I am really puzzled by some of the reviews for Mezzi.com--I have had nothing but superior service with each and every order. If you have a problem--be sure to email Joshua, and he will take care of it immediately. (I did need to do this once--and my question was answered immediately and very professionally). As you browse through the site--there is even a little pop-up that asks if you would like to send a message to sales. The products at Mezzi are great, and the prices are even better. Also, sign up for the email specials--I have purchased many and have never been dissatisfied. The products are made extremely well--and the packaging is excellent. All of my products were carefully packaged with full styrofoam padding and then packaged in another box for shipping. Mezzi also offers free shipping from Canada to the United States (where I live) and that is a very big plus. If you are looking for a great case whether it be for business or personal use--try Mezzi.com. I do not think you will be dissatisfied--I sure have never been.
I ordered a gunmetal briefcase on Dec 26. After ordering it I decided to check out the briefcase reviews and was SHOCKED when I ran into this site. I decided to email the company my concerns about all the trustpilot reviews. A day later I received an email from Joshua reassuring me that the order had been placed and that the Christmas promo of 50% off all orders was applied. Joshua continued to email me updates on the delivery including an email saying it might be late because of the east coast weather. The product arrived on time and I LOVE it. Actually everyone does...I told them where they could get it and I told them without reservation. Sorry to hear about the rest of you, but I have had zero problems dealing with this company. I do not work for Mezzi - I work for Bellmedia. So this is a no bullshit review. John
I ordered a $120.00 case for my boyfriend for Christmas. The money immediately came out of my checking account. I placed my order a month prior to the holiday, which should have been plenty of time for me to receive the gift. I have not recieved a single email or piece of communication from Mezzi.com. I have placed NUMEROUS 'work order' emails for someone to call me or email me regarding my order. I am so frustrated! I don't even want the product now, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! They are crooks! I wouldn't even mind so much, that its taken weeks upon weeks..if they would just COMMUNICATE WITH ME! No answer when you make a phone call, and then the recording says to leave a message, which you can't because the voicemail box is FULL! How convenient! I have called DOZENS of times. This is my first experience ordering from Mezzi.com and it will be my last, if I don't receive some type of correspondence from them.
The order for me was placed by my mom about a month ago.( Order # W000001140) We received a notice from mezzi that the money had been taken out of the account a couple days after purchase but now, almost a month later, after numerous calls and emails to the company we have not received a notice of shipment or any sort of communication. This is the worst company i have ever bought a product from online. I will consider changing my rating if the company communicates to me what is going on and my package does arrive. As of right now i caution other potential costumers to stay clear of mezzi. A good website does not always indicate a good company.
What to say? I placed an order and was happily looking forward to receiving it....weeks go by and I have no shipping information. I have been calling the customer service number several times a day and no one answers. I've opened several customer service tickets through the website which are also never answered. Unacceptable.
I bought one of their bags. Once arrived, they shipped the wrong item, so I decided to get in touch with their 'customer service'. The fact is that there are none. This company does not respond to any issue after the money has been received. I warn anyone to not fall for this scam. Now I am obliged to contact my credit company for a chargeback of the item.
I ordered a computer case and it came with marring all over one side. I'm disappointed but the case is fine in every other way so I will cover the damage with something and look for a good case somewhere else.
I was so excited to have found this case for my husband. Ordered it in a timely manner, three weeks before our anniversary. And here I sit; two customer service tickets (emailed) and calls to customer service...and not one word of assurance from Mezzi!!!
My credit card has been charged-- I never even received delivery date. Seems like a scam!! basement business!!
Otherwise, surely they would have handled customer concerns in a more proactive manner!
Bought a case from them that arrived with a large dent. I e-mailed them and got a reply to send pics so I did. From that moment on I could not get a hold of anyone. No one answers their phone or e-mails. I let Canada post know and they picked up the case to ship it back. Over a hundred dollars gone and not even a dented case to use. Extremely frustrating!
It is a two star because besides the dent, the case was nice and so was the experience buying from them. Goodluck if there's a problem though.
I ordered two items from Mezzi. One arrived in the wrong colour, the other item was lost in transit. I sent numerous emails to Mezzi, most were ignored. Mezzi received a refund from UPS for the lost article however they never gave me a refund nor did they send me a replacement. This seems the same as theft.

After I wrote the above review, Mezzi contacted me and gave me a full refund for the missing item, including the item that was the wrong colour. Initial review was 1 star, now I am giving them 3 stars, as I am impressed that they want to change their reputation, even if it is 1-2 years since my order.
I agree with previous comments, MEZZI dont respond to their own online website/email and I tried dozens of combinations of standard email even found the sales vp email address through a newspaper article and he didnt respond either. Worse still, PayPal who say they will protect buyers again DIDN'T for me, all they wanted me to do was return the item sent (damaged as well as incorrect) back from UK to MEZZI in the US, this would cost me £45 on top of the shipping to UK cost in the first place with no guarantee on any refundable shipping back costs or even any refund on the damaged and wrong item goods that MEZZI wont even rerspond to emails. MEZZI are a rubbish USA firm, no response and absolute CRAP quality, to say nothing of the incorrect item they shipped to me! How long is it now that I have been waiting, well, its only 8 MONTHS. Took them longer than that to enter WW2. Still no refund or replacement CORRECT item!! All those good comments, well you dont have to be an Einstein to diseminate the phraseology and how each is written to know the same person wrote every one, so maybe posted by employees...
They sent me a damaged item. I opened two ticketson their website, 2 weeks apart ,asking for replacement and received no reply. When I called nobody picked up and their mailbox was full. This sums up my experience with Mezzi.
I opened a claim with Paypal to recoup my money. I suspect the positive reviews posted on this website are from Mezzi themselves as they sound unrealistic and praise exactly what this outfit does not have - customer service. Regardless of their product selection and good prices, I caution everybody before buying from Mezzi - you might not be getting what you expect and you will be stuck with it.
I ordered on July 31, 2011 and never received my item. I was given a UPS tracking # which stated that they had never received a package to deliver?! After repeated unanswered emails and phone calls. I was forced to call my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to complain. Do not buy from this company. You have been forewarned!
No pfoblems at all with anything. They have great customer service and fast and really good shipping. They shipped it out the same day I talked to them. I have absolutely no complains, what so ever about mezzi and their products!
Absolutely satisfied, both items I ordered exceeded my expectations. Customer service was outstanding, for some reason one of the items I ordered did not get shipped, I called so see why it had not shipped, they apologized and they shipped the item to me next day. Can’t beat that.
Finally a company that listens!! Not only my order was delivered on time,and the portfolio case to my expectations, but after responding to a quick survey, I was promptly contacted regarding suggestions I made!! Great products reasonably priced, good customer service, what else do I need?Thank you again.
My Mezzi laptop case flew all the way to Scotland and arrived in first class condition and has been subjected to a hard life ever since! any case that can withstand the abuse that this one has is pretty good.
As of now I have the LUXslim SD and XXT models and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the briefcases especially for the price. Aside from the briefcases, the company goes head over heels to satisfy their customers. Initially I had a problem with my XXT model getting delayed and damaged during the holiday season and instead of giving me excuses they shipped out a replacement that arrived in 2 days.
Do I plan on going back to Mezzi in the future? Heck yeah, I don't see myself purchasing briefcases elsewhere especially for those prices.
I can’t say enough good things about Mezzi. When I ordered a Mezzi muscle 49” rifle case there was initially a problem with getting it delivered to the UK, something to do with UPS I believe. I was willing to go for a refund but the good people at Mezzi bent over backwards to make sure that I received my case even though the circumstances caused them to make a substantial loss on the deal. They even threw in a free gift for my trouble. I love the case, I haven’t had it long but it seems up to the job. The shipping problem has now been identified, a paperwork issue I believe so I would be confident in ordering from Mezzi again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
