The suits are wonderful when you get them. DO NOT buy a suit if you are on a time crunch. I have been waiting FIVE weeks on a web order and still I have no suit. There customer service is the worst and dare complain to their associate Jimmy from the Westwood, CA store and he will hang up on you. I asked if they could do something for me like a cheap shirt as I said five weeks and no suit, Jimmy replied "I just did do something, I got your order right", I said to him your attitude sucks and he hung up. perhap if this had been a five hundred dollar suit the service would have been better. The last screw up was on a suit I ordered for my Fathers funeral. What a company
Worst buying experience EVER! My suit was lost after waiting for it two weeks and was never told until I called to inquire. I was told it would shipped immediately and I would receive it in a couple of days. A couple of days turned into over a week. I tried to give them another chance from my first bad experience thinking it was just a fluke but it wasn't, just very poor customer service.
My fiance' ordered his suit for our upcoming wedding from this place. When the order arrived we were stunned.Whose order is this? The suit was a different color and style! And why wasn't there an invoice or any other information in the package? Needless to say, we were very shocked and disappointed. We feel like we have dealt with a street hustler. To make matters worse the representative asked him to keep it for $50 less. Why would we do that if the suit is for a wedding, not for random wear? Besides, why would they have trouble sending a "black" suit? This is a standard color, get with the program please. Since then he has not had any response to his emails. They have tarnished our wedding experience with their lack of attention to detail and unprofessionalism.
For my wedding I ordered two suits from MensUSA in one order. For the first suit I was supposed to get size 38L but they sent me 38R though they had 38L on the hanger.They want me to ship this back to the USA at my own cost and I had already paid $70 UPS COD when I received the package. Besides they will not send a replacement until they receive the returned suit and that will take forever. My wedding would have come and gone by then.
I declined that option anyway so they promised to send $15 for alteration instead but they still never did 10 days later.
For the second suit I asked for a 2-button jacket but they sent 3-button style. I am completely displeased about this. I thought I could live with the first error but this aggravated me even more. It clearly shows this guys have serious problem going on with their service.
