I recently bought my second item from MobileFun, and it takes a bit to ship over the pond. Finally, upon arriving at my doorsteps, I noticed my item was slightly damaged, or possibly a factory defect.
I sent an email over to the guys at MobileFun describing my dilemma, and the frustration of having to wait for another international shipment.
To my surprise, the rep apologized for the inconvenience and told me, "We're sending you a new item right away!"
I was really amazed by their response. Keep up the good work guys!
I have now been shopping with mobile fun for a few years now and i have purchased many items i would not shop anywhere else for my mobile accessories i have only been disappointed once and that was with my latest screen saver the invisible shield i just couldn't get it to sit properly but that hasn't put me off as i knew i should of bought my normal screen saver the moshi ivisor i have had mine on my iPhone 5 for almost a year now and it really does do what it says well worth the money and takes about 10 seconds to put on and i will buy it time and time again GREAT SITE.

I choose to receive a sms notifying me of delivery. My purchases were delivered next working day as promised. Can't fault MobileFun. Competitively priced, great service and delivered when promised.

I ordered the Philips Android Dock on the 23rd August 2012 and paid for it by bank transfer. I kept on getting emails telling me that the dock was out of stock and it would be sent out to me as soon as it's in stock again. Then in March 2013 I was sent an email telling me that the dock had been discontinued and that I would be get my money back by the end of the week. I tried phoning them when I hadn't received my refund, but that was pointless as whichever option you choose, it ends up telling you to email them! There is no-one you can talk to! I've been emailing them almost every week since I was told that the dock had been discontinued and get sent an email from a different person every time, assuring me that I will get my refund by the end of the week! Despite several requests, no-one from their customer service has given me a Complaint Reference Number to confirm that an official complaint has been registered, which I have every right to ask for, especially if I have to pass the matter on to my solicitor. They also haven't told me how much they are going to refund me exactly and whether that amount will include compensation. It's the 24th May 2013 today and I still haven't received my refund. Terrible service, to say the least!
Despite some teething problems with a bad batch of batteries, Mobilefun provided excellent support for their product and even tested the battery at the third attempt, prior to sending it out, to ensure it worked.
I've always had superb service from Mobilefun and this occasion was no different.. I have no reservations in thoroughly recommending them to everyone. They provide good, old fashioned service.
I purchased a new case for my S4 and the promotional code wouldn't work. After ordering the item, and paying. I separately emailed them and said I could not get their code to work, it was on their front page, not one from a 3rd party. They checked it out, came back to me and said no problems, they would send it separately.
This they did.
Case was good, and the service was even better.

I had a problem in regards to a delivery of an item. I was told that if it does not arrive (by a certain date) then I should make a claim for a lost item. The item did arrive (two weeks late). I made the honest decision to return it and I told them that I would be sending it back to their UK warehouse. Unfortunately, the return shipping costs more than the actual case itself. First, they agreed to refund my original shipping costs but when I told them that some people would simply make a claim for a lost item (when they actually received it) therefore secretly keeping both the money and product, they came back with an offer that I can't refuse. They refunded me the total purchase price of the case (plus original shipping) and my return shipping costs!! It shows that honesty still does get rewarded these days!!!
I was impressed with Mobile Fun with the quality of service they provided. I then told them that great customer service leads to repeat business! True enough, I recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase accessories for their smartphones or tablet.
It's not just the product that you sell but also the quality of service that you provide! If you encounter any problems at all, they are there to help you and they ensure that you are 100% satisfied in the end (and they even went the extra mile by refunding me my return postage costs)!

I was after a nexus 4 windscreen mount and registered interest to be notified when came back in stock - when item was in stock I got an email advising of this and was able to order immediately.
The mount brilliant and well worth the money, if it wasn't for the screenshots and some of the feedback on question asked by other consumers I would not have purchased.
The delivery was also fast and well packaged and would use again based on this purchase.
Tried Mobilefun for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at their speed and service. I brought a product for my smartphone at an incredibly low price and as I'd just squeezed my order in before their daily deadline, I didn't expect to see it for a couple of days at least. Come the next day, it's delivered! Now that is top notch service and one I'd recommend to anybody looking for mobile phone products.

Mobile Fun are a brilliant company. They sell a wide range of products at very reasonable prices and they send them to you really quickly. I ordered a Sony Xperia leather flip cover late on a Friday afternoon and and received it on Saturday morning. I then ordered an iPad tablet swivel stand at 5 pm on a Saturday evening and received the item on Tuesday morning. You cannot ask for a quicker and more efficient and service than that!
I would really recommend buying anything you need from these people.
I receive regular updates by emai from Mobilefun so when I spotted the PDair case for my iPhone 4S I ordered it straight away. I received my case the next day. It's great, exactly what I wanted. I had been sent a confirmation email and a reference number. I was delighted that I could order before 6pm one day and receive my goods the following day. Great service and great product. I was a bit dubious about the claims made for the dash mounted phone holder, but decided to give it a go, I shouldn`t have worried the dash crab worked perfectly and stuck like glue even to my dimpled vinyl dash ( Mercedes E Class) has worked since I fitted it and shows no signs of coming loose even though I have twisted it about and been over some pretty bumpy roads.
More expensive than a normal phone holder but at least it works, so don`t spend money on 3 or 4 cheaper ones that end up in the bin !!!

and partnership between mobilefun and dhl worked like a charm to me...
it was the very first time that i did business with both companies and im very pleased.
i think this makes the diference between good and great companies.
although i rated the item i buyed from them with 4 stars it deserved 4,5 stars like i said in my review of the item...
but cause this is to review companie services i would not be honest if i dont give them 5 stars.

I'm from Brazil and we never receive news gadgets from companys like Samsung, they sell just the smartphones but do not the good acessories. When I hear about a 3000mah battery for my SIII at Tech Blogs, I thought guy this would be so amazing, but this will never be here in Brazil to sell.
So I frequently take a look in XDA Forum and there some one post a link of a pre-order of this battery in Mobile Fun. Scared about a international buy, I got it in december of 2012. And all the time mobile fun contact me that if I would like to choose another product for not wait so long I could do it, but I want that fu%$# battery rsrsrsrs As soon they got the battery sent it to me.

I purchased the extended oem battery for my Samsung Galaxy 3, a little worried about an international purchase being from the states.... Paid for express delivery and received my delivery in less than four business days in perfect condition. I also received several follow up emails insuring I had received my product and was happy with my purchase. The OEM extended battery is not available in the U.S. at this time and it added another 6-8 hours of life to my phone without giving up the slim design that we love about the phone. I had purchased an extended battery from another site and it did it's job for sure however was bulky and a little flimsy in the hands. This battery is a must have for anyone who is a med - heavy user, and who does not want to give up the slim design of your phone. Thank you again Mobilefun!
I have used this company recently and the item was delivered on time. Easy to order plenty of information about the product including sometimes a video explaining the specific item and how to use it.
I have been using this company for some years now and never had any problem fully recommend them for any mobile or associated product.
The company is good in terms of its fast deliveries and excellent quality of its products, but if Mobilefun needs to increase its customers then it has to find a way to get cheap international deliveries delivered. I ordered internationally in Asia but the delivery charges were huge(Govt Taxes). I was refunded the tax money but will refrain from oredering internationally. I have a marketing background and if they really want to increase more sales aborad and make international customers then they should think of a plan and become a global village company
I ordered and paid with a verified Paypal account and was told to call customer service. So I called, from Europe, it was long distance and expensive. I was told to send through copies of my passport and/or ID, so I sent both my residence card and a copy of my passport. I was told then that my order would go through by the sales person...Only to be sent an email after saying that my order was cancelled because I did not pass the security tests...This worries me because I handed over copies of my ID without hesitation...BE CAREFUL!!!
I'm only giving one star because i was refunded promptly but i will never try to do business with this company again...VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I bought some mobile accessory online and paid via VISA, order came through promptly and order was shipped 11th of march (4-8 days delivery). Order arrived 23th of march.
Quite a long time to wait, but other otherwise all good. I would do business with them again :-)
After trying to cancel orders, which they didnt do and dispatched anyhow, I returned the items. They then claimed they didnt receive all the items. I provided evidence, but they then chose to ignore my communications. They have received the goods but wont refund the financials and so I have engaged the authorities to resolve this fraudulent activity. Rogue traders, no time for companies that operate like this.
I placed an order for a new phone using Paypal. A few hours later the money was refunded with no explanation.
When I rung their customer services people, I was told they weren't able to verify the delivery address. Apparently their system had found "0%" evidence the address even exists.
This was the same address as the Paypal verified billing address. Meaning:
1) I hold an account at that address.
2) Paypal has successfully transferred money to and from the account at that address.
3) I'm able to view bank statements for the account at that address.
I understand the need for caution when accepting credit card orders for expensive items, but that's why I used Paypal. It's clearly more secure than their obviously inaccurate background checking system.
In any case, I didn't bother trying to pay by credit card instead. Just took my business elsewhere.
Go to the website, browse, find what you want, order and pay. Not sure about something, just phone for excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Then comes the speedy delivery. No problems no hassle. A lot of online companies could learn a lot from Mobilefun. An excellent site that I fully recommend .
