Quick delivery, excellent service

Ordered replacement glass for a wing mirror on the Tuesday. Got a call from Mick's Garage at lunch time on the Wednesday to say they didn't have the exact one I ordered in stock (chrome glass), but did have similar and would I like that instead (blue tint). I said yes and had it in my hands by at lunch time on the Thursday. Turns out the blue tint was what was on the car already, so perfect. I would recommend dealing with Micks Garage.

Please see my experience with this company.

Got the seat covers I ordered - and after watching the video of the product on line, and looking at all the photos of the product - I was expecting the color that was portrayed. However, I received the product and it was much darker than depicted. After playing around with my computer settings and brightness and color to make sure it wasn't off, I matched up the product beside the computer video display and got the following: please see attached photos. If you want to see a zoom of the fabric, I've also provided that. This is the true color of the product.
Also - I'm about to follow the instructions on the returns sheet they sent, and I'll see how easy that is. So far, I've been redirected from a LIVE chat on their website, saying to send an e-mail to another address as it will be quicker. Quicker? How can that be quicker than a live chat response in realtime? Hmmmm, already I feel that I am getting the run around; making a return difficult. We'll see though. Maybe not. !

avoid

bought brake pads for my daewoo and was sent the wrong ones.got in touch with micks garage who wanted me to send them back at my cost and charge me for restocking them. were not interested that although they were given make and registration of my car they still sent me the wrong pads. AVOID MICKS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AVOID AVOID

bought seat covers for 2005 passat on ebay. what i received was cheap universal set which is not suitable for my car. micksgarage.ie said what i was unhappy because i did not know how to fit them. my only advise is AVOID AVOID AVOID
