Very bad and pushy. They never stop calling you even when you’re not interested and asked them to stop

This is a scam for more money before first week is up. They say the additional costs is over $1,000. If you don’t order it, the product is no good anymore.

Clearly lost touch with reality

Its not even men in men's health anymore. Just woke propaganda to fit a narrative because truth seems to be absent anymore.

I purchased the £29.00 "Print + Digital" Men’s Health Magazine Membership during their summer sale. Via Hearst Magazines

The landing page explicitly and clearly advertised "Free access to FIIT, the number one rated fitness app, worth £120 a year!" as the very first bullet point under the membership benefits.

However, after taking my money, Hearst Magazines has refused to provide the FIIT app access code, claiming that the app is "not included" in the digital and print subscription package.

This is incredibly misleading. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, any descriptions provided at the point of sale are legally binding terms of contract.

You cannot plaster an enticing £120-a-year app offer all over the purchase page to secure a sale, only to claim it was "listed wrong" after you've processed the payment. This is textbook bait-and-switch advertising.
I have screenshots of the exact purchase page displaying the £29.00 offer directly underneath the FIIT app perk. Hearst Magazines is in clear breach of contract

They should have either honoured what you advertised and provide my FIIT activation code, or issued a full refund immediately. Absolutely dreadful customer service and deceptive business practices. Avoid.

Signed up and paid a monthly subscription for your magazine which I never received and you did not have the decency to reply to my email

Tried reading a website story, but the webpage refreshed itself three times automatically then the screen went black. I refreshed the webpage to load again, and it started refreshing itself again automatically, repeatedly again. I tried to give feedback on the site abt it but every time I hit send nothing would happen, except I could see in the background the page was scrolling down through thru the ads at the bottom each time i hit send. Wow, super shady. Never again will i go to this site bcuz Im now blocking websites doing things like this.

I signed up for the premium mvp subscription last year. I'm either stuck in these endless login loops or when attempting to access content, i am presented with subscribe options. Why, I already purchased the mvp and appear logged in. My order shows I have the mvp subscription. Both the app and web digital access sucks.

Don’t support jocko products protein bodybuilding products or their podcasts it’s not fda approved and the monkfruit attracts insects use rule one or gold standard. They won’t refund your money and when you order it through their site it comes in the mail and spoils even though there’s a lot of problems with delivery box

Boring . Bad 4 the mony

I find it's advise unsafe and it sometimes quotes anonymous 'experts', like, 'a nutritionist said' in this months rag. Which in my mind means they made it up. I mean why would you not give the 'nutritionist' a name unless that person doesn't exist. Save your money and view a few free Internet pages, blogs or vlogs run by real experts, not 'jacks of all trades' and 'AI' journalists.

I read one of their articles, and they couldn't make up their mind whether or not to refer to women with feminine pronouns or not. "People with vulvas" was one phrase amongst many in the article. Checked around, and the whole site is like that in different ways. If they care so much about being pc and not offending a small minority, why not call their magazine "Their Health"

Cheap offer to hook customers up then they will bill you every 6 months. The website does not offer a cancellation option. You have to either call or email them. They will not refund any pre-paid subscription fees which violates the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2023 in the UK.

Content is okay if you are really into sports. However, for their dodgy subscription practice, I would stay away from this company.

Men’s health magazine put man plus as the number one supplement for men which comes at a cost you expect that but you do not expect them to send your parcel when you have to pay duty on it. I refused to pay the duty because I’d already paid for the product. Royal Mail have the letter here said that they would send the parcel back to the supplier no confirmation that they received the parcel. What’s more they never had the courtesy to refund my money they must have sold the product again making more of more of a profit. These companies need need to be taken to task I said before I am a pensioner and I’d be very very wary of dealing with the company of this product and be the magazine because it does not seem to have any clout at all once again thank you for reading this. Purchased a product. Order was canceled after a week of it being "In Handling" what a load of hooey. Won't ever be shopping here again. Staff answered my emails when I asked for an update but could never give me a real reason about why it was in handling for so long.

Don't waste your time here

I subscribed for the Magazine and previously i have had been given notification that my renewal would be coming out and i had the option to cancel it. Now, for the second time, i have had no notification and the money has been taken out of my back account with no warning or option to unsubscribe and apparently i now have to download their app, register and then unsubscribe, basically they are making it as difficult to unsubscribe as possible.... BE WARNED

I subscribed three months ago (in May 2024) for a 2-year subscription to receive the print magazine, and have yet to receive anything. To my dismay, when I was going through some old records, I saw that I subscribed to the magazine back in early 2023, with the same result. Of course, they cashed the checks but have not sent me anything. When I tried to contact them, I could not find a phone number, and you can only contact them through customer service if you have an account number. Of course, since I have not received a single issue, I don't know the account number. This company is scum.

Pile of rubbish. Thought I was getting diet and training tips paid for 4 weeks with 30 days refund guaranteed emailed them for a refund 3 times with 0 response. DO NOT USE

Cancelled my subscription. First of all when you feauture an article written by Taylor Lorenz? You immediately lose all credibility and are a joke. This has become nothing more than a pandering rag to hipsters, those who contribute very little to society, and angry leftists who serve no purpose. No thanks.

If you're taking steroids and famous you'll get a front cover. Month on month putting out dated information and pretending that no one featured isn't on drugs.
