Just bought a pc for my son for his birthday , ordered 2 weeks before I needed it so knew it would be tight, day before d'day no sign of pc so phoned mesh on thusday morning to ask for an expected delivery date so I could tell my son when his birthday present would arrive, they said it had just been completed and i would get it Monday, This was a reasonable solution but when I told them I needed to know for definite as it was a birthday present they said they would try and rush it through . Well the pc arrived the next day just in time for his birthday and an envelope wishing him happy birthday & 2 free games .
This is my second computer from mesh the first was 5 yrs ago had no problem them or now..
This is the second system I have bought from Mesh. They make good PCs. Delivery has been late on both occassions. My latest purchase arrived with a damaged case and incomplete build with Bluetooth not configured correctly. Despite mails informing them of this they have not responded so assume they don't care....
I have bought at least 4 desktops from Mesh over the years. All at the cutting edge and built to my spec! Each time I have had a customer service issue with them............too detailed to mention....but the kit has always been 110%! Long may they survive!
Had ordered several PCs from Mesh over the past five years. Poor customer service but the PCs were good quality and well priced.
Ordered a PC in May 2011. Heard nothing for several weeks. Eventually found this link.

I had ordered on credit card and they refunded the money, so I was fortunate. No idea what the new management will be like.
Rather than go through the scenario again, my experience is the same as many you will read here.
Ordered-paid-no delivery-cancelled-no refund.
Three months in and still fighting to get my money back. I have asked my credit card company to do what they can.
I ordered a PC from Mesh on January 5th 2011 and was assured delivery within 10 to 14 working days. After this time I began to call them every few days to check progress and was told lie after lie about the status of my PC.
Firstly I was told there was a shortage on the CPU. A week later I was told that they then had all of the components and the PC was being built 'as we speak'. A week later still no despatch.
I called again and was told that the PC was built and now in testing and that I should expect delivery 'at the end of the week'. A few days on I called again and was told the PC hasn't been built due to a shortage of CPU's!
After 10 weeks of lies I finally got through to a customer service agent who informed me that it was no longer possible to build the PC that I had ordered. I was promised a call from Mesh to explain the problem and my options. I received no such phone call.
I again called and spoke a member of the sales team who agreed that the way I was being treated was appalling. He then promised me that my PC would definitely be despatched in 4 days time. Obviously no PC was despatched and when I called and asked to speak with the same gentleman he was repeatedly 'unavailable'.
The payment for this PC was debited from my account on day 1 and 82 days later I've still not had a PC or a single call or email from Mesh.
I can honestly say that Mesh Computers are the worst company that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Avoid this company at all cost!
I purchased my first pc from Mesh 5 years ago and had no problems at all. So when it was time to buy a new desktop pc I decided to choose Mesh again. This time it was a completely different experience.
I ordered my pc on the 03/01/2011 and was assured delivery of between 10-15 working days. My order was an i5 desktop computer which I payed £800 for. 15 working days passed and I had not heard a thing from Mesh. They had not contacted me once to inform me of any delays to my order.
So on the the 19th Jan I emailed them to ask about my order, they told me some parts were not available and it would be delivered the following week. The delivery didn't come.
Emailed again on the 25th and was told the case and CPU was out of stock and it would be ready the following week. It still did not arrive.
Emailed on the 28th and was told the CPU was out of stock, it would be ready next week. Still no delivery.
I then eventually spoke to someone in sales and they told me they did not have a monitor for my order. 30 days had passed and according to their terms and conditions I could cancel which I did on the 11th Feb. Since then I have been told by Mesh that the order has not been cancelled and that it would go out for delivery. I honestly feel that they have been trying to delay giving me my refund for as long as possible. I now have to wait 30 days for a refund for a computer I never received.
What I feel Mesh did wrong
-Told me inaccurate information when making the order about delivery dates.
-Failed to deliver in the 10-15 working days they promised.
-Did not contact me when my order was late.
-Did not answer most of my emails, they have the worst customer services I have ever dealt with.
-Failed to deliver within 30 days.
If Mesh had kept me informed of the delays and I felt they were being honest about the problems I would have been happy to wait. Instead I was the one that had to chase them. I would not recommend Mesh to anyone and will never be buying from them again. I now have to wait for them to refund my money so I can buy a new PC from a company that cares about it's customers.
Do not be tempted by their slightly lower prices and slick website. Save your self a lot of hassle and stress and order from another computer supplier.
Trully appalling customer services. I ordered a PC middle of October following assurances it would be delivered by early November - it wasn't.
After chasing them for a delivery date for another two and a bit weeks - finally lost patience and cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
It then took another two weeks, three phone calls and three emails to get confirmation of cancellation. As it apparently takes Mesh up to 30 working days to refund still waiting for my money!
Awarded 1* because I can't given 0 or probably -5* would be a better reflection of their poor, poor and I mean poor level of customer service.
Really, really dreadful service.
I ordered a PC which took over four weeks to “assemble”. (Two weeks later than promised.) I was let down on three occasions when it came to the delivery date and in the end I resorted to driving down to the showroom to collect it in person.
Unfortunately when I examined the machine at home it was of the wrong specification and had one fault too!
I therefore rejected it under the Sales of Goods Act and eventually had my money refunded.
Responses to emails and telephone calls were abysmal as were the endless waits in telephone queues.
My advice: spend the extra and purchase from a professional and businesslike company instead.
I made a fatal mistake of ordering a computer from MESH Computers January 30th 2009, before reading customer reviews. I've learned a harsh lesson, because MESH Computers are a cowboy company who abuse their customer's trust.
The second I clicked the order button, £980 was taken from my bank account. I heard nothing (except for an automated email) for three weeks so I emailed them for an update. I was told my order would arrive within a week. My computer arrived after six weeks of silence.
Contained in a flimsy old-looking box sealed with single cheap strips of sellotape, I unpacked a battered and broken computer. The metal casing was bent and warped, the power and reset switch was loose and a spare cd bay had caved in. It looked like it was assembled with industrial machinery with no delicacy. Booklets and documents were actually contained in a spare graphics card plastic wrapping.
I promptly sent it back to MESH and requested a refund. Credit to them, they speedily arranged a courier, but that's as much credit they deserve because a few days later, the machine arrived on my doorstep again. I phoned MESH and they tried to claim I was too late in sending my cancellation letter (which they'd previously acknowledged with a reply letter in which they stated a refund would be "considered").
A few days later the courier took the machine again. I heard nothing from MESH for weeks so instructed my bank to reclaim the money. Thankfully this had immediate effect and MESH coughed up.
So to recap, awful: delivery time, product, lying phone operator, after-sales service and an unwillingness to pay refunds.
AVOID.
