3 MONTHS LATER WE STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE ORDERED OR A REFUND. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED FREE REPLACEMENT BEDS.
I HAVE ARRANGED AND PAID FOR RETURN SHIPMENT TO THE UK ASAP, AND COLLECTION IN THE UK 3 TIMES, YET THE BEDS ARE STILL SAT ON THE SHELF AT THE SHIPPING COMPANY. I PRESUME THE COMPANY CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO COLLECT THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND THE COSTS. AS A RESULT OF THEIR MISTAKE WE ARE NOW ALMOST £1000.00 OUT OF POCKET.
I HAVE ORDERED THE SAME BEDS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THAT ARE ALREADY IN SPAIN AND THEY ARE WHAT I ORDERED AND THEY WERE CHEAPER. (WEDO-BEDS.CO.UK)

poor quality mattress padding

The company was good regarding delivery & was delivered 1st thing so no hanging about.However the mattress was delivered with no documentation so i had no contact details/ telephone number to inform them of my complaint regarding the poor quality of the mattress,we bought this mattress for our son who is away alot at university so hes only slept on the mattress a handfull of times & already the springs are popping through the fabric.We have had to purchased a memory foam mattress topper so he cant feel the springs.But you only get what you pay for & this mattress was cheap & was cheaply made,i would definately not recommend this mattress to any one!

Very poor customer service

I ordered a £250 mattress from mattressnextday.co.uk. When arranging delivery, I explained that I live in a second floor flat, and would there be a problem delivering it to my front door. I was assured that there wouldn't. On the day of delivery, my girlfriend waited in, and when the delivery man came, he said he couldn't deliver it upstairs because it was in a box! She explained that she couldn't carry it upstairs herself. He rudely said that wasn't his problem. Finally he agreed to take it out of the box and bring it up in its plastic wrapping, complaining the whole way, and just left the large box in the downstairs hallway. When I phoned the company to complain about their quality of service, they effectively called me a liar, saying that they would never have agreed to deliver to a second floor flat. I'd also warned them about this in the delivery information I'd filled in on the online delivery form. Their attitude was like it was the first time they'd ever had to do this, which just seems ludicrous, as I imagine it's a scenario they face every day. So if you don't mind being called a liar, dealing with a rude delivery man, and lugging your mattress up however many flights of stairs yourself, they're the company for you.

Would totally recommend, mattress is amazing

Now that I have found this site, I will be recommending to all my friends I will not be buying mattress's from anywhere else, the one I purchased for my daughter was a firm number 8 very reasonably priced and though I was hesitant at first as not able to let her lie on it we still went ahead. My daughter loves it and I am struggling even more to get her out of bed for school.......thankyou

Complete Liars

I ordered a matress online as it was cheap and it looked like a good quality matress. It said it would be next day but it gives you the option to chosing a day. As I was ordering it on a sunday and I work during the week I thought I would have it delivered on a Wednesday when I knew a neighbour would be in so they would be able to collect it. I also put a request in for them to call me 10 minutes before they arrived. They Never called and never turned up for when I ordered it, so I tried calling yet the office was closed 2 hours before it stated. It eventually took me 7 attempts after they lied saying they had called before turning up and had come round and no one answered. I threatend them with legal action if they did not deliver when I told them to. they did not turn up on the day I told them but they did call before and in the end the matress wa comfortable for the first few weeks, but now I think that it was not worth it. Would not use them again not if you are relying on something you ordered.

Perfected investment

Ordered 3 single reflex foam mattresses, got free next day delivery and also upgraded to morning delivery, items were delivered within my delivery time scale by a friendly courier, items were well packaged and of fantastic value for money, i would of expected to pay alot more for these item as the quality is fantastic....many thanks :) happy all round.

Good Value spoiled by bad packaging

I ordered this mattress and bed frame from Mattressnextday because I actually needed a bed next day, having just cleared builders out from our loft conversion and having visitors the following day for a wedding.
The quality of the mattress and packaging was first rate. However, the bed ends only had corrugated cardboard around them, and obviously during handling had caused a large splinter on the top of the bed frame corner which shows when the bed is assembled. Unfortunately, needing the bed urgently, I couldn't return it, and it would mean dissassembling the whole thing anyway.
The mattress itself is great.

Reliable, excellent service

fantastic service

i ordered a prado leather bedstead and regal gold mattress. I was expecting delivery to be 3-5 days as i live in Northern Ireland but was delighted when they arrived within 2 days. I also expected to pay delivery as a lot of companies dont include Northern Ireland as part of the UK but it was free! I Was so impressed that i ordered another prado bed for my teenage son and it arrived the next day!! the quality for money is also pleasantly surprising overall I had a very pleasant experience with mattressnextday and would recommend to everyone!

Great delivery service - terrible mattress

Unfortunately, my new so-called 'firm' memory mattress (rated as a '9') has been slept on 5 times since delivery but has already developed a slight sag which one assumes will only get worse. It sits on a 2" thick very rigid bed base so its not a question of the bed being to blame as it's rock solid. It is also irritatingly saggy to sleep on (or 'in' as i am finding). Money back please....

Spend 15minutes and several pounds to cancel order two days ago and still have not received my refund back!

Not great

The mattress I ordered was too thin and upon contacting mattressnextday asking if I could pay the extra over the phone for a thicker one and then when that was delivered the other picked up?
They advised me I would have to pay £50 for pick up of the wrong size mattress and then place another order for the one I wanted.
I thought this was quite unreasonable.

Don't expect next day delivery

I placed my order on a Sunday night & expected delivery on Tuesday, as promised, I paid extra for a delivery before 1.00pm. I had a call from the delivery driver at 10.00am to say they were outside my house they were not , it turned out they were in a different city. The wrong postcode had been entered. I had people arriving to stay that night with beds but no mattresses. There was nothing I could do except wait until the next day for the mattress to arrive, I had another call on Wednesday to say the mattress was now in Cumbria & could not be delivered again. The only reason I ordered from this company was because they had promised to deliver the next day. It took 4 working days to arrive & I had people sleeping on the floor for 2 nights. I did get the early delivery fee refunded, however I would have expected at some form of compensation Would not use again.

disappointed.

I saw that the delivery was for the next day, so I thought great, just what I needed. Unfortunately, on my first order, it went through only for customer service to call me the day of that delivery to let me know that the frame is out of stock, yet the website confirmed my order. Second time I tried to order again, they would deliver to another address which is different to the billing address. Its a nightmare.

Great service, great value, great mattress!

I needed a mattress for the spare bed so did not want to spend lots. I found a great selection on this site. I chose a foam matress and am very pleased with the quality anf comfort even though I chose a cheaper option. I was very impressed with the service I recieved. I ordered my matress at 4.00pm and it was with me by 11.00am the very next day.
