Terrible customer service ! I ordered a bike rack over a month ago and it never came , I have been writing to customer service since then and I got one reply apologising 3 weeks ago that it got delayed and would be sent that day . I’ve been writing to them since then and they will not reply now at all !

Goods arrived on time, however after sending a query about the oil specification I ordered meeting the as advertised spec from the website, I received no further reply after an acknowledgment the website might be incorrect and they would look into it. Some weeks have now passed with 3 chaser emails with no reply. I will now order all my car servicing equipment from suppliers in mainland Europe who can communicate effectively and rectify any errors they make in a timely and professional manner.

Parts are always the correct ones, super fast delivery, very reasonable prices, i always get my car parts from micksgarage.com 👍
