very quick and good service , prices still a little high ,even though some of the lowest
I can always get what I want, always get onto the site easily,the site remembers what I have had in the past therefore I just need to click on what I have had before to re order , unfortunately my pet requires prescription food which means the prices will always be higher than regular food , but the prices are at a competitive price , would like them lower , but don't we always , always a quick delivery once ordered and free delivery , overall very impressive .

Prices are good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Well I have to say the pricing of goods isn't bad but each time I have referred a friend to this site I have been promised a discount on my goods and each time it has never materialised. I've had to email on a number of occasions regarding each referral before I've been given my discount. Totally unacceptable as the site isn't living up to what it promises and I've become more reluctant to refer friends in future.

one stop shop - sorted!
I was sold some zylkene capsules by my vet to keep my elderly cat calm while I was away for a few days and told to give her them daily. They were quite expensive to be given on a regular basis so I was delighted to discover they were available through MedicAnimal.com at about a third of the price. A supply was ordered and delivered very swiftly and no delivery cost - well done MedicAnimal

I find the prices reasonable, they're a responsible site that won't let you order something without proof of a prescription if its needed. They're also quick with their deliveries. I will always use them while I've got animals.

Consistent reliable service
I have been buying Hills Prescription Diet food for my labrador for about 4 years, from Medicanimal. It is much cheaper than buying from my vet and it is delivered to my door within a couple of days of ordering online. Good value, convenient and reliable.

Nice to get cat food delivered to the door

Disappointment
As a regular customer, I was disappointed not to be granted a discount on a recent order totalling GBP 220. I am now ordering everything through my local pet shop instead. Probably will not order from MedicAnimal again.

Medicanimal care about their products and their customers
Having ordered some Trigene from a different internet company, they supplied us with Anigene. I rang to find out if the quality was the same as the original ordered product. This other company couldn't give me a straight answer so I rang Medicanimal for advise. Not only did they help me but they then informed me of the price of the goods and to my suprise I found the previous company was actually ripping me off by a whopping 500% !!
Medicanimal told me how to go through the process of returning the goods to the other company and they then sent me Anigene within 24hours at the correct retail price. The customer services department is both friendly and helpful.
Having 8 working dogs, I don't have time to worry about the quality of the goods, I have to know that my dogs are safe from germs within their pens and boxes.
With Mecicanimals help, I know that for sure.

Amazing Value
The flea treatment Fibrospot is amazing. I have tried all the supermarket brands and they didnt appear to do anything. My oldest cat suffers with a reaction to flea bites and her skin goes scabby. I have tried many different fle treatments and the only one to work is fibrospot. The cost is also very reasonable, and the delivery time is very quick. thank you to all at Medicanimal for making things easy

If you need any pet products search online for MedicAnimal before purchasing anything from pet shops. I done price comparisons and they can't be beaten by pet shops. Supermarkets may be cheaper for food sometimes but you don't get the variety like you do at MedicAnimal. The delivery is prompt too!! I just don't have a single bad thing to say about them, so just browse online first, that's all I'm saying!!! :-)

Not the cheapest
I complained about receiving bashed cans in one of my orders. Having been using this company for several orders, I expected a better response other than to prove it by sending photographic evidence.
This made me look elsewhere and, guess what Pet Drugs Online sell the same product that I buy along with free delivery that I was getting from MedicAnimal.
Good thing their products are cheaper.
Will not be using you again.
If you'd taken my word that a couple of cans were bashed I probably would not have bothered looking elsewhere.

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the damaged tins on your last order.
While I appreciate your frustration about having to provide pictures, I hope you understand that this is a policy that almost all retail outlets offer. Just as you would be required to show a damaged item of clothing to get it replaced, we would require images of any damage to our products.
Please be aware that this is not because of any sort of distrust, but merely because this is the company policy. Furthermore, by having photographic evidence of damaged goods, we can flag this up with the relevant parties (be it our own warehouse team or the couriers) to make sure similar incidents do not occur.
There has also indeed been a price increase on the website. I'm afraid this is a direct result of the price increases we are subject to from our suppliers and manufacturers. who increased their prices twice in two years and forced us to raise ours too. I am sorry that your chosen items were increased, but we've done out utmost to keep the prices as low as we possibly can. We will continue to make sure that our prices are very competitive; and, as always, we will continue to offer free delivery on all our products, regardless of cost or quantity.
