So easy!
I went onto the website, entered the details of my 'phones, was quoted a price and then a few days later had a postage bag sent to me. I popped my phones in the bag, took it to the Post Office to get proof of postage, and a few days later a cheque arrived! I would definitely use this service again.

The service was very quick. I registered online which took minutes. The Jiffy bag came in two days. I got my price immediately. The money was in the bank within 3 days of registering. Quick and hassle free iwas very pleased and would definitely recommend mazuma!!

Sent my iphone in by special delivery, got an email the following morning to say they had received it, then an update two hours later to say all checked and by the end of the day had an email confirming payment would be in my bank that day, it was 2 hours later! Excellent service would use again!

I emailed Mazuma on Wednesday, recieved the free pre paid envelope on Thursday, which i then posted off the phone.
Friday morning, recieved emails of delivery confirmation and was paid out in the afternoon.

I'd definitely recommend Mazuma to anyone. The website is easy to use and payment is received promptly. I sent my phones on the Wednesday, Mazuma emailed to acknowledge receipt on the Thursday and I received the cheque on the Friday. I can't say more than that. Top service!
