Great service!

Compared to what I was getting on the high street. CEX wanted the phone deregister from Blackberry and the price was more or less the same as Money4URMobile.com. With Money4URMobile.com just went online, enter the detail of the phones and send them by registered post. 4 days later I received a cheque as told. Great and easy service

Absolute rubbish

This is one massive con. I advise all of u not to use them! They make sure your seven days run out even when you follow all the instructions. They purposly hold back sending you the envolope so that you get a pathetic price for a decent phone! Dont use this company!

Would recommend this service highly. The transaction was quick - free post to send my phone off so no waiting around for an envelope; the money that I received was the same as the quote I got on-line and it was paid directly into my account; the whole process took less than a week. Best of all they made a donation to the charity that I support too.

£5 for an ipod

I was offered just a few pence over a fiver for a 5th generation ipod! Complete disgrace. I didn't have a choice to decline.

Offered £24 for a blackberry storm ,cheque arrived for £6 they said screed did not work but was fine when i sent it,requested them to return said they had already disposed of the phone and have stopped answering my emails.last email i did receive from them came from boots recycle ? also before you can post a comment (which they do ask you to do) you have to agree for them to sell your email adress.

Great service

I received an emailed acknowledgement on the day that my two mobiles were received by Money4urmobile, and a couple of days later I received a cheque for one phone and shortly after that I found a deposit in my bank for the second phone. I couldn't wish for a better experience than that!

payment very slow

the website quotes "payment will be processed the next working day!". However, I'm still waiting for my payment despite having an e-mail saying they received my phone and the quoted price of the phone. I've been waiting for over a week now for the money. would definitely not use again even though the quoted price seems to be very reasonable.

only criticism is that you have stopped sending couriers to pick up high value items! I think if the item is over £250 it makes sense to arrange for a courier!

other than that, love the service! Communication is always fantastic, i have recommended you to many many other people :)

Blackberry Curve

Very smooth and easy transaction. My BB Curve was valued at £44. Cheque received a week later, lovely!

i would never ever sell my phone with this site again, they said they would give me £95 so i sent my phone off, they then said they will give me £25, this was a month ago and they have my phone and I have not recieved a payment, they have ripped me off and scammed me off a blackberry torch, use my advice and do not recycle with this company.

Offered the same or very similar price to other recycle companies. The only issue we had was that the free envelope didn't arrive. After the reminder from money4urmobile that we hadn't sent our phones, we requested another envelope which promptly arrived and we sent our mobiles off. Fast turn around and continuously kept upto date via emails.

I was selling my iPhone 3GS and Money4urmobile gave me the highest estimated price. Did get some reduction due to slight damage but had already anticipated and expected this. I would suggest emailing in to query any fault or damage if the general T&Cs dont cover. After they sent me an envelope, I sent my phone on a Saturday and received confirmation and amended price within 2 working days. Then received payment direct into my account 5 working days later!
Very swift and prompt service and kepty fully informed via email.

Different amount offered to what was previously agreed as vibrate button on phone seemingly broken (not true). Offered £10 extra which was still less than original amount.. Phone company then 'forgot' to transfer the £10 until chased by myself. Use another company!
