If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
🚨 Misleading impression of being UK-based: The company gives the impression that you are ordering from a London/UK-based business and that products are coming from a UK warehouse.
🇨🇳 The truth came out when I complained: I bought dog cooling mats during the summer. When I complained about the absolutely appalling quality, I was told to return them to China. That was how I discovered where the product was actually coming from.
🐕 The “cooling mats” were ridiculous: They were basically cheap blankets, made from material resembling velour/velvet — something warm, not something designed to keep a dog cool. Calling these “cooling mats” is an absolute joke.
💩 Absolutely dreadful quality: The products were nothing like what I expected and were completely useless for their intended purpose. Cheap, poorly made and utterly disappointing.
❌ Customer experience: Once I complained, instead of simply resolving the issue properly, I was expected to deal with returning the rubbish all the way to China.
My advice: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
I feel completely misled by the way this company presents itself and where I believed the products were coming from. If you're looking for a genuine UK-based company selling quality products, look elsewhere.
Zero stars if Trustpilot would allow it. I would never buy from this company again.

Cost too much I paid £78 and they want me to send back to china. No Thank you

I wanted a retainer cleaner so I did some online research picking one with a good review. I found it on Max Offer reduced from £108 to £54 so I ordered it. It took about a month to arrive and was a totally different product. The item they sent was a generic product available on Amazon for £30, not the £108 product I ordered.
I emailed Max Offer and they ignored the first email. I tried again and they replied saying the product they sent does the same thing as the one I ordered. What they sent was inferior standard with totally different features , not USBC to name just one. They couldn't understand why I wouldn't just accept the cheaper product they sent. They eventually said that if I send it back to china at my expense they would issue a refund. That postage costs more than the product . Why should I pay to send back some random item they sent me . Absolute joke of a company and if you look at all the other reviews , you can see that scamming is their business model. What are trading standards doing to stop these scammers operating in the UK ? DO NOT USE

One star is way too much for this company. The item I purchased was not as described so I wanted to send it back. They do accept retuens.....back to China!! but you will have to pay the postage yourself. This is promised to be refunded but never actually is.
I would just do yourseld a favour and not buy from this company in the first place. What you save in purchase price will be lost on faulty/unfit/bad product, plus the time and effort in trying to email and getting little to no response back,

Product arrived... very cheap looking and didn't work from the start... smelled like burning when switched on.
Lots of emails back and forth all very quick to respond..... and yes I did pay to send the thing back with the promise of a full refund including postage..... should haver read the reviews..... I think they are refunding the product, but when I emailed about the postage.... no response...... don't bother with them.

I ordered a set of FuriCutx dog grooming clippers. Paid via PayPal as I was a little suspicious. My grooming kit turned up on time and are much better than expected. My only issue with them was poor instructions for removing and cleaning the blades which was a bit hit and mis. Getting the blades back in was very difficult and a managed to cut my finger quite badly before eventually managing to get them back in. The instructions did show you how but the pictures were tiny and not very clear, I had to take a macro picture then zoom in and even then struggled to see how. Thiscwas a flaw in the products documentation and not MaxOffer. So I give them a 4 out of 5 for good delivery and a good product. I never give a 5 because there is always room for improvement even for Rolls Royce Motors and they do an EV.

Please do not use this company as I received a faulty item and after many proactive emails promising refunds and refund of postage, I managed to get a refund for the item but out of pocket for the postage back to China
I should of read the previous reviews and believed them

Absolutely disgusting company who rip people off with inferior products which is impossible to get a refund as they send you round and round from pillar to post.
avoid this company at all costs, one thing they request is sending product back which often costs more than the product and still very unlikely you will receive a refund so you loose twice.

If I could give zero star I would. Received a fan eventually and it was faulty, sent pics asked for refund, offered 30 per cent or had to send back (to china) where shipping cost more than product. Kept escalating my case for decision for 4 weeks saying they would get back to me… never did. Terrible company terrible products. Do not buy.

Why is this site still able to sell stuff absolutely shocking people getting scammed out of their hard earned cash by these pathetic Chinese sites

I need to update my review of this company. I sent an email as I cite below. I received a very courteous response, which I hardly deserved given the tone of my email. The company offered to refund my money if I refused delivery at the door and when the parcel was returned to the warehouse. I was not in when it was delivered, but on contacting the company again, they offered me a complete refund if I returned the item of a discounted refund if I kept it. I kept it and duly received the refund. Unlike the previous reviews on this site, I found the item to be well made and comfortable. My dog chose to rest on it on a number of occasions in the hot weather. Despite the refund, the cost was still more than I would have paid if I had bought it from a different site, but that is now my only reservation.

Ordered Pawfroste cooling mat for my dog. Found it on a site apparently rating the five best cooling mats and foolishly ordered it without checking reviews first. Have just sent this text in an email to the company: "I cannot believe I have been so stupid as not to check reviews before ordering this item. The reviews are quite dreadful and the item is also advertised on other sites for far less. I am furious with myself, but also furious that companies like yours are making money by dishonest trading for which I have no recourse. I doubt very much whether the item is on its way. However, I would think differently of you if you would halt its progress and repay my money. I will wait one hour and if I do not see the money repaid to my account I will post this as a review on Trustpilot and elsewhere." Their reply, which confirms the information in other reviews that make it clear this is not a UK based company, says:"We're based in GMT +5:30 timezone and it might take up to 24 hours on the weekdays until we get back to you." I am kicking myself.

If I could give zero stars I would. The item I bought was a 'PawFroste' Dog cool-mat for £41.65. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I was shocked. The so called cool-mat was a fleece blanket with a paper like material on the back. It was totally unsuitable for any dog as it would be ripped to shreds quickly and there was nothing about the mat that could draw heat from my dog on hot days.
To return the item you first have to jump through hoops justifying yourself and sending photos and videos. Then the assistant agreed for the item to be returned but I had to pay the postage back to China and not their UK warehouse. This has cost me a further £11.50 and I am still not convinced that my money will ever be refunded.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dreadful company.
Bought a Airhalort neck fan which broke after about 10 uses. Lead didn't work and the speed button just kept going round...Rubbish.
As communication was good I was under the illusion that they would refund me...they wouldn't pay for postage back to China and as the fan had lithium batteries I would have had to pay for a courier with a special license. That would would have been costly.
They offered me 30% back.
Disgusting.

Do not buy from this company they are not based in China not in the UK. The product I ordered was a floor steam mop which arrived with an non-UK plug and when I opened the packaging the inside label was addressed to someone in Australia which had clearly been returned and then re-shipped to me. I requested a refund on 21 May and despite numerous emails back and forth from their customer service saying things like "I have personally escalated your case to our fulfillment team to expedite the final verification. We are currently processing the details to approve your full refund of £126.65 GBP. Once this internal check is completed, which typically takes 1-2 business days, the funds will be released to your original payment method." I have still not received a refund. The MaxOffer.co.uk website shows 4.8 star ratings but there is no link to view these ratings.

The website implies they are a uk based company. I found them from reading what I thought was a legitimate website ( top review choice .com) which led me to believe they were testing various dog beds for uk customers and subsequently reviewing these products. The top rated one the pawfroste cooling coat as their favourite with a link underneath where I was taken to maxoffer.co.uk.

Everything seemed fine and was able to use the shop app to pay for it, soon after I discovered they weren’t a uk based company and the item was being dispatched from Hong Kong!
I stupidly should have read the reviews on here as normally I’m quite good at doing my research but on this occasion didn’t which I’ve learnt the hard way.

I thought I’ll wait and see what happens seeing they provide a money back guarantee/warranty on the product. The item arrived yesterday and is nothing like the picture, it is merely two different fabrics stitched together and feels like a normal stuffing inside the mat which is more like a blanket.

I contacted them via their email. Someone did reply to me fairly quickly. I explained it was nothing like the pictures and I therefore suspected I hadn’t been sent a genuine product. They told me that they own Pawfroste and asked for pictures including the postage label on the packaging for them to check the batch number. Within seconds of them receiving the pictures, I was offered a 10% partial refund if I kept the ‘mat’. I said that this wasn’t good enough and that I wanted my money back. I was offered a 15% partial refund or I could post the item to a different address in China for a full refund to be provided once it was received, stating they wanted tracking for the item. Clearly they didn’t check any batch numbers and this was all for show. I highlighted they have a co.uk website and they are misleading people, they seemed to have answers for everything stating their products are well made etc. I have accepted the partial refund because I don’t want to be further out of pocket by posting it back to china, however I believe that I am unlikely to get either refund whether I posted it back or not. Thankfully I am only £40 down unlike other people who have used this company which everything behind it appears fraudulent.

I located the website I initially looked at to let them know that they were referring a potentially fraudulent company and for them to be aware to prevent other persons falling for this. This morning I received a further message from max offer, a female called Melissa with the exact wording I sent to this review website highlighting my concerns. The review website is clearly linked to max offer where they are promoting their own products. I then came across another website (bestpicks.co.uk). This site has the same picture of a woman from the site I came across who has apparently reviewed these cooling mats, both sites very similar in appearance. On this site is a different brand which has the top rating, however when you click on the link to purchase, where are you taken, to maxoffer.co.uk. Clearly another site they are using to promote their own products/website.
I have forwarded all three website to the cyber reporting website as they are clearly all linked and scamming people but wanted to add a review on here so others can be aware of the additional two sites as I believe they are linked too. I am amazed these sites haven’t been shut down with all the negative reviews on here. In short avoid this company as it’s clearly a dodgy set up.

Do not buy from this company, they are based in China, they deliver goods that are nothing like what is advertised and basically tat. They then expect you to send the item back to China at your cost, when they refund in full, or they offer for you to keep the item and get a refund for 30% of what you paid. Its how they make their money. This really needs highlighting on every shopping marketplace.

Took 3 weeks to come, not as pictured, not wipeable or waterproof as described. £107 on 2 cheap duvets! No reply from customer service

Absolutely terrible company that make continuous false promises. Purchased Cranovib V2 headphones that failed quickly. Made a claim that they agreed several times but 7 wks on still ducking.

I ordered the dog cooling mat, it was expensive. It took weeks to arrive and it doesn’t look very good quality. I don’t think it works at all. I think it’s a scam. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a PawFroste dog cooling mat and it is clearly fake. The quality is very poor, looks nothing like the photos on the advert or description and although I’ve emailed and complained many times I’m fobbed off with excuses it is with a manager and a decision will be made in 2 days. I’ve had that response for over a week now.
