Mick who I spoke to was most obliging and helpful.
Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock and no longer being produced by the supplier. This information was all shared with me. Suggestions we made to me relating how to search the web and see if anyone had any at all still in stock. My order was cancelled, money was refunded all in the same day. I would recommend them to anyone look to purchase handles and if you cant find what you are looking for then just give them a call they will help no problem..Thanks for an excellent service.

Just right for the job
Bit apprehensive ordering handles on line particularly in case the colour match was not as pictured, but decided to go for it as there was an option to return. However, the handles arrived the following day and are ideal for our purpose. Good value for money and would recommend for the future.

Only problem (which wasn't, due to fed ex expertise, obviously why morehandles use them!!!!) you forgot to put the company name on the delivery address which is very important as the company is known but not the individual! Good job delivery driver had my mob x x

Bright Polished Satinless Steel alternative to Chrome
Bell Pushes are just the perfect shape to match our door handle.
Both price and delivery costs were very competitive. Polished Stainless Steel looks almost the same as the Chrome door handle.

great value, shame about the colour on photo!
I ordered crackle glaze porcelain handles, but have had to change them for the white as they are really pale brown. The photo shows them as off white, and I've had to pay nearly £13 return postage, so am not too happy! Apart from that they were good value, or would have been if not for the return postage.

Thanks for taking the time to review your purchase, we always take customer's comments seriously.
I have had a look at the image and description online, and it is the closest image we can supply to the actual colour. It is described as Cream Crackle and you are correct that the crackle lines appear pale brown against the cream.
You are of course welcome to return the goods for a refund and we do offer a FedEx collection service at £9.95 if that helps.
I will make a point of looking at the handles when they come back to understand your comments further.

One Hinge or Fifty
I wanted one piano hinge and yes it was available at say £6.00. I was happy to go ahead and ordered. A kind reply came back after two days to say there was a minimum order of 50 and they were sending my funds back. So good marks for response, poor marks for unclear initial point of sale descriptions.

The Piano Hinges are a difficult product for us to ship cost effectively simply due to their size, and because of this we had stipulated a minimum order of 50x Hinges. This was explained in the page narrative but did rely on the customer entering a value of 50 in the Quantity Box, unfortunately the website would also process any amount entered in that box - including your order for 1x.
In response to your comments I have amended the website so that it will only allow the correct number of hinges to be ordered, and I have also changed the minimum order quantity to 10x.
Thank you for your feedback, this will be very helpful for future orders of this product, and please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
