cute shoes from Milanoo
My new pair of wedges from Milanoo is very cute. I love the perforated lace detail and surprisingly very light hence comfy to walk in! The only thing that a bit turned me off is the stitching isn't as good as I imagined. And the process for shipping took a bit longer as usual, the shipping was very fast with EMS, tough. Would definitely recommend Milanoo to everyone since it's not my first time and I always feel happy with what I received :)

Awesome company to buy at a mouse click

Great online portal to shop from.
Bought a lovely house and had a small fight with my parents. This is where they are required when you buy a new house. I was very tensed as there where no proper lighting at my place. Some of my friends suggested that I should buy from Milanoo where I will get attractive and unique lighting at a considerably low price. They were right as when I browsed the products I found that the cost is really less as compared to the high street malls and stores. Five stars for Milanoo for selling good quality lighting products at a very considerable low price.

Pretty Decent

The quality was pretty good considering it is not a well known brand. The shoes I got were very cheap and they were a decent quality, almost the same quality as shoes from Forever 21. I loved that they were cheap and also matched my size exactly. I would prefer a belt rather than a hook to do them up. The customer service was very fast, I got replies within 2 hours. The shipping was fast, but it is pretty pricey.

Not willing to make exchanges or refunds
I recently bought an outfit from Milanoo.com using their size chart for reference. When I received the outfit, you could tell just by looking at it that it was too small. I contacted Milanoo to see if I could get an exchange or a refund and I told them that I wouldn't mind paying for shipping as long as I received the right size. Milanoo rejected my request because they don't have any more sizes in their warehouse and they would not send a refund but a coupon for $5 off my purchase of the new sized outfit. So they don't have any in stock, but if I want to buy that same exact outfit in a medium, they will give me $5 off? How can I if there aren't any in the warehouse? Besides that, the other outfit I ordered in the small is way too big for me and is transparent. That wasn't listed on the description.
Doing business with a company that doesn't use standard American consumer practices is always a bad idea. They aren't worth it. Even with their cheap prices.

Milanoo is great
I ordered two items this time from milanoo.com . The Beatles t-shirt and black peplum skirt. I am very satisfied,I love it both. Great quality of items. Size is good. Great first impression

Beyond expectations
Milanoo is awesome! I had been looking around everywhere for the perfect outfit for an engagement party when I finally came across their store. I found the perfect dress, and was even able to find matching shoes and purse to complete the outfit. They arrived so quickly, and I was even happier when I saw the outfit in person. The dress was even more beautiful in person and the shoes and purse matched perfectly. They also had great customer service, I was worried they wouldn't arrive on time for the party but they were so polite and assured me there was nothing to worry about. This is truly the best company with the best products and prices!

My favorite!
Milanoo is the best online store for high quality inexpensive clothing and accessories. I am getting ready for summer and realized I needed a new swim suit.. decided to check Milanoo and of course they had the best selection I could find.. so many cute suits and very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places. They had so many cute ones it was so hard to choose! But I finally picked one out and it arrived in less than a week and I love it! Fits perfect and looks great.. Summer's coming and thanks to Milanoo I can always keep my wardrobe updated without breaking the bank!

The best!
I absolutely love Milanoo! I am a frequent customer, they first won my heart a while back when I made my first order for a purse. It looked adorable in the picture, and for the price, I was willing to take the chance. I was so pleasantly surprised all around.. It arrived so fast and was even cuter in person! I am still using that purse, it is such good quality, and have made so many other orders since then.. shoes.. dresses.. tops.. bikinis.. I have yet to be disappointed. Cute, cheap lolita gear!
I bought a bag from Milanoo about 10 days ago, and it has already arrived! I am so happy with the quality. It is a lolita style bag, with a bear shaped head, and it is pretty much the cutest bag that has ever existed. Also, the packaging came with a thank you card and free badge, it was very cute! I highly recommend Milanoo for any person wanting cheap but quality lolita clothing - this is why Milanoo caught my eye! I will definitely be ordering from them again, they have made a great first impression.

Horrible customer service, like talking to a robot, and the company itself is apparently a scam.
I must admit, I was excited at first to find the dress of my dreams for prom, a month ahead of time. I placed my order and waited in anticipation for the gown to show up. However a whole month and two weeks have passed and no gown. I ended up spending another small fortune to buy another dress that was gorgeous but not the look I was going for. Four days from my prom they eve told me that a message from the manufacturer said it would take 3-5 days to finish making. Its been two weeks since then and still no change in status even though its way past the estimated date of arrival. I've messaged Milanoo at least thirty times as the weeks go by and now I'm contemplating that its just fraud. They haven't kept their word so far and now I'm just wondering if their was never any dress to begin with. One down fall of Milanoo's is that they are not i direct communication with their manufacturers. They should be, all good companies known that to run successfully you need to be able to have contact with whatever companies are involved with yours. Then they tell me I can be refunded, that's another fault of theirs because they will ultimately loose more clients than they make especially by word of mouth. They should keep their promises and put the fire under the bums of the manufacturer. I can definitely say I will never shop here again, and I will warn all my friends never to shop here on the chance that they too will go through the same problem.

Perfect shopping Experience

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
WORST OF THE WORST. PERIOD. My story: http://goo.gl/kIIN0 -- Company is located in China. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes. It took 60 days (really) from order to items to arrive. The problems with the shoes were many: the leather smelled weird and heavy, soles of the foot were wrinkled, there were glue spots on the sole, color was not as pictured in their web site; especially the "luxury" gold colored shoes appeared brighter in pictures, but were much darker and not appealing in real.
The shipping costs from China were very high, about ~20% of the total price. The customer service couldn't really offer real, practical help to solve issues in time. When asked, the Live Chat operators said they didn't have direct phone numbers available to them to call at Milanoo internal departments to get things moving. All the Live Chat people seem to do is to forward emails to "Departments which are responsible for xxx and yyy". Very bureaucratic. If you don't respond to Milanoo's emails every 6 days, you receive a message saying that the case will be closed in 24h unless a new contact is made.
If you happen to have the stamina to ask for a RMA, to take pictures (they seem to expect it), write a 10 pages PDF document with all the defects described, package and ship all back to them...good luck. Expect very hard times to take your return case treated in due time. Their Live Chat person even told that processing time for a RMA might take 1-3 months. Read that sentence again.
My case took 3 months from order to RMA and refund. Without a help of a native chinese friend to press the case I believe I wouldn't have got *any* chance of getting my money back.

"After a full conduction (...) allow me explain that the long processing time of your order is caused by the spring festival". The Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, lasts actually for almost half, not full, of a month. The exact days are different in every year according to the Chinese lunar calendar. The 2013 Year of Snake the festival times were around February 3-24. The *24th* day is the fifteenth day of the lunar New Year (also referred to Lantern Festival) and it *ends* the Spring Festival activities and *all* *things* *are* *back* *to* *normal* *after* *that* *day*. I placed my order 2013-02-10 (during Spring festival; festival ended 2013-02-24) but only 2013-03-20 was the package dispatched from China; a month *after* the end of the Spring festival. Likewise, after the return, I battled for 2 weeks trying to get a clear answer when the refund will be issued. Dates were never given. It was always a vague "in few days" or "soon". Without direct phone calls by a Chinese friend to Milanoo I feel the contacts would have just worn you down with lot of empty promises and empty pocket.

Great service! I like how easy the site is to use. I've ordered a few cosplay outfits here. I know from experience that ordering cosplay from some makers is not always the best, however Milanoo is the best thus far that I've come across. All the cosplay outfits were perfect and looked just like the pictures. The prices are extremely reasonable as well as shipping. I will for sure be using them in the future.

I got a super cute printed totebag, the quality is amazing and I got a lot of compliments from my friends. I also got a basic yellow cropped tee, I work very close with fabrics and let me tell you that the tee it's great for the price, soft fabric, vibrant colors and breathable.

Awful Experience, Cancelled maternity wear order due to loss of baby
Bought $100+ worth of maternity clothing, sadly within 48 hours I had miscarried and lost the baby :( Don't want bad memories around so right away I contacted Milanoo to cancel the order, it is only 48hr since ordere placed, not to mention processing is 9 days + 6 more days to ship. CSR says must impose 30% penalty for cancellation. This is extremely unreasonable, it is merely 48 hrs after the order, and they say if cancelled in 24hr I would have gotten 100% back but that is too late, this just adds insult to injury. It would be reasonable to impose a lesser penalty for only 1 day after 24hr window. I was going to go back and shop for maternity clothes down the road when I can get pregnant again, but with this experience I will definitely not be back to purchase anything ever again.

Very hard to hear back on returns
I ordered two dresses for my wedding and the material was substandard to my satisfaction. I requested a rma # and returned the items as they suggested. Ever since I've done that, no one responds to my emails but while I was in the process of ordering oh the customer service was awesome. I have send them 5 emails in the past week and no one has replied to any of them about my refund. I will never order from them again. Please do not trust to hear back from them on returns.
4/23*****Update*****because of these events, I am now understanding why they do not want the buyers to return their products back by FedEx or anything similar. There's a way to track the return. Of course sending items back via USPS, there's no way to track when they have received the package. I'm so disappointed with myself that I didn't do better research ok this company before ordering their awful substandard products. Not until I posted my initial review did in hear anything back from them. All of a sudden emails started getting answered. Please be aware of this company. The reviews on here stating great store, great products is bogus. Do not believe it! Save yourself money, time and hassle. There are lots and lots of pics on google where people are showing their purchased items and how awful they look and completely not anywhere near the real item. One good example is this YouTube video. Please google "milanoo scams". Please do not purchase from them. I'm trying to go to different social media websites to warn people.

Please do not be fooled by the bogus overjoyed comments that are here. Keep in mind you ran into this site for a reason. Milanoo uses fake photos of not only products that they pose as their own creations but also uses fake profile pictures posing as people who supposedly has received all these great products and oh how they love them. Remember the cliche' that everything happens for a reason. That gutt instinct is real. Please do not purchase anything from this site. Do additional research as well. You don't have to just stop at this site for your reviews. There is a plethora of reviews out there about Milanoo.com and all of there other domain names that they use. Also tell your friends and family too. You will be very happy that you did your research before conducting business with them.

A Great Dress
I ordered Jewel Neck Ruffle Cotton Classic Lolita Dress in Navy along with a navy blue rose hair accessory and it came with a free petticoat. When the dress arrived I had some slight concerns at first. Some of the receipts looked water damaged, the detachable bow had a regular safety pin in it instead of a pin type clip, and the dress was made of a cotton satin blend that isn't typically used for lolita dresses.
But once I tried on everything it was PERFECT! The custom size fit perfectly, the fabric was great and it looked great. I love the dress so much because it is a simplistic classic style that I can use the dress for more professional things as well as my lolita attire. It is as easy to wash as any other lolita dress and doesn't get water damaged. I also love the gathering on the skirt that makes it extra *swooshy* and perfect for dancing and twirling.
The Hair accessory and Petticoat came out fine as well and go with the dress perfectly. I rate this a 4/5!
